During my first pickup, the furniture package was missing half of the screws. On my second visit, despite being promised a specific pickup time, I was asked to wait for another 1.5 hours or return the following day. I never expected such unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour from the staff of a reputed brand. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in the brand. Later I escalated to the Management. The Management took my complaint seriously and contacted me and rectified this issue within a day . That was highly helpful.

Terrible customer service. My order had a three-week delivery window, was delayed by an extra week, and was ultimately canceled on the scheduled arrival day without any notice.
