I recently ordered an expensive couch from Ashley’s, and the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. I used their online booking system, but when I followed up by phone, I was told the delivery was never actually booked. This was extremely disappointing. I had taken time off work and made changes to my schedule to accommodate the delivery. The lack of communication and system failure is unacceptable for a company of this size. Ashley’s needs to improve its booking process and customer service to avoid inconveniencing customers like this. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience.

Pathetic service from Ashley and its support staff, including guest care services. I purchased a bed with Mattress and all the other stuff. 4months down the line, the bed gets broken, and now the support team can not fix the bed for 6weeks as they don't have a replacement part for the bed. For 6 weeks, you are supposed to sleep on the floor without a bed. They don't care for the same. The store manager at the Mavis location isn't bothered to talk to the customer as the sale is done. You have to deal with the guest care on its own. This is what the brand, like Ashley, treats it's customer

One star because I can’t give zero or negative. We bought one of their expensive dining table in Dec before holidays and below is what happened: - 1st delivery date - defective product was received and we reported in an hour itself and then they said they will try to repair. - 2nd delivery date after fix - the product was more damaged than it previously was, so we refused delivery. We visited this heartland store ( that is where we placed the order) after this happened and the store staff just asked us to deal with service team directly. They were polite but they basically said they can’t really help with anything. At this stage is when I requested a refund which they won’t give and keep saying let’s try one more time. - 3rd delivery date (they never reached out after 2nd issue, I had to chase them down for 10 days to even get an answer and that is when we got 3rd date booked) - we received only table top and no legs and hardware. So white glove team took it back and booked us another date for them to bring all pieces together. But their warehouse called me and asked me to keep only table top at my home, which I refused as its safety issue with little kids in house and I can’t have an open piece of furniture lying in middle of our living room). - 4th delivery date - we got a “NO SHOW”, so this one was my fav. I again had to call them to find out what happened and they admitted that they couldn’t find the hardware and other table parts so they will send a replacement table - 5th delivery date - we get a message that the new table they were planning to deliver is also defective so they are can’t deliver and will ask vendor to ship new piece. Since then I have called them multiple times asking for refund, but they keep refusing. I have also tried to talk to the store staff as they are the one who took our order but no help so far, other than kind words and that they understand. But honestly I don’t think they do. I have asked customer care to refund money and cancel order and they say they are not authorized. So apparently there is an invisible person or department who can refund but you will never get hold of this authorized party so stuck here calling service department day after day and every time I hear below: - we understand your concern (which they don’t) - we have to try to fix before we refund (I mean who are we kidding after all this). It’s been 6-7 weeks and we have not received the table we ordered and I have lost 4 vacation days in all this (luckily 5th appointment was on a weekend), so this table has costed us more than double if I account for the time I had to take off for delivery. I did not sign up for this when I ordered. If you read this till here, please take your business elsewhere.

It was wonderful experience meeting with Mackenzie. She is very professional and passionate about her work and she knows her merchandise very well. Because of her coming back again for more shopping. Having a horrible experiance With Ashley Furniture. cannot see myself using their services again and will not reccomend it to anyone. I purchaced a couch from them more than a month ago. we explained to salesman and manager what side we needed the sectional couch to face. the sales rep and manager assured us they knew what side we wanted. the sales rep also assured us he would setup delivery for the date we needed as that date wasnt bookable yet. A week before delivery we were having trouble contacting our sales rep to confirm the shipping date so we drove to store. another sales rep assisted us as she told us our rep was away (havent herd from him since) this rep told us a delivry date had never been booked, but she would see what she can do. she ended up booking it on the date we originaly arranged which was great!.THEN THE DELIVERY DAY CAME and only 1 of the 2 peices of the sectional shows up and it turns out the sales reps indeed didnt know what we wanted as they ordered the couch on the wrong side. We were told by our new sales rep to send it back. We explained to her what we actually needed and that we had only got one peice and it was wrong. She worked hard to get us what we actually needed and a week later we get news the couch will be delivered in another week. A few days out from delivery we get a text from Ashley saying that furniture is sold out and we would need to rebook. We immediatly contacted our sales rep she told us there is nothing she can do and we will just have to wait more than 2 weeks but there is still no garentee that it will come. We purchade our couch december 14th. we booked first delivery on jan 15th and are now being told we wont get it untill Febuary 16th but no guarantees. Nearly 2 months later. At this point my wife and i will be visiting other furniture stores and hopfully find somthing to take its place so we can cancel our order and get out of this horrible situation as other stores such as the brick and leons timelines seem far more reasonable than Ashley furnitre. If we cannot find better we will just have to wait. Ashley furniture needs to do better 2 moths is far to long to wait for a furnitre piece

MacKenzie was very good gave me information on Bolanburg products and prices looked in the system so I could get what I wanted.
