Horrible customer service! They use a stupid chat bot to schedule pick ups, no times are shown, you pick a day, I go to pick up my order after the chat bot stated it was ready and when I get there they are closed, i ring and ring the doorbell, 10 cars outside the building, finally someone answered the door and told me they don’t open until 10 am, she was extremely rude and couldn’t care less, I stated there are 10 cars here, nobody can help me? Again she gets rude and tells me to come back at 10 am, GREAT customer service!! Complete waste of my time. I wish I would of shopped at Leon’s, **UPDATE** went back at 10 am and upon walking in the door the same woman (Chrissy) instantly states I don’t think I’ll give you your order in a super snotty tone, she refused to let me speak to a manager, well after a ugly back and forth she still refused to give me my order. An order already paid for and scheduled for pick up!!! After a quick phone call I picked up my items and simply smiled at Chrissy, I truly hope they terminate her! She’s a horrible at her job! I definitely won’t be buying anything from Ashley again due to having to deal with a person like this! **UPDATE #2** Upon assembling the items I called back to get the extended warranty, guaranteed we will need it, very cheaply made! Poor, poor quality, made in Vietnam
