Delivery of our new sofa and loveseat went very well. We were notified 30 months ago prior to arrival. Set up was quick and all personnel were very friendly!

Went in today to browse and ask questions about my couch warranty and ended up getting a recliner chair! The sale going on right now can’t be beat! Ken is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with all my Ashley purchases.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Considering the cost of the furniture I am appalled. Very set on policies that did not consider the customer. Received a damaged desk and they wanted me to drive it 2 hours to be glued and then come pick it up when it was finished. Rather than a new undamged desk that I paid for. Even after the desk took 2 weeks longer to get than the promise delivery date. To top it off there wasn’t any packaging damage, it was damaged before it was put in the box. I had also ordered and paid for a recliner at the same time and a month after I was supposed to have it they called and asked if I would be willing to take it in a different colour or get my money back. I had purchased the same couch and recliner and wanted a matching one. So I waited another month to get it. After hours on the phone with customer service and every attempt to contact the manager was brushed off and no call backs recieved from the manager of the store it is the last place I will ever shop. Do yourself a favour, save yourself the grief of damaged overpriced products, inaccurate delivery dates and lack of care on this company’s part.

I’m writing this after everything my partner already went through with our sales rep, Igbayemi Adegeye (Eddy), and honestly, the experience has been just as horrible for me. We’re both shocked at how disorganized, misleading, and careless this entire process has been. From the start, Eddy never asked for any measurements. Not one question about whether the couch would even fit in our building. Because of that, the couch of my dreams has been postponed twice and STILL hasn’t been delivered. When the delivery team finally showed up, they told us it wouldn’t fit and straight-up said our sales rep should have handled this before we ever placed the order. I rearranged my work schedule specifically to be home for this delivery at the postponed date, only to be told at my door that the couch I’ve already paid thousands for cannot be delivered at all. Then there’s the whole pickup disaster my partner already explained. We were told the couch would be in Regina. Instead, we randomly get a text saying pickup is in Saskatoon. Later, online staff tell us it was actually ordered from Calgary and might not even reach Regina until later in the week. The amount of wrong information we were given is unbelievable. On top of that, Eddy made BOTH of us sign up for Fairstone even though I was the one buying the couch. Now I have an unnecessary account, and our emails are mixed up. It’s sloppy and careless. Between the failed delivery, the complete lack of measurements, the shipping confusion, the wrong pickup city, the delays, the misinformation, and the unnecessary credit account, this has been the worst shopping experience of my life. Buying a couch should not be this exhausting. ****UPDATE**** Rose is amazing and helped us figure it out. After navigating difficult staff, Rose was able to help us out and get us the best deal given our situation.
