It was a wonderful experience visiting the Ashley Saskatoon branch. All of the furniture is high quality, and the showroom is beautifully presented. Jot was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. Kudos to Abby as well for the great assistance. We’ll definitely be back!
I had the pleasure having Prince as my salesman. He is very professional and worked out a price for my dining room table that was beneficial. He looked to see if it was in stock. Everything worked out and I will be returning for the sofa I want at a later date.
Zero stars. Your website said the microwave was in stock. Your associate looked me in the eye and confirmed it. I paid by debit right there. Then you told me you don’t actually have it and the earliest I can pick one up is the 30th. When I asked for my money back you said your machine can’t process refunds and I’d have to wait 5-7 business days for an e-transfer. You took my money for something you didn’t have and now I get to sit around waiting while you hold onto it. That’s not a policy. That’s just disrespectful. Don’t confirm stock if you can’t deliver it the same day.
Absolutely would not recommend buying from this store. Broken promises and extreme unprofessionalism. We bought a new 2 set couch and a new high table with chairs for our house, a little over a week ago. Keep in mind while we were at the store ordering our new furniture, we had asked if we would need to get rid of our old stuff ourselves or if someone would come get it for us. And the man told us that the people bringing it would take it for us and not to worry about it. Well comes the day which is today Friday July 24th the man gets here, he refuses to take our old couch and table and chairs and throws a huge fit like a child, extremely unprofessional. Mind you the guy at the store was the one who told us that he would send someone to take it for us, he even put it on the order and you know they always have the computers faced towards the customers so we saw. So it’s not even like we were forcing him to do it or telling him what to do, that’s what we were told and that’s what was written on the order. But no, of course, do what you want and go against it. He was extremely disrespectful and throwing a big fit like a baby even though this man was grown and should know how to act at his big age. We canceled the order because that’s completely inappropriate, he could have approached the situation differently and been respectful but he chose to be immature instead. If I could rate the Ashleys HomeStore a 0/5 I would any day. Unbelievable. Do better because I can see by the reviews that this is not the only time you guys have failed at your jobs.

Very disappointing experience with Ashley. They simply over promise and under deliver. Three months after delivering the furniture, still haven’t received my promotion gift (supposedly a 50 inch TV). The dining room (supposed to be brand new) came with loose paint and scratches, the best thing they could do is a retouch. Nobody wants to take responsibility, the staff just keep blaming each other.
