Excellent costumer service & delivery services
They are very good at selling you product, but wait until you receive a damaged product and deal with their service and warranty read the fine print I guess was told is on their website about, here is the story order some coffee table was told to open and let them know within 24hrs if damaged or defective, so call within in 24 hrs for a defective paint, they send someone to put some crayon painting on that didn't not match with factory color and wanted to wait 24 hours before using waited a week and when tried to clean the whole paint came off. Call back was told they will book another appointment for another useless service, went to store to complain they called the same service people I had been talking too and that is all they could do for me, supposedly they would call within 48 hours for another crayon coffee table painting, they would not return or replace because they might consider it after 3 service calls , sill no service booked.

I finally got my dining set...had to wait a month but it came today. I love it and the 3 delivery guys were fantastic! Had it all put together in record time and cleaned up all the packing material, etc. What I really thought was great is that I was getting updates about the delivery time and I could see how close they were getting on a tracking map! Really convenient!
It was a very nice experience that could encourage anyone to shop in.
