I had a terrible experience with this company and I absolutely do not recommend them. • They do not return the money that rightfully belongs to the customer—you end up chasing your refund for weeks. • No one is accountable; contacting them is just a waste of time. • Staff were rude and unprofessional. • The company is completely unreliable. • Delivery was weak and careless, and I received broken and damaged items. It feels like you pay them with your hands, but then you have to run with your feet to chase your money—and in the end, they never pay it back. You waste your money, receive damaged goods, and are treated with disrespect. I do not recommend this company at all.

I purchased from this company and my experience was a complete disaster. I strongly warn everyone: do not deal with this company. • Disastrous delivery: More than 50% of my products were damaged during shipping. The delivery team was completely unprofessional; the boxes clearly said “Do not open with a cutter,” yet they cut them open right in front of me and scratched the items. During transport, the goods hit the side of the vehicle and were practically destroyed. • Refusal and neglect: I refused to accept these items and reported the issue to their so-called “customer service,” asking them to instruct the delivery team to handle products carefully. Nothing was done. • Retaliation and disrespect: The following week, they did not deliver my order at all. The delivery manager shamelessly told me that because I had complained about their performance, they would no longer provide delivery. He shouted this at my wife in a completely disrespectful manner. Such behavior is unacceptable anywhere in the world. • Irresponsible head office: When I reported the matter to the central office, they said, “They work on commission, and we cannot tell them to deliver.” Imagine a company that has no control over its own delivery team—ridiculous and unbelievable. • Blocked payment: Even after three weeks, my money has not been refunded. No accountability, no responsibility, no respect for the customer. • Damaged goods re-delivered: In the end, they sent me the same damaged items from their warehouse. When I opened them, I found they were still defective. Now I am stuck in their useless warranty process, which I am sure will lead nowhere. Conclusion This company is the definition of irresponsibility, disrespect, and unreliability. • You waste your money. • You receive damaged goods. • You are treated with shouting and humiliation. • No one is accountable. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. Even one star is too much for them.

The customer service was top-notch. The officers were friendly, courteous and have the interest of customer at heart. The prices are pocket friendly. Meanwhile, I will leaverage on the promise of 125% returns, where the goods can be sourced elsewhere at reduced costs. Overall, good customer relations!

Where to begin… My husband and I had been searching for the perfect sectional for nearly three years, visiting more than ten different stores. We finally found the one at this Ashley Furniture location. Our associate, Chris, was wonderful—helpful, knowledgeable, and truly great to work with. We left very pleased with the in-store experience. We were told our sectional would be ready for pickup in three weeks. Unfortunately, this is when things went downhill. Three weeks turned into three months with zero communication from Ashley. I repeatedly had to call for updates because no one reached out on their own. When the sectional finally arrived, there was no apology, discount, or acknowledgment of the delay. We brought our beautiful sectional home and were excited—until about six weeks later, when we noticed a wear mark near the seam of the ottoman. I contacted customer service regarding the warranty and was immediately told it wouldn’t be covered. I explained politely that this wasn’t cosmetic damage but appeared to be a defect in the fabric. Still, I was given a firm no. The only option was to order a replacement part at our expense. We spent $3,000 and waited three months for a sectional we were told was “top of the line,” only to have it showing wear and coming apart at the seams in under two months. After years of searching and then months of waiting, this level of product quality and customer service is incredibly disappointing and disheartening. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.

Ahmed is the associate who was assisting me. He was very knowledgeable about the different fabrics. I appreciated that because I have 2 cats and a dog and need to have certain fabric. I also wanted a very firm couch and certain measurements. He was very good at showing me all the couches and their qualities. I will definitely be back to shop for other furniture.

Won't go into detail but I will never shop at Ashley's again. Won't mention names my salesman didn't listen was rude he was pushy cut you off when you were talking. Was a complete crap show. In the end I did get a full refund no penalty. So if you decide to go to Ashley's make sure you keep in touch with delivery people because you think you are getting your stuff but you don't. Ask lots of questions.
