Update: The customer care team has reached out to me and provided me with a resolution for my issue. I appreciate their immediate support. ‐------------------------------------------ I have had a rather unpleasant experience with Ashley, I purchased a mattress and was disappointed to discover that it wasn't suitable for my back pain and it's quality is really poor. I made the request to exchange it with an upgraded mattress, but they declined, stating that I didn't purchase a mattress protector when the mattress was still in its original condition. I know that its your policy, but I received the mattress only 2 days back ONLY and still in its original condition!! However, I would like to exchange it for a higher-value mattress! At the same time the delivered mattress in its original condition. So what is the problem with this?
Our sales person wasSagar vyas. He was the best sales person I have interacted with since I moved to Saskatoon in 1968. He was simply a wonderful person who helped us decide what we needed.
