Very disappointing delivery experience. I was alone at home and one of the delivery workers was inappropriately dressed and behaving very strangely, which made me extremely uncomfortable. When removing my old furniture, he dragged it across the floor instead of lifting it, causing dents in my flooring. When I politely asked him to remove his outdoor shoes inside the house, he became aggressive and yelled that I had no right to tell him how to do his job. Extremely unprofessional service.

I have very good experience with this company Ashley store Mississauga, their staff is helpful, the rates are high but the design, manufacturing, delivery is very good quality, pretty smoothly and before in-time, recommend confidently!

Service provided was good, but I am surprise to see they have not even given a 40$ stain removing kit with a purchase of 2000. No delivery free of charge and no installation free of charge nothing in a package Helping agent was very corporative and she was as honey and clear in her words
