Our experience with the “sleep expert” at this store was extremely disappointing. We recently started browsing for a new mattress and had narrowed our choice down to one at this store. The representative mentioned the possibility of a discount but refused to even provide a general idea or range unless we committed to buying the mattress on the spot. When we pressed for clarification, she became increasingly evasive and unhelpful—it felt like pulling teeth just to get a straightforward answer. This approach came across as pushy and unprofessional. The entire interaction was a waste of time, and based on this experience, we won’t be returning or recommending this store to anyone.
