Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. I felt very uncomfortable as some of the staff were very persistent. Too much in my face!
Poonam was very helpful in making furniture shopping a great experience for us. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with a great deal.
Honestly - I did have a good experience, Kamesh took great care of me and was not at all pushy. While the manager was nice, I did find that she was a little bit more assertive, which I appreciate is how you get sales, but I was already interested so felt frustrated by it. Overall though - good experience!

In early August, I purchased 3 new appliances and a small dining table for my new condo- a substantial purchase...what a travesty!!! The stove had broken knobs, the movers damaged my vinyl planking when moving the new washer/ dryer in and the table has a broken leg!!! The stove was repaired last week, the table is being repaired this week- fine. I am expected to run around and try and find matching vinyl...really?? After 3 days, I finally found a match, had to purchase an entire box of vinyl planking, now I have to hire someone to repair the gouge in my floor. I will never walk into this store again!! Never again!!
