Awesome Furniture
Save Yourself the Headache – Avoid Ashley Furniture at All Costs Buying a $1,100 bed frame from Ashley Furniture has been one of the worst purchase decisions we’ve ever made. Not only did the bed arrive damaged and defective, but after an entire month, it's still in the exact same condition — broken. The day it was delivered, both the installers and I noticed visible damage to the frame and a clear defect in the headboard. We immediately contacted Ashley. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, they insisted on sending someone to “inspect” the bed — despite the fact that I had already sent detailed photos of the damage. This “inspection” forced me to lose a full day of work, because they give you a vague 4-hour window and won’t narrow it down. The inspector confirmed the obvious: yes, the bed is damaged and defective. A month later, here we are — and all they’ve done is tell me a replacement headboard will be shipped… in six weeks. That’s right, another month and a half of waiting, plus another missed day of work to receive it, and yet another day off for someone to come install the frame — because I paid $160 for their so-called "White Glove Service." Sure, I could install it myself. But after paying for premium service, why should I? This experience has been beyond frustrating — poor quality, poor service, no accountability, and zero respect for their customers’ time. If you're considering buying from Ashley Furniture, don’t. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the money. There are better furniture companies out there — ones that actually stand behind their products and respect their customers.
Great service at the store, thanks Makenzie. And thank you to the guys that delivered. So very nice, put everything together and in its place. White glove service.
It was a very nice friendly experience at Ashley's. I would recommend to others.
The team was very good and very helpful.
Arshdeep was fantastic. He listened to what I needed and then offered me all the options that would fit what I was looking for in my new sofa. I didn't feel pressured at any time to commit or buy something. He was professional friendly and made the experience smooth and easy.
I recently visited the Ashley Mississauga store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Makenzie. I cannot praise the service enough—it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Makenzie went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth, pleasant, and stress-free. Makenzie was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I was looking for and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. What stood out the most was Makenzie’s friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help. It made my shopping experience feel personalized and enjoyable. I will definitely be back for all my furniture needs.
The furniture is beautiful. Well made, even more beautiful in person, very good quality. The delivery crew is appalling. Came in with their dirty shoes, left packaging everywhere and made a complete mess. I know exactly where they went because they left a trail of styrofoam.
