The 1st experience was when we bought a TV console back in August 2024. We had gone to the store on Clarence Avenue, Saskatoon and we fell in love with the console. Unfortunately, they delivered in a different colour. My husband and I were about 4 hours into Assembly when we realised the doors of the console was different from what we chose. We got greyish blue instead of the brown we fell in love with. We consoled ourselves the new colour wasn't bad because we just didn't have the energy to disassemble and ask for an exchange. We accepted this error and put it down to a forgivable human error. Our experience was not so with their competition Leon's. We got everything we ordered as at when promised. Fast forward to few weeks ago, we visited Ashley again and ordered sofas and even went back the next day for a coffee table and side stools. We were told all the order will come in one package and due date December 16th. It's been back and forth with Ashley to get our items as we were informed the coffee table and side stools won't come with our sofa and no date given for those. We also still don't have our sofas. I am highly disappointed in the services of Ashley and I hope they can be professional not only on the shop floor but more importantly in their delivery as well.

Lots of details given by salesman (he was very personable) were not correct. Power reclining loveseat doesn't come apart into three seat sections.will require paying extra to get a mover to unbolt it when we move or sell it to get into elevator. Sitting on for about a week and seats already look saggy which we were assured would not. Have to keep blanket on it. Might as well have kept our old power reclining sofa as exact issues. Ready for pick up day changed several times. Though my screen shot did not have any specific details we suddenly had to get the financing (which we did not need) to save the minimal bonus discount we assume we got. Were told zero administration fee but yep.. $35. Warranty is not straight across use in store if never used but requires $1,000 full price purchase. Also purchased floor model coffee table set at great price... The tempered glass has a mottled look to it on one side table and obviously something has happened to it. Hopefully it will not shatter even though we use coasters. Not noticeable in store since covered with a lamp and decor items.

Not happy with the online purchase experience. Repeated attempts with different browsers but still unable to complete the order due to an unruly and problematic third (or fourth?) party payment system. The “contact us” feature in the third party payment site wasn’t working. No functioning link even. Will not ever attempt to order online from Ashley again. Feel like my times was not respected and that there’s a good chance my CC data was compromised. If they want my business they need to fix this outdated and impossible payment system.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of commitment Ashley has shown regarding my recent furniture purchase. I made payment based on the clear understanding and written confirmation on my invoice that my items would be delivered on December 16. A few days later, I unexpectedly received another invoice stating the delivery date had been moved to December 20. I reached out to the sales team to express my frustration, especially because this delay directly affects my plans. To my shock, I was then informed over the phone that they likely would not even meet the new date and delivery would now be pushed to December 23. This constant shifting of dates is completely unacceptable. It shows a lack of reliability, poor internal coordination, and disregard for customers’ time and planning. If delivery dates cannot be honoured, they should not be promised, let alone printed on an invoice. Ashley needs to do far better. This experience has left me highly disappointed and it has certainly affected my trust in the brand.
