What a terrible service and complete lack of professionalism. We made a purchase over a month ago, scheduled for early April, as I have a move at the end of the month and was counting on receiving the bed right on time. I even called ahead to confirm the delivery date. Today I called again to check their business hours, only to be told that they can’t deliver the item because they don’t even have it in stock. How do you sell something you don’t even have available? I had to go to the store in person to get an explanation or at least try to find a solution, but the experience was just as disappointing. The salesperson, Magesh, after hearing everything, had the absurd idea of offering to refund the money out of his own pocket. In what world is that a professional or acceptable solution? After rejecting that completely inappropriate offer, he simply pointed me to the customer service number listed on the contract — the same one I had already called with no help at all. His “final solution” was to suggest we pick something else from the catalog, as if that would fix the issue. Overall, zero accountability, zero real solutions, and a completely frustrating experience. Now we’re left with no choice but to wait until they decide to have the product in stock or finally deliver it.
Experience was fantastic, our salesman Nick Dent was the best, very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk too. Won’t hesitate to come back should we require anymore furniture.

My concerns were addressed and I am very pleased with how things have turned out.
