The process of me purchasing furniture at Ashley went well - staff were friendly. I have dilemma with the receiving of the furniture. I am moving into a new place the same day I was to pick up the furniture I purchased, and therefore have a schedule to keep. I arrived at the distribution centre at 09:00 to pick up the furniture only to learn they would not be open until 10:00. I belive that the reasonable person would assume the normal workday is between 08:00-17:00. I also belive that if someone operates outside normal hours, it should be said to the customer. After I arrived to the pick-up location, and before I knew that it wasn’t open yet, I called the phone number provided by Ashley furniture to determine what to do. The gentleman on the phone offered no solutions for me - and in fact offered the exact opposite of empathy. I know there will be no compensation for me - that’s fine. I hope to simply bring awareness to some negligence.

We dealt with Richard at this location. Start to finish Richard was great to deal with. Haven't received the couch yet as it is being delivered, but from a sales perspective, Richard was a pleasure to deal with. Would buy from him again and again.
Fantastic experience with Prince and Umar buying a reasonably priced refrigerator (Samsung) and range (Whirlpool), and they will have them delivered in 3 days! Highly recommend!
I was greeted at the door immediately by Niral, the sales person. This was actually my first buy for a brand new couch/sectional and Niral instantly knew what I needed based on showing a picture of my front room and letting her know I have two cats. Niral was very thorough when explaining every details of the couch she chose for me. Niral is such a professional. I was impressed 👌. I ended up buying the sectional Niral picked out for me and warranty added on. I am excited and cannot wait for it to be delivered. Also, a big thank you to the other associate, whom I can't remember her name, that shared our photos of our little boy kitties. Best shopping experience at Ashley Homestore! Thank you!
