Horrible service.They delivered king size bed with missing parts . From more than 2 months bed is not fixed. When I called they say service guys are not available and I am on waiting list for bed to be fixed.
When our dryer unexpectedly quit we went into Ashley and Steven was very helpful. We needed what was in stock and he was quick to find what we needed. Ashley had very comparable prices as well and a great selection.
If I could give Ashley Homestore in Saskatoon a 0 I would. The customer service I received was terrible. A week and a half ago I purchased a bed frame and mattress combo and was told by the salesman that the delivery and setup would be done no later then the 4th of September as I started university classes and would have limited availability after the fact. After hearing nothing about my delivery and bed frame set up I finally got a call 4 days later on September 3rd stating that my mattress and bed-frame could not be delivered and set up until Saturday September 7th as the delivery/ setup team only worked until 3:30pm and I wasn't home from classes until 5pm. I was disappointed but cleared my schedule to allow for the delivery on the 7th. At 11:30pm on Friday September 6th I got an email stating that the bed frame was not prepared to be delivered to me and was asked if I would be okay to just receive my mattress and then my bed frame would be delivered at a later date. The later date was not stated in the email. This has been a terrible experience and I am unsure if I will ever shop here again, what makes it worse is the salesperson I was dealing with promised me he would put a rush order on my delivery and setup.... If this is a rush order I'd hate to see what normal delivery speeds are.
We received great support from the manager and his team, we benefited from great deals and we are very happy of the high quality of the furnitures selected, the advices and recommendations received and mostly the time dedicated to answer all the questions we had to make an informed decision.
I would give them 0 if I could. Delivery day came and I had to send back the sectional - 3 tears in the upholstery, the dining table - 3 wood chips on the table, 2 dining room chairs - wooden chips and cracks, the dining room bench - BIG crack on the wood. I didn't notice the damage on the bedroom chest until after the delivery guys left but started a claim right away. As per their policy they will not replace but will send a technician to repair. My response was that I bought a new piece of furniture and I expected it to be new and not repairedI said I started the claim the same day it was delivered and I had 48hrs to do so. This was denied and I have no choice but to have someone come and repair. I have called them several times with very little progress. I was assured everything would be taken care of no one followed up. I received 3 calls from them regarding the dining room chairs as they thought I only returned one...why it took 3 calls to confirm that I in fact returned 2...I have no idea! The time wasted on the phone was frustrating to say the least now I won't get my delivery until Nov due to their incompetency. I will never step into that store again! Update...thanks for your response but you give me the number to customer care that has only added to the problem...their and your company's incompetency. I have been on the phone with several of the customer care team to name a few Michael, Ben, and Sarah who all seemed very helpful but nothing was actually done and no-one but Sarah followed up with a call. I then changed the delivery date with her to 2-Nov only to get a delivery time for this Wednesday. I call again today and there is no record of changing the delivery date to 2-Nov. Michael tells me he will take care of it but how can I believe that?! They tell me they will take care of it but how after so many calls can I even believe them and then your response is to contact them again for further assistance....COME ON!! I get nowhere with calling customer care! If you want to help then give me the number to a superior or the head office which I have been trying to contact but they won't return my calls and my email won't go through...how convenient. I feel like I am stuck between a rock and a hard place because I have had no help and your response just infuriates me more! And to top it off no one has even offered any kind of compensation for this horrible service. I spent 13,000 CAD at Ashley I would expect the highest service you can provide but it has just been disappointment after disappoint...and you say to call them back...they do NOTHING!!
Bed frame looks solid and sturdy and beautiful. Love it! Delivery team were courteous, careful and quick to fix it up. Left the room clean as they met it. Great job overall.

I had the best salesman named Magesh he constantly tried to find exactly what we were looking for. Once we found it he offered us a deal that we couldn’t refuse. He has made me want to go back to Ashley furniture when I’m ready to buy more furniture
