We weren't impressed by them at all!! We bought our furniture there and they said if it comes on special anywhere in a month they will refund the difference. Well two things did at their store, 4 days after we bought it. I did everything they asked me to do & it took 2 months for us to get the money back. I had to be on them constantly (customer service) & the staff at Ashley's wasn't any help at all. If I hadn't been vigilant I would not have got my money back!!!! We're not impressed with Chris Love (salesman) there either!! No one takes any responsibility after you've paid for your things. I give them -10 for all I had to do myself to get the difference back.

Mica was so helpful when we do our purchase, though the insurance was too expensive I am looking forward that I can be able used that, because when I searched the brand there was a lot of negative comments about the service in repairs.hope it want happen to me.

The lady that was helping us today, Gemma, was really good. It wasn't until I had made a down-payment and was asked by a colleague of hers to purchase the extra damage insurance. I have no need for it, and I genuinely think it's a rip-off. He starts trying to sell me on it and had a real look of disappointment on his face when I said I didn't want it. Sorry Baljit, I don't want your mark-up of $400 on my bookshelf!

They were more interested in selling Ashley card to me than the experience. It is a 0 for Prince. Terrible experience. 2026 and still no improved service
