Walked in greeted with a new hired guy named YUCHEN very accommodating very helpful nice and good at his job answer every question we asked and told we are gonna buy one of the bedframe and told us that he will check if it’s available on hand. And once the one manager knew that he was about to make a sale, manager jump in and took over the processing and belittle his employee yuchen and pretty much told us that he don’t know what his doing (forget the manager’s name tho) not that his important anyway. But yeah told us that the furniture that we are buying is available and all of a sudden it will be available for 2 weeks! Great deal lol anyhow we refuse to take it. Said sorry to the new guy to Chen not the manager! Some employees are nice but some just full of themselves when they get higher position ey! Lol

I shopped at Ashley Furniture today in Saskatoon and had a great experience. I was greeted by “Nick” who was very professional (not pushy or follow you throughout the store). Nick was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour as well. I was shopping for a dining room table and chairs for my daughter and son in law for xmas. He was able to secure a fantastic deal (with his boss) for me that was actually better than the Black Friday promotions. Very satisfied and happy! Best Deal in town… and I shopped at many furniture stores today!
We were shopping for a sofa and love seat. Found a beautiful set here. Salesperson was extremely helpful and gave us a great deal.

Had a negative experience with a different company. Nick and Ashley’s was able to help me out and get me the couch we were trying to order instantly! He was very helpful and not pushy at all.
We went in to purchase a couch and possibly a bed. The salesman that we had was the best! He was not pushy like some salesman are. Chris was patient and did an amazing job in telling us about the products. I highly recommend asking for Chris if you choose to purchase anything. We had an awesome experience. Thank you!!

Very good experience. Easy and no prolonging the deal. Went very very well. No pressure from our salesman. He set out everything very clearly, explained the product and its features perfectly. Made it easy for us.
I was pleased with the quality of the tables, chairs, and dresser purchased at the store. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. We were promised delivery on November 8, but the final items arrived only on November 22. I would consider returning in the future if a discount is offered as compensation for the delay.
