Not happy with the online purchase experience. Repeated attempts with different browsers but still unable to complete the order due to an unruly and problematic third (or fourth?) party payment system. The “contact us” feature in the third party payment site wasn’t working. No functioning link even. Will not ever attempt to order online from Ashley again. Feel like my times was not respected and that there’s a good chance my CC data was compromised. If they want my business they need to fix this outdated and impossible payment system.
I had the best experience buying two sofas and an ottoman from Ashley home furniture. Best part was my salesman Ahmed Mansour. He was outstanding. The communication was fantastic and the guys who delivered and set up were great!
we bough two sofas from the ashlay furniture store Stanbridge saskatoon. very poor customer service. the saleperson too pushy and wanted just to sell their product. Does not care about stating fact but just try to sell product.

It was an excellent experience. Their Manager “Abey” always welcome and greets in an excellent manner. And highlights of our today’s visit experience was Nick (cooperative and Helpful Sales Personnel)
Gemma was a delight to work with! She replied quickly to all of our questions and she had great suggestions about the protection plans! She was kind and attentive. She got us a great deal, and she explained the payment “plan” with their card for the deferred payments well! I know we got a great deal, and its all thanks to her! Can’t wait for the furniture to arrive :)) update: honestly pickup of the furniture was bad and i don’t want to buy new furniture again. We only had half our items and there was no communication on that fact until the day of. They delivered the stuff for free that hadn’t been at the warehouse for the pickup date at least. Its finally over but i wouldn’t recommend that experience. Shoutout gemma, she got us through it. She helped det up the delivery date for us and kept me sane throughout the process. Shoutout adam he was a nice delivery driver. He was very quick!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of commitment Ashley has shown regarding my recent furniture purchase. I made payment based on the clear understanding and written confirmation on my invoice that my items would be delivered on December 16. A few days later, I unexpectedly received another invoice stating the delivery date had been moved to December 20. I reached out to the sales team to express my frustration, especially because this delay directly affects my plans. To my shock, I was then informed over the phone that they likely would not even meet the new date and delivery would now be pushed to December 23. This constant shifting of dates is completely unacceptable. It shows a lack of reliability, poor internal coordination, and disregard for customers’ time and planning. If delivery dates cannot be honoured, they should not be promised, let alone printed on an invoice. Ashley needs to do far better. This experience has left me highly disappointed and it has certainly affected my trust in the brand.
