I bought a bed at Ashley home and it was delivered without legs last week. Until today there is no home of new legs being delivered considering we paid for white glove services.Can you please come and collect your bed as its of no use to have ramdom wood in the hise that we are not using
Second time having to order a mattress pad to come in from Saskatoon to Regina and even though I expressed my concern due to the first experience taking two months to receive the item, I was reassured that it would be different this time. Fool me twice….. After the order was placed, I received texts asking me to make arrangements to pick the item up from Saskatoon which was not supposed to be the plan and inquiring with the staff member who said she would ensure everything was good but shocker…..no response to messages I sent to her. Item was supposed to arrive today. Wonder if it will take two months again to get this one. Definitely learned my lesson now.
Drew and his team were earlier than expected and that was great. Very friendly and fast. Great job to all three of you, and they took away my old chair, so I don't have to dispose of it. Thanks guys
