Sales said will receive order till first week of December. Everything is in stock but the they rescheduled it 3 times and now they are rescheduling 4th time for dec 28. Cancelling the order now . Don’t trust them anymore
Most frustrating experience. I would highly recommend NOT ordering furniture from Ashley. I ordered a table set, along with a tv stand back in October. Both which came damaged. It took two weeks from the start of our damage claim to get someone to come assess the damage, and then another week for someone to pick the table up. The table arrived today after being gone to the “repair” shop for 4 days. The table top has more damage than we sent it off with, and the delivery team completely lost the table base/legs. Once they found the base/legs hours later, they delivered it to my house with unrepairable damage. I was advised to start the claim process all over again. This is insanely frustrating considering how much this furniture cost, and how it’s supposed to be high quality furniture. Avoid the headache and do not order from Ashley. UPDATE: contacted customer support this morning and they need to send out ANOTHER technician to “assess the damage”. They’re not willing to give us a new table until it’s been in for repair THREE times or the tech requests a replacement. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had buying furniture and I would highly recommend staying away from Ashley furniture.
Great shopping experience
I had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed he was friendly and personable. I had been in 4 other stores before Ashley's and he was the only person to make an impression. The atmosphere at the store was also comfortable.
