Loved the no-pressure, no staulking of customers in the store. Albert was very knowledgeable. We were at 3 different stores and sat on many couches today. In our opinion - better quality than Lazyboy. Way more comfortable; and we are buying Canadian. Thanks for an amazing experience

Ashley’s customer service made the shopping experience pleasant. The bed frame I bought is well built, and their white glove delivery/assembly service is top notch. Afshan is a helpful and knowledgeable sales rep, and Ibrahim’s delivery team was quick and friendly.
