I bought a side table and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. It arrived in 2 months. When it did finally arrive, it was scratched up on the front. I contacted customer service via their "BOT" and was told I would get a refund in 3 days. After 3 days, no refund. I contacted them again and they told me my refund had been issued and to wait 10-15 days for it to show up back to my credit card. Waited 10-15 days and the credit card company said no such refund had been issued. Contacted the "Bot" again and was told they now have to come to my home to "service" my furniture but I have to call them to arrange that. I realize why the 10-15 days wait, as you miss your return date. I can no longer return the item. I have shopped at Ashley more than once but the Kelowna location has no integrity. The furniture is not good quality and I knew I was being lied to when I was told my delivery would be 2 weeks as I had ordered from Ashley twice before and it has never been 2 weeks. More fool me. Don't waste your time, order from City Furniture instead.

We had a pleasant experience with Ashley and her manager at the Kelowna store yesterday! Theresa was very patient with us and helped us find sofa options to accomodate a small elevator into our new apartment. Theresa took the time to get to know us and our situation in order to provide personalised recommendations. We didn’t feel pressured to decide on the spot which is much appreciated! We’ll definitely be back.

Very disappointed to wait from June 28th till today Sept 19th for my 4th end table! Very nice table (still in the box, so haven't checked for defects yet). Initially told mid-July arrival, then mid August, then mid September. Phoned again today, automated voice said another 2 weeks. Darn...so waited for real person.....told the item was in the Kelowna Store.....Went to pick up, was not acknowledged at all by staff even by a glance, so had to interrupt one staff who was on a computer. told wrong directions to get to shipping bay. Shipping bay sign obscured, and a white ca car was parked in an unlabelled ramp...had to go back to store, and was finally given good directions by a different staff member, and she said she would tell the shipper we were there.."look behind the 3 big garbage bins, and then you will see the shipping bay sign....white car still in ramp!! The shippper came out and loaded our box for us. They really need to up their pickup instructions...1. Rehang the Shipping bay sign HIGHER, and or give a printed map to customer.
Big shout out to Cindy…what an excellent excellent salesperson. She is extremely knowledgeable about every item I asked about. I’ll be back to buy sofa and bed!
This is a follow up to my previous review below. Please note that after emailing Ashley as they had replied I haven’t heard from anyone. As suspected Ashley is refusing to back their product. BEWARE as Ashley furniture is now made in Vietnam and it is GARBAGE. The sofa piece isn’t built square to the chase piece. The sofa and chase pieces are built at different heights (a difference of 1”) so the 2 pieces don’t sit flush. Here are some picks of what you can look forward to if you buy this crap. The picture of the couch to the throw rug is how far out of square this unit is built. I have been told that Ashley is aware of the discrepancies of the sofa construction by the vendor I bought this set from but aren’t willing to do anything about it. First and last time buying Ashely! Don’t waste your money, cushions have sunk within the first year. Chase section of couch isn’t even built square to the sofa part. Chase cushion had gap where it meets the couch that I can fit my hand in. Customer service won’t come out and address the issue because I didn’t buy it from an Ashley store but a second hand retailer. Then why do you let other outlets sell your furniture?
