Had a great experience working with Sagar and Prince. Both were very helpful and were not pushy at all. Appreciate them letting us have time on our own to try out furniture and think about our options without being pressured to make a decision right away. Amazing staff to work with.
Took way too long to do purchase with paperwork even with already having an Ashley furniture card. Only giving two stars because I do love the furniture. Have yet to receive delivery of them Salesperson was helpful. And it would be nice to get my name right on my account!
Bought two chairs, paid for one outright and it was delivered with a broken part. Paid for the second through their financing partner and was forced to refuse delivery because their delivery driver couldn't deliver it. The financing partner claims I still owe them. And trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. They won't email me. I'm hard of hearing, and I don't want to spend more time calling people and play their little runaround games. Avoid going here if you value your time and sanity.
Great help, and worked with us to find the piece that was exactly what we were hoping for!
The delivery was on spot 11.54 with 2 men helping the unloading and assembling of dining table. They even took away all the packing materials. Awesome
On June 25, 2025, my Husband and I visited Ashley Home Centre located at 3047 Clarence Ave S UNIT 140, Saskatoon, SK S7T 0B4. During an earlier visit, we met with a salesperson named Prince, who showed us a queen bedroom set priced at $3,200. He mentioned that the set would be going on sale soon and later followed up with calls to let us know the sale had started — something I genuinely appreciated. When we returned to the store today, we were assisted by another salesperson named Manni, who may be Prince’s senior. I informed Manni that we had previously spoken with Prince and were interested in purchasing the queen set, which had been quoted to us at $3,200— including the side dresser, which we believed was part of the complete display set. However, we were surprised and disappointed to receive inconsistent pricing from both Prince and Manni, with quotes ranging from $2,800 to $2,900, and finally $2,700 — none of which included the side dresser, now suddenly listed at an additional $1,000. At no point during our initial conversation with Prince were we told that the dresser was extra. Furthermore, Manni’s conduct was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He dismissed our concerns rudely, stating, “Take it or leave it,” and implied that we were being dishonest. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and not something I would expect from a reputable business. I left feeling frustrated and misled. I urge Ashley Home Centre to review its customer service standards and ensure employees provide consistent information and treat customers with the respect they deserve.

UPDATE: Today we worked with Nick. He also is first-rate, more than helpful! Everything in our suite is from Ashley. We simply don’t shop anywhere else. ORIGINAL POST: Our several experiences with Shauna have been consistently excellent. She is both friendly and professional as well as responsive. She has an in-depth knowledge of Ashley's product line and always helps us make wise choices. We are committed Ashley shoppers thanks to Shauna Allen and Matt Armstrong in the Saskatoon store.
