Damaged item, then a delivery fee runaround I ordered a small table and a love seat from Ashley. The love seat arrived damaged, so I refused delivery. It took some time, but the love seat was eventually refunded. The problem was the $279.99 delivery fee. When I asked about it during that process, I was told it had already been reimbursed. It hadn’t. When I followed up, the store sent me to Ashley’s head office customer service, who told me they would not refund the fee because the small table had also been delivered. That reasoning doesn’t hold up. I paid for delivery because of the love seat, which had to go up a 180-degree staircase into my flex space. Without the love seat, I would not have paid for delivery for a small table. The damaged item was Ashley’s error, and I’m left covering the cost of a service that failed to deliver what I ordered. The bigger issue was the communication. I was told the refund had been processed when it hadn’t, then passed between the store and head office. For a company this size, I expected better follow-through. Based on this experience, I won’t be shopping with Ashley again.
Nick was amazing and very nice. Made my day! Didn't want to go originally and honestly with the customer service it feels foolish, everyone was so nice and ended up getting some really good deals with it too!

I will not be purchasing any furniture due to waiting 8 months to receive all my items. I paid up front. I believe if you pay you should be able to take it home the day of purchase! Not professional!
