I had a very pleasant experience with the salesperson Niral Patel and Store Manager Abby. I visited the store to purchase appliances for my new home and ended up purchasing a Samsung appliance package along with furniture. I had visited a couple of other stores before making my decision, but the excellent customer service I received from Niral and Abby made me want to give them my business. They price-matched the products I was looking for and also offered me several additional discounts. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. Our salesman gave us space to wander and look around. He did not pressure at all and was very quick and efficient with check out. We love our new sofa and the price was amazing!

I ordered a dining table from Ashley Furniture, and when it was delivered, it was damaged. I contacted customer service, and they arranged to pick it up. The table was picked up on July 25, but until now, I still have no clear update on when I will receive my replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is that I received a message saying that my table was ready for pickup. We went to the warehouse, only to find out that there was no table there for us. This was a complete waste of our time and extremely disappointing. I have been calling customer service every day to ask for an update, but I keep getting the same response: “I’ll ask my supervisor.” All I am asking for is a clear and honest update on when I will actually receive my dining table. At this point, I don’t even know when I will have my dining table. I honestly don’t know if I’m going to get it this year or whenever. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. I also asked for a refund because of this frustrating experience, but I was told that they do not do refunds. So now I’m left waiting with no table, no clear timeline, and no refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture based on my experience
Terrible customer service. We went into the show room, were followed like we had new shadows. Spoke with a sales person, chose a couch and ordered it. Delivery day, its to big to fit inside the house. Delivery guys said 98% of this couch gets returned for this reason; so why sell it to people uninformed?! Costs the company more money, wastes resources and our time and energy. First and Last time shopping with Ashley furniture!
