Unfortunately there was a real language barrier. The salesman was not only hard to understand but kept interrupting, thinking he knew what I wanted and wouldn’t listen to me thoroughly. I found it to be a very frustrating experience. If the product and price wasn’t as good as it was, I for sure would have gone somewhere else. I hope management takes this into consideration.

My partner and I were looking for a new bed. We were assisted by Harjot (sales employee) and Kirsten (sleep specialist). I appreciated that they listened and wanted to actually help, rather than push a sale. 10/10 I would reccomend. Thank you ladies!

I had a really great experience at this store, and a big part of that was thanks to Usman. He was incredibly helpful, patient and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. He didn’t rush me at all and made the whole process feel easy and stress free and explained everything to me bit by bit. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit.

They are very good at selling you product, but wait until you receive a damaged product and deal with their service and warranty read the fine print I guess was told is on their website about, here is the story order some coffee table was told to open and let them know within 24hrs if damaged or defective, so call within in 24 hrs for a defective paint, they send someone to put some crayon painting on that didn't not match with factory color and wanted to wait 24 hours before using waited a week and when tried to clean the whole paint came off. Call back was told they will book another appointment for another useless service, went to store to complain they called the same service people I had been talking too and that is all they could do for me, supposedly they would call within 48 hours for another crayon coffee table painting, they would not return or replace because they might consider it after 3 service calls , sill no service booked.

Purchase process went well. Kirsten, our sales person knew her stuff. We were given a delivery date. Great. Then things went really bad ...automated text messages and emails advising the delivery would be delayed by 4 days. Then another missed delivery date. More automated messages. Poor phone response ...actually none. The service center ( Dufresne?) dropped my call. No response from the store.. today approx 20 days after the purchase we still don't have answers!!
