If you want dissatisfaction, dishonesty, and poor customer service, this is the best place to go. You’ll be miserable buying here! Myself and my husband drove to Saskatoon from a La Ronge and visited the Ashley furniture store in Clarence on Jan 20/23. . We asked about delivery first in order to make the informed decision to purchase at their store or somewhere else. We had let them know we live in La Ronge and asked information about delivery options. They told us they’ll hook us with a delivery person they work with. We also asked about delivery fee rate. The sales person Mayuresh Kulkarni says that it is between $200-$400 which was within our budget. Long story short, we purchased $5,377.97 worth of furnitures. We were told they’ll call us in a week to notify us when one of the accent chairs which was out of stock will be restocked. After a whole long week of waiting, my hubby ended up calling them today (Feb 1/23) thrice. First, at 12pm, then 730, and 745pm. Initially, my hubby was told to call back after 5pm as salesperson wasn't in. When we called back at 730pm we were told they’re short of admin staffs. When we called at 745pm, their staff gave us a delivery company number and upon calling them they quote us $900 😳 We also discovered that our receipt indicated that our order is for “pickup”. Which wasn’t the plan. Now, reading this awful comments made me wish we read them prior. As of Feb 1/23, we are yet to hear anything about our order and we were the one calling them instead. We had planned to call them tomorrow to cancel our order. My used dresser I bought on kijiji 10 years ago didn’t stress me this much and I still have it. What a terrible company.

Don't ever buy furniture from them. They lie to you just to get you to buy. Once you have bought from them they can care less. I will never spend my money there again.

dont pay for 12 months. nobody tells you if you dont pay before 12 months they will charge you over 30% interest instantly. what a scam. shame on you ashley furniture. you clearly dont care enough about your customers to mention this. more $$$ for you i guess.

The delivery was seamless. 3 guys carried our old furniture out to our garage, and brought the new sofa recliner, and loveseat recliner in and hooked them up.

The worst customer support I have ever see , not answering the phone ever..no returning calls..regret buying anything from them Big zero. update after a month of frustration, i exchanged my cough with a new set with insurance protection,, they did not give my money back for the cough that I have returned. they still charging me for it and after 3 visits to the store to speak to sales SAINI and TUBA the accountant they still charging me for the cough I returned. disappointed.
