Spent $10,000 on furniture at this store. One side table had a broken tab on leg that we asked to have replaced. The store send us to customer service to deal with it on our own as they dont do it in store. After a month of trying to get this resolved they told us they would be sending part. A year later we still have not received so gave up. My daughter who just bought $16,000 of furniture at Leons( I wouldn't let her buy from Ashley's because of my experience) had a damaged headboard which they resolved in the store themselves within a day! Guess we will stick with Leon's!
I am so amazed the shopping experience I had with Ashley's Regina Showroom. KEN showed the value a person should get when they come in to you as a customer. Even my daughter who is 9 years old said me we been valued here (she even felt that in her inner mind) the care and acknowledgement through out the entire shopping time has given a huge impact on how to deal and treat other people in life. Ken you are an amazing character shows the true value of customer service. 💯👍
It was a really good experience. Abrar showed us our options on table sets that we were looking for and wasn't pushy. We left for lunch to discuss the options, and when we came back he remembered who we were and what we looking for. He then spent lots of time with us, answering our questions, until we made our decision. Abrar was able to give us a awesome deal, which we are very happy with. We will get our table and chairs in two to three weeks and we will give an opinion of the quality then.

So I purchased a area rug for $180 on the 12th waited for my new couches to be delivered on the 19th & so I waited to set up my area rug came to realize that my area rug had a big rip & they wont exchange or anything!!! Will not be making future purchases! If I had known that they had a 48 hour policy to report I would have did a thorough check on my area rug now I am stuck with a ripped rug that I will most likely throw out.
The sales associates were extremely helpful and respectful.
We do not like high pressure salesman. Confuse you and get you to buy things you do not want. We will not be buying anything here again. We were at the store and had bought. I love seat and it took us 4 and a 1/2 hours to get through the holes thing.⚡️
