It was an awesome experience buying from here. The store had good collection. The products are yet to be delivered. So the review will come later. But Aman Bajaj made it a better experience. He worked hard to get things done the way we wanted. There were other big box stores giving similar products and prices. He sold it better. Give him a promotion or something. He definitely deserves it

Extremely Bad Experience with Ashley Canada !! I bought the Ivanti 6‑piece dining set (plus other items) from Ashley, and it’s been a nightmare. • The table arrived damaged — dented top and scraped corners. • Ashley took it back, only to return it patched up, scar still visible. • Promised “showroom condition,” but delivered a second‑hand looking repair job. • Forced through endless calls, virtual techs, pickups, and wasted days waiting at home. • Instead of replacing the defective product, their process seems designed to wear customers down. • Even a simple bench price match turned into a circus — the salesman asked me to “take out a calculator” and add up each piece, despite confirming twice before that the match was per piece. On a $5,000 bill, they fought over returning a few dollars. Ashley has turned what should have been a joyful purchase into weeks of stress and frustration. Their customer service feels more like harassment than help. Bottom line: Damaged products, poor repairs, refusal to replace, and nickel‑and‑diming customers. Stay far away from Ashley.

Had a wonderful experience at Ashley’s. Service was wonderful. Saif offered great customer service and saved us a substantial amount of money. Very professional and courteous. Will have our sofa delivered in three days.

As usual, me and my wife were quite satisfied with the furnitures and great deals that were offered to us. Esp mention to Mackenzie who was so accommodating and made it easy for us to choose the right one for our place. Also, we’ve always chose Ashley, as aside from the quality of their products, their delivery services were great as well. More power to Ashley and staff!
