I would give 0 stars if I could! We purchased a loveseat, sofa and chair on April 15. It was supposed to be delivered on June 13. We have had 5 different delivery days and the only thing that has been delivered is our chair. It wasn’t delivered until July 25. We were told everything was in at one point. Then we were waiting on the sofa because there was a glitch in the system! When the next delivery date came there was a glitch again and the sofa and loveseat weren’t in! The salesman said he was tracking this order. I got a text Monday saying I was getting a delivery tomorrow but didn’t receive a confirmation or time. I messaged the salesman and no response. I called customer care and they told me it was an error from Saskatoon. They scheduled the delivery out of Saskatoon and it has to come out of Prince Albert! It is now supposed to be delivered on August 22! This has been extremely frustrating!!! I would not recommend buying from this store!
Unacceptable level of service. My family and I spent over 15 minutes walking through the store looking for assistance, while staff members including a male employee with a turban were sitting on the display furniture chatting in another language and ignoring customers. If employees are on the floor, they should be attentive to shoppers, not relaxing. I expected much better professionalism from Ashley
Excellent, I am preparing to move and decided to replace my sofa. I went to Ashley and found that my online selection needed to be ordered. Nick, the Ashley CSR then spent time showing me other available options and I found a piece that is perfect!, better options and in my price range. This is by far the best furniture buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Nick!
UPDATE: Another great experience with Nick Dent. My friend invited me to assist her in buying furniture for her new suite. Nick listened carefully, looked at the floor plan and then went to work. All was accomplished in less than 90 minutes! Nick is a real asset and a great, no-pressure salesperson. Beautiful inventory and high quality, as always! UPDATE: Today we worked with Nick. He also is first-rate, more than helpful! Everything in our suite is from Ashley. We simply don’t shop anywhere else. ORIGINAL POST: Our several experiences with Shauna have been consistently excellent. She is both friendly and professional as well as responsive. She has an in-depth knowledge of Ashley's product line and always helps us make wise choices. We are committed Ashley shoppers thanks to Shauna Allen and Matt Armstrong in the Saskatoon store.
