Good quality and Fast delivery.
Ashley Furniture has terrible customer service. When they text to confirm your delivery they don't even make sure they have the correct number. When I replied to the text to confirm the delivery date it continue to send the same text over and over and you end up having to phone the store. The delivery was terrible aswell. The guys just threw my base and mattress on the floor and took off. The electric base came with used up batteries too. I am 70 years old and had to ask my neighbor that's as old as I am to help me put the mattress on the base. It was very hard and took us several tries. I should have bought it from Costco as they have great delivery.

We purchased a bed frame from Ashley in Saskatoon. It was a floor model and was scheduled for us to pick up 2 days after purchase. When I arrived to pick it up, it had not been prepared for pick up and remained still on display on the floor, just where you walk into the store. The staff member in the pick up area was apologetic as clearly there had been a miscommunication. He had a mattress for me to pick up but not the bed. One would think our salesman , who sits perched by the front door awaiting customers, might have noticed the bed he had sold, had not been prepared for pick up. I arranged to return and pick up the bed a couple of hours later, but was unable to return so tried to phone the store and advise them I would not be in until the next day. The only phone number appearing on the bill of sale was an 800 number so I called it and selected customer service, which got me to a central call Center. The person there said I needed to call the local store number, which does not appear on the bill of sale. I tracked down the local number and called it and selected the customer service option. I again got the central service Center, not the Saskatoon store. The person there said you have to select the “new purchase” option to get the local store, even though I had called the local store number. It would seem that “customer service” is not something the local store would be interested in. The purchase was an OK experience, everything since has been negative. Perhaps because we chose to pick up our purchase and not pay the high delivery fee. You would think after their error in not having my purchase ready for pick up, they might offer to deliver it for free rather than have me return to the store hours later.

The salesman was fantastic and I thought it over for a few days then went back and asked for Magesh and purchased a table and 6 chairs from him. He realized my address was the same as my sister in law and she was with me. He asked if he could email her when the table arrived … I said NO and gave him mine but all notices came either to incorrect person or in wrong name when I expressed my concerns to the toll free number and sister Inlaw called the store as well the name on updates continued to be wrong. I expressed my frustration with the mixed up accounts as well as let them know about a seat to a chair having a mark on it they cared enough to send another and have addressed me correctly with all further contact … I believe they have made a sincere attempt to make it right … thank you Rose at Ashley Furniture

I had a very pleasant experience in Ashley furniture today. Blessing was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture and how it was made. She explained every very clearly. When everything was done and my purchase was complete. Blessing gave me a hug. I felt I had gained a friend. Thank you so much !!!!!
