Horrible customer service… I don’t recommend this place.. they really give you the runaround… very disappointing… will NEVER step foot in there again …
A super experience, purchasing a sofa from Ashley Furniture in Regina. A good quality piece at an excellent sale price. Poonam served us with pleasant efficiency. Delivery was swift and on time. Harwinder and his colleague were very professional and effected the installation of the sofa, and the removal of our old loveseat, in next to no time!

Took way too long to get the furniture we purchased (longer than what we were told). We purchased a rug and were under the impression that we were getting a deal for the rug with our couch set/mattress. Awful communication in general. We received a text saying we can go and pick up our items and to text when we’re on our way which is exactly what we did. When we arrived our stuff was not ready and we were asked to come back another time - we were told we receive a gift card for our troubles. We eventually picked up our items however, they instead sold us the small rug instead of the large one we thought we were getting (so really no deal and very deceiving). When I called the store about the rug, the assistant manager literally swore at me. He told us to write a bad review and to call a different number because he claimed he can’t do anything about it on his end. When we called the number, they stated he could have fixed it on his end. They said they would have a manager call us about their assistant manager but no one ever called. We never did get a gift card either (not that I want a gift card now after all of that). Avoid at all costs!!!
