The management team was very humourous and professional while exercising a very high degree of empathy in satisfying our needs. Light refreshment was also provided. Definitely a five star company!
I bought a chair at Ashley. Brought it home. Set it up. Realized within minutes of setting it up that the quality was extremely poor. Called the number on the receipt to return it immediately, only to realize that there was a 10% restocking fee. Very poor experience.
My experience was good overall but Abby was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had in recent memory, she was short tempered and incredibly snippy, and very rude to her staff. What really shocked me was the fact that she was berating her staff in front of the customers. After having disagreements with her employees about timed bathroom breaks, she threatened to send them home, which I found incredibly alarming. I’m no expert in labour law, but I sincerely doubt you can do that, she seemed like a huge control freak. I would avoid her if need be.
Delivery delayed after a promise of delivery within 2 weeks. First delayed due to forgetting to ship part of it, but agreed to deliver the sections that were shipped in. Confirmed delivery, booked off work to be available, then a text message notifying it was cancelled. Now I don't even have a timeline for when I will eventually get my $4,200 sectional. Terrible customer service and disorganization. Shop elsewhere if you want to actually get what you have unfortunately already paid for.
Nick is such a great man to deal with! I recommend everyone going to see him at Ashley in Stonebridge.
Nic was very friendly as well as providing good advice and suggestions for different options we were considering. The whole sales experience was enjoyable.
The washing machine has no hoses as well as the dryer. I paid 1220 for two machines that can’t be used because of missing parts.
