We recently purchased a small reclining couch from Ashley Furniture and had a great experience. Sagar was amazing. We showed a picture of what we were looking for in a couch and he helped us build the couch we wanted. He was very professional and easy going. We were hoping to be able to have the couch delivered the weekend of the 17th and he put in a request for it be delivered on the 18th which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Ashley HomeStore.
Very poor customer service specially if you are dealing with guest care for warranty issue. Im trying to get my leather sofa set repair as its leather peeled off for 1 year and haven't done yet. I will recommend to my friends and family never buy from Ashley. 😡
