Run run run away ….. 1) who has three different types of delivery service and says nothing ordered online and they dropped it on the sidewalk said this is the delivery you bought 2 cheap junk is what it was when I wanted to return it they charged me 10 percent and I had to take it to the store after I bought it online than the hold money hostage saying we will keep it for in-store credit 3) your manager who kept calling me Bro skies that’s your manager what kinda manager keeps calling a person broski I guess I would like to thank you for showing me why I will never shop at your store or use your online service again ..

Terrible experience with this store, we bought a mattress from Ashley store in Regina, we received the mattress after two days, delivery guys just left them downstairs. We took them upstairs, opened the mattress box, it was broken. We tried to contact the store but apparently, they have no claim specialist in the store, and they kept sending us different phone numbers. Which were all robots not an actual human answering. After so many times trying to call the sale’s person, we received a QR code which referred us to a link for live chat. We explained the situation, sent the pictures of the damaged mattrass, and waiting for someone to call us now and explain to us what needs to be done next. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we won’t buy anything from this store again.

This place is horrible to deal with!!!! If I could give it a ZERO I would. Purchased a bed frame from this place, picked it up from the warehouse the next day and when I got it home and unboxed it the bed frame was CLEARLY set up before and used, a bunch of the holes were crossed threaded, missing hardware and parts. I couldn’t even set it up to use it. Go back to the store and they could NOT help me at all. The manager of the store told me they are not aloud to do refunds at the store location. Told me to text an AI customer help line….??!! I’ve received emails saying a customer service representative will phone me within 48hours… it’s been over a week and no phone calls. I’ve emailed back multiple times and still a REAL person will not contact me. Now today a package shows up to my house from Ashley Furniture and it’s a completely random part that doesn’t even belong to this bed frame!!! That was there solution. This store is god awful to deal with and I would highly recommend going somewhere else!!!!
When they came they didn't have the tools needed and they had a very lazy attitude and they said they wouldn't be back till the following weekend. Not impressed by this. So it's been 5 month since they came to set up the bed and not set up yet. They blamed me.for not calling them, even though I've been the one that has had to come to the store 3 times and try to get the missing parts. Now they won't take it back even though I had to buy another bed and mattress oh yeah but the were quick on sending the bill since they delivered it. Don't buy at Ashley's Furniture worst service ever and they'll blame you for their incompetence. Have never been so disappointed in a store as I have been with them.
