Our experience with Ashley HomeStore was absolutely infuriating. We purchased a bedroom set during their end-of-summer sale, paid extra for white-glove delivery, and expected a smooth process — instead, we got chaos caused by their broken, overcomplicated system. From the start, things went wrong. The delivery team noticed a mistake and filed a replacement request, but the system completely failed to follow through. The chest drawers had huge gaps, and scheduling repairs and replacements was a total nightmare. Parts took weeks to arrive, multiple visits had to be booked, and nothing happened automatically despite repeated follow-ups. The customer service staff themselves were actually helpful, but there is no in-person after-sales support, and they were fighting an impossible, disorganized AI/system that clearly isn’t ready. After over two months of frustration, disruption, and wasted time, the issues were finally resolved — barely. The furniture itself is nice, but the experience was horrendous. This system makes buying furniture a total ordeal. Avoid unless you enjoy endless frustration. For the price i paid, i expected better service.

We originally left a 5-star review after furnishing our homes here. Unfortunately, our recent experience with the extended warranty store credit has changed our view completely. Based on how this issue has been handled, we can no longer recommend this location. We have been loyal Ashley customers since 2013 and have furnished three homes through this store, which makes this experience especially disappointing. In 2020 we purchased furniture along with extended protection plans and were told that if the plans were not used, the value would come back to us as store credit. Now that the plans have expired unused, we were informed that: each credit requires a separate purchase of more than $1,000 the credits cannot be combined the credit can only be used on regular-priced furniture or mattresses In practical terms, we would have to spend over $2,000 to access approximately $1,100 of our own money. Although these conditions exist in the written terms, they were never clearly explained during the sales process and they significantly change the real value of what was presented to us as store credit. We raised this with the store and escalated to management in good faith, but were told no exception or customer accommodation would be considered. After more than a decade of repeat business and furnishing multiple homes through Ashley, this was not the level of transparency or customer care we expected. If you are considering the extended protection plan, make sure you fully understand the redemption requirements before purchasing.
