Just Amazing! I went to purchase a sectional but I had an issue that I needed a certain size as that would only fit through my basement doors. The representative Mageesh was so pleased to help me and went above and beyond to find the right size that fits. Execellent customer service, very knowledgable about furnitures. He also went beyond his limits to make sure that I had recieved the sectional on the same day without me worrying about delivery. Highly recommend Mageesh if you visit this store for any of your furniture or appliances. Very polite and humble guy👌
My recent experience with Ashley Furniture has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Initially drawn to their store by the promise of quality furniture and attentive service, I recently purchased a sofa and king size bed frame for my home. At the time of purchase, everything seemed smooth, and the salesman assured me of excellent after-service and delivery. However, my optimism quickly dwindled when, upon delivery on April 12th, I discovered that the leg of the bed frame was broken. Promptly, I contacted the store and filed a claim online, hoping for a swift resolution as promised. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a lengthy and arduous ordeal. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain an update on my claim ticket, it has now been three weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. Each time I reach out to customer service, I'm met with the same disappointing response: NO Return policy, a new ticket number and vague assurances. Instead of fixing the issue, I have been repeatedly asked to reselect new bed frame, which I need to spent more money. In conclusion, I caution prospective buyers to exercise caution when considering Ashley Furniture. While they may appear accommodating and attentive initially, their inability or unwillingness to resolve post-purchase issues speaks volumes about their priorities. Buyer beware: Ashley Furniture's promises may not extend beyond the showroom floor.
I had a great experience at Ashley’s Furniture. Nick was great to deal with and made the experience stress free and was not pushy at all. I will definitely be buying future items through him!
DO NOT SHOP HERE. GREAT SERVICE WHEN THEY WANT MONEY, TERRIBLE ONCE THEY GET IT. $20000 Order yes you read right, 20000 CASH. Furnished a whole home. We went with them because they said they had everything in stock and promised delivery for a certain date. The date came, they delivered 40% of the order, was an error on the order, and one of the tables was scratched. Fine mistakes happen. We inquired about when we would get the rest. They said "It will be a month" and that we needed to phone some other customer service line to report the scratch. After making a stink about it and blood pressure raised, they agreed to make the delivery sooner as they were reminded this was the only reason we shopped with them over the competition. They then booked a date. Great... we waited. The date came and we got a call, "we need to reschedule". OK fine as long as its not "a month" we can sleep on the floor for another day or so. We rescheduled tentatively for a few days later, but nothing official. We called to confirm the day before and no one knew what we were talking about. Just to speak to someone at the store you must go through a centralized service and 30 minutes of wait time and prompts to finally talk to someone who has no idea what you're referring to. Their centralized booking service doesnt communicate with the actual store who has their own MO. The manager who was all smiley when we made the deal, avoided us at all cost throughout the process, and instead made their salespeople and assistant manager field our grievances. They had the audacity to say we had a balance owing due to the error they made in taking the order, we even offered to pay it just to get our stuff! They persistently say they'll call you back and never do, just hours wasted on the phone, missed days of work to wait for their movers, no apology, no compensation, no personal assistance. A absolute nightmare of a customer service experience. You think you're getting a decent deal, and things are in stock. JUST DONT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
