Kamesh was awesome to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a great experience! People were very friendly at the store. Delivery was great they had a live feed on where the delivery truck was and showed up when scheduled. The guys were really friendly and did a great job putting our bunk beds together.
It stated off great when they sold to us, but when it came time for delivery appliances were dropped and left dented, chipped and dirty. We made a claim and no one followed up or made any attempt to fix the issue. We also an accidentally purchased a queen sized matresses and needed to switch to a twin. We didn’t get any refund or credit (before delivery) and had to pay $550 for a twin. In the end the twin didn’t work either and once they have your money there is no customer service. Go anywhere else but here.
We received the wrong orientation of sectional but we made it work. the couch itself is gorgeous, it was an online exclusive so purchased sight unseen. the photo on the computer was the right orientation and I made triple sure that he was aware that was the one we wanted, so I'm not totally sure how we wound up with the opposite.. if he hit the wrong button or the photos were mislabeled online - but everything else about the experience was good! couch took about a month, we got the white glove delivery for free and although it wasn't what we were expecting we still made it work with our living room!

Very helpful, polite and friendly without feeling pressure.
Service and people were very nice ! Product on the other hand was terrible! Even worse trying to make a return! I’m still trying to process the claim but all u get is a robot named Eva ! So frustrating! Never again !
