Recently purchased a dining set. Table arrived damaged, was documented by delivery team. Inquired about damage in store after delivery and attempted to call warranty several times and never got through their massive selection menu and wait time. The product is good. The store has terrible customer service. 1 star.
Loved working with Gemma for our recent purchase! During the rest test she sold us on the “lift kit” for the bed frames! (I don’t remember what its called, but its been ordered!) very quick to reply to questions, and she’s well informed! She helped us get the card set up for deferred payments, with no interest for 18 months! Couldn’t have been happier with anyone else. Thanks again Gemma, can’t wait for everything to arrive!
Gemma was a delight to work with! She replied quickly to all of our questions and she had great suggestions about the protection plans! She was kind and attentive. She got us a great deal, and she explained the payment “plan” with their card for the deferred payments well! I know we got a great deal, and its all thanks to her! I had a hard time finding a place for furniture with a time limit. Nick at Ashley was able to help me get a whole living room and kitchen together in record time. Great job to the 2 workers as well for delivering and setting up so fast.
Not once but twice they refused to honour warranty for us. DO NOT fall for their extra warranty.
