BUYER BE WARNED!!! This may be the review you needed to see if you’re still on the fence about purchasing from here. As first and last experience with Ashley, I sure wish I had listened to some of the more negative reviews. First I will begin with the positives and that is the sales agent we had was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I enjoyed the whole store experience, the store itself is well laid out, sales are not too pushy and informative, and honestly the quality of the furniture was better than the competition . Delivery and installation arrived on the date and time requested, and was very swift, they left a bit of a mess but nothing was particularly an issue. The drawer to the storage bed was missing parts and they couldn’t install it and our wardrobe was damaged and they couldn’t repair it. They explained a tech was needed to come and they just deliver and assemble, up to this point I have no issue. The dresser was severely damaged, and all Ashley needs to do is come and exchange this one for a new one. The bed has a chip on it that needs to be replaced and the drawer installed, but the wardrobe is completely destroyed. It’s impossible to have even happened in delivery, this thing looks like it got dropped right off a shipping barge or a disgruntled employee attacked it, I’m shocked it was even left here. But like I said all Ashley had to do is replace the item and fix the bed and we are golden. It’s been a week and Ashley’s customer service has yet to do ANYTHING. Ashley’s customer service has not responded to us after we’ve complied with every request no matter how silly. It’s been a week of messaging and absolutely no resolution to our issues, I personally believe that when a store screws up, it doesn’t make them a bad store, but when they can’t fix their own issues, now that’s crossing a line I cannot see past. I personally request someone from Ashley to come and remove this wardrobe from my apartment and if you won’t deliver me a new one then I need it refunded immediately

Worst customer service experience online and Over the phone . I would not Recommend from this money grubbing company . Overpriced items and then they make more money by making you pay for shipping as well . Oh we won’t deliver infornt of your door if you don’t pay 100 bucks . Cancelled the order due to this reason And rude telephone customer service agents. I wish I could give a zero star !
