Will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. Customer service is non-existent and no support. After waiting 2 months to get our chair it was not what we expected. You only have 48 hours to request a return even if the product is unused in box. I missed the window by less than a day and can not return the chair even though it is not what it appeared online. I don’t know why anyone would ever purchase something online when you can’t return it. I don’t know how they are still in business. Use a different company.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Ashley Furniture HomeStore. We purchased a bed, bed frame, and table for our son’s room about two weeks ago and were told delivery would be on the 10th. We were also told we’d receive a message 1–2 days prior to delivery with updates. We received no messages, no calls, no emails—nothing. On the day of delivery (the 10th), I had to call the store myself to find out the entire order is delayed another two weeks. No one proactively contacted us to let us know, which is incredibly frustrating—especially when this is furniture for a child’s room and delivery timing matters. Delays can happen, I understand that. But zero communication is unacceptable. This experience has completely missed the mark on customer service, and I expected much better from a large retailer like Ashley. I hope to hear back from someone other than the AI agent on the phone.

Very disappointed with the product, delivery and customer service. We purchased a sofa in September of 2025, had our 1st delivery in October that was damaged, in December the 2nd sofa was previously used. Ashley kept apologizing but did nothing to rectify the situation. After 5 months of waiting for a new delivery we called to be told the product was discontinued, but if we wanted to repurchase online for a higher price it was available for us. decided that to cancel the order and are still wait for our refund. It has been extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Ashley store.

My experience with Ashley Furniture has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I purchased a coffee table and two end tables, expecting brand‑new items delivered on the dates repeatedly promised. Instead, the delivery was pushed several times, first from December 16 to December 23, then to December 31, before finally arriving on January 13. On January 14, I began assembling the furniture and immediately noticed multiple defects. The marble tops on both the coffee table and one of the end tables had chipped and damaged edges. One of the end tables also showed clear signs that it had been previously assembled and used. After paying full price for new furniture, receiving damaged and possibly pre‑used items is completely unacceptable. I reported the issue right away and included photos showing the defects. The response I received was surprisingly dismissive, lacking any sense of urgency, concern, or accountability. For a brand of Ashley’s size and reputation, this kind of customer care is extremely disappointing. Beyond the defective products, I also wasted a significant amount of personal time assembling items that should never have passed quality control. The damaged pieces are now taking up space in my home while I wait for Ashley to take responsibility and provide a proper resolution. I have asked for full replacement of all defective items within three days and for the damaged units to be removed promptly, as they are currently cluttering my living space. I expect Ashley to resolve this matter professionally and without further delay. No customer should have to deal with this level of inconvenience and disregard after making a straightforward purchase.
