Delivery of our new sofa and loveseat went very well. We were notified 30 months ago prior to arrival. Set up was quick and all personnel were very friendly!
We worked with Eddie, the salesperson, and he was fantastic—very helpful and made the buying experience enjoyable. I had a few issues with a refund on my order and a back ordered sofa. This was not ideal. I worked with customer service and they were able to make it right. Overall, things did not go as originally planned but working with Rose at customer service, she was able to make the corrections. I am satisfied with my purchase and the help from customer service.
