If I could give a 0 I would. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE -- if you don't want to read the saga. First of all, I was mislead into buying a frame for my adjustable bed that was not necessary, and I could not return it. I thought, well, my bad for not really checking in to it. I sucked up the extra 500$. Then, 6 months after buying my adjustable bed, it broke. Then began the HORRIFIC experience with Ashley's customer service. I have now spent at least two months trying to get my bed fixed. I have sent countless pictures, and spoke to numerous agents to try to get someone to address the issue. I had a chat agent "ghost" me (Suraj) as I spoke to him, and another who made me start the process all over again. Each time I called, I was told that I had to work through the chat, but each time I had to restart the process. Please note -- this bed is still under warranty and less than a year old! Finally, I went in store and spoke to a sale person who put me through to a manager (Jamie) who promised to contact me within 48 hours to let me know about my claim. The sales agents in-store were kind, and told me how to contact a manager if I had any more issues. Two weeks later, I had still not heard from anyone. I called the "Customer Service" number today, and I tried to escalate right away since the agent was making go through the same thing that I had dealt with previously, even though I provided a claim number and customer number. She would not let me speak to a manager. Now, I am told that it takes 4 weeks to order parts, and I will be contacted once the parts are in the warehouse here in Saskatoon. So, for 3+months I have been sleeping on a broken bed. A bed that I purchased because of my significant chronic pain. After stating that I believe Ashley needs to make reparations to me, I was told that they could only review this AFTER repairs had been made.
Christopher Love was a fantastic salesman. Listened to what we were looking for. Didn’t try to upsell us. Gave us options, and the pros /cons of what we were looking at. Will definitely look for him when make our next purchase
Recently purchased a dining set. Table arrived damaged, was documented by delivery team. Inquired about damage in store after delivery and attempted to call warranty several times and never got through their massive selection menu and wait time. The product is good. The store has terrible customer service. 1 star.

We bought a recliner bed frame 2 xl twin beds to make king. And the one does not work. The massage on it. We have been struggling to get someone to come fix or reboot it for us. No answer from customer service or Ashley HomeStore. Two weeks since we purchased it
