Me and my wife walked through the door and first salesperson to make contact was Nick… very relaxed… we said we were just going to look around… we knew what we wanted and if we had questions we’d ask him…. He didn’t hover or anything he continued on…. We found a piece we liked and he answered all questions and made wife comfortable with the purchase… couple weeks we will be very happy… they also picked up Richard from the Dufresne location..he is also a very good salesman that me and the wife have dealt with… Between those two Ashley furniture is in very good hands… great experience overall and will be back!!!

We weren't impressed by them at all!! We bought our furniture there and they said if it comes on special anywhere in a month they will refund the difference. Well two things did at their store, 4 days after we bought it. I did everything they asked me to do & it took 2 months for us to get the money back. I had to be on them constantly (customer service) & the staff at Ashley's wasn't any help at all. If I hadn't been vigilant I would not have got my money back!!!! We're not impressed with Chris Love (salesman) there either!! No one takes any responsibility after you've paid for your things. I give them -10 for all I had to do myself to get the difference back.

The lady that was helping us today, Gemma, was really good. It wasn't until I had made a down-payment and was asked by a colleague of hers to purchase the extra damage insurance. I have no need for it, and I genuinely think it's a rip-off. He starts trying to sell me on it and had a real look of disappointment on his face when I said I didn't want it. Sorry Baljit, I don't want your mark-up of $400 on my bookshelf!
