Nick Dent has always aided my wife and I to the products we needed. He would take his time with us and explain all the options good and bad. Nick always did his best to give us the best price possible and up sell what he thought would benefit us. Nick Dent is truly a great Ambassador for Ashley.
My rating is lower only because of the delivery process and time. I absolutely love the green sofa I ordered. I am mostly satisfied with the bed, but I had to downgrade to get one delivered sooner. To be fair, on the day of my purchase, the power was out at the store so this may be why the sales rep did not provide me with delivery details. I was clear with him that I was moving from another province and had no furniture so I expected delivery in two weeks. At no point did he said that this would not be possible. That didn’t happen. The bed arrived three weeks after purchase; the sofa took three months. The delivery for the sofa was delayed because I received one-day notification and I knew I wasn’t going to be at home. I called to reschedule but was told I now had to wait three more weeks. The next delivery was cancelled 15 minutes before the delivery timeframe by the store. When I phoned to ask why, I was told the sofa was damaged. The date proposed for the next possible delivery was while I was out of province so another two weeks passed before I finally received the sofa. I will say that the people I spoke with at customer service on multiple occasions were very pleasant and apologetic. Ultimately, I received a partial refund that I am satisfied with, including no delivery fee. I chose Ashley because I wanted to support a Canadian business.
We recently purchased a couch and a dining table from Ashley, and we had a great experience with our sales representative(Umar). He was very friendly, patient, professional, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the experience smooth and pleasant. We haven’t received our couch yet, but so far we’re very happy with the customer service. Thank you for all your help!

It was a wonderful experience visiting the Ashley Saskatoon branch. All of the furniture is high quality, and the showroom is beautifully presented. Jot was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. Kudos to Abby as well for the great assistance. We’ll definitely be back!
