Highly recommend you shop elsewhere, purchased a kitchen table and chair set Feb of 2025, as you can see by the pictures the chairs are disintegrating internally. I’ve had over a week of many, many back and forth emails and phone calls with customer service. Two days ago I was told 2 of the 3 chairs were approved for warranty and they were waiting on the 3rd, finally! We’re getting somewhere, today I get an email stating I did not buy extended warranty and basically told too bad do sad, funny how from the beginning it was a go because I had extended warranty, two days ago extended warranty approved the claims and now I’m told I don’t have it, 🤷♂️ well here’s proof ( check photos) I do have it! Paid $266.00 for it! and I’ll see you in small claims court. There are actually groups on Facebook with over 10K of complaints about the quality and poor customer service with Ashley, and so many about extended warranty not following through. Horrible to deal with!!
Horrible to deal with, I’ve been sending emails and numerous calls for over a week on a warranty issue, two days ago I was told 2 of the 3 claims were approved by extended warranty, and they were waiting on the third, ( 3 chairs) I was emailed today stating I did not buy extended warranty and had no coverage. That’s funny? Two days ago I did! Luckily I keep everything and have all the print out, I 100% bought extended warranty! Horrible customer service and the product we bought is absolute garbage. Rarely used and 3 out of 4 chairs are falling apart.

0 stars I reluctantly returned to Ashley after the poor experiences we had years prior. This experience confirmed I should still stay far away from this place!! I spotted a clearance item that I wanted to purchase, confirming the 75% off with an employee prior to purchase. Upon purchase the process was extremely long and painful! Supposedly a new system is in place causing the lengthy process, I reminded them of the 75% off early on but still was forgotten and created even more time lost. Then I wanted to pay with cash and that created another huge issue. Shame on who ever trained this person & not teaching them if you even take cash at your store. Very unprofessional!! Will NOT recommend to anyone

Our consultant was Sagar Vyas. He was exceptional. He took his time to explain all aspects of the furniture we were looking at and went the extra mile of assisting us. I would highly recommend him at Ashley’s Stonebridge Saskatoon branch.
