Nice and good place to get quality and standard furniture for your home
We went in for an area rug. We purchased it and waited for more than 40 minutes to have it taken down and wrapped up. In that time, the salesperson tried to upsell me on a Refrigerator and a mattress, all while we were waiting for the rug. Finally, I went back to get our rug AND IT STILL WASN’T WRAPPED. In essence, he wasted our time in an attempt to get us to buy more. Unimpressed.
Prince was great, unfortunately couldn't get the couch we wanted to compare to another competitor price as they threw in too many freebies. The service was great and he was very knowledgeable

Saskatoon doesn’t have many options for furniture stores, but this one in the Stonebridge/Clearance Avenue area stands out. They have a good selection, featuring both modern and traditional designs. The sales staff are helpful and even offered us coffee during our visit. In terms of pricing, it’s middle-range compared to Leon’s and The Brick. Some products are imported from China and other parts of Asia—while they may not be the sturdiest, they do look good. Overall, it’s a decent store with a nice variety of furniture options!
We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Ashley Furniture, particularly with a sales associate named Saini, who we were told was in a managerial position. A major condition for our purchase was the delivery date, which Saini personally promised would be on January 10. However, today we found out that he misled us about the delivery date just to make a sale, demonstrating a lack of integrity. Furthermore, during the negotiation process, Saini claimed he was offering us a discount. However, we later discovered that the prices in-store were actually higher than both the online rates at Ashley and Dufrense for the same products. Ashley Furniture has been known for its customer loyalty and trust, but with the hiring of individuals like these, this reputation is clearly at risk. It’s disappointing to see such deceptive sales tactics being employed at a once-trusted brand.
