Very disappointing experience with Ashley HomeStore, Clarence Ave, Saskatoon. We ordered a sofa on April 4 and were given a pickup date of April 17. Later, we found out from the distribution centre that the sofa was not even available and the earliest tentative date for the pickup was May 12. We wouldn't have known this if I hadn't called the distribution centre on April 17. Since we needed the sofa sooner, I called the salesperson, who told us to visit the store on April 20th Monday to arrange another available option. We went as instructed, only to find out the salesperson had already left for the day early without informing us. We then requested a cancellation of the order and were told by another salesperson that they would do it and the refund would take 5–7 working days. After waiting for more than 9 working days with no refund, we returned to the store and discovered that no cancellation had even been processed. After again asking them to cancel it, I got my refund in next 5 working days. I experienced miscommitments one after another once the sale was made. The moment you need help with a cancellation or refund, suddenly nobody wanted to take responsibility. Even one sales manager said "I am not liable for any other person's sale"". Like we were not in a company's store but were buying something from some random online market place. The entire experience was full of miscommitments, poor communication, and false assurances. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up and practically beg for their own money back. Would always tell my friends and family not to even think of doing business with them at all.
So far, we are happy with the service from the guys at Ashley’s! Hopefully the rest of the experience is just as great!

Niralben was awesome to deal with. She asked about my goals in a new bed. She tailored my selections to those goals. She adjusted items as I requested. She worked efficiently but also didn’t make anything feel rushed. I’d highly recommend her and Ashley Furniture.
Good selection of sofas with comparable pricing. The set we chose was higher end and we appreciate the difference between that and lower end. Prince was our salesperson and he was very good.
