I had a good experience shopping at Ashley's. Customer service was accommodating in-store. Delivery was well coordinated, they were careful with my item and I was keep updated every step of the way.

Purchase process was okay, but when it came to delivery and set-up is when things took a downturn. We had our delivery for a Saturday.  This was for a bed frame, king sized mattress, and the removal of our old bed set.  We were given a three hour time window which included a delivery tracker that just doesnt work (is powered by AI) and when we began to question whether we were going to be getting our stuff that day when it was over two hours outside the window, I decided to phone the store to see when they deliver until.  Turns out you cant call the store, it just routes you to a call center in Winnipeg, where they just refer back to the same broken tracker. Finally into the early evening they show up, and promptly began bitching and complaining from the second they walked in the door, until the second they left.  About the only thing these three did right was taking our old bed set.  In the process of building the bed frame they break something (or more than one thing, still not sure). Then comes the new mattress.  They bring it in then proceed to tell us thay they cant take it upstairs because its frozen and won't bend around our stairwell?  It was barely -20 that day and as im being fed this excuse, the mattress is sitting there, BENDING from being on its side, while hardly cool to the touch.  So we're left with nothing to sleep on besides couches, and no confirmed date of when they'd be back to finish their jobs. The store was no help, they couldn't give a shit about this and just referred us back to their call center because they cant set up deliveries on their end and because their drivers marked this as "complete", we'd have to rebook.  No accountability and no customer service.  There wasn't even a vague attempt to make this right. Ended up hiring from "Two Men and A Truck" for $250 the following Monday to finish their job, which is coincidentally $19 short of the "white glove service" fee that was oh so GRACIOUSLY waived during purchase, not like we received this service.

Kristen Pedersen was phenomenal. We were in and out in a matter of 10 minutes for a chair we were looking for in our nursery. Amazing. Thank you so much!!

I can't leave a review...I haven't received my dining set yet. I'm supposed to be getting it the beginning of April...I hope I don't have to wait months like I've read on some other reviews - because that would be totally unacceptable

Blindsided by poor non-transparent return policy! I recently bought a lovely Cashton couch, loveseat and ottoman. After six days, I realized the ottoman was uncomfortable and tried to exchange or return it. The sales supervisor said, no luck. I had missed my 48-hour window in which to return it. 48 hours? They washed their hands of me, saying, “Sorry, company policy.” Apparently, it’s in the fine print of the sales receipt, although I wasn’t told about this policy when I bought the furniture. The Brick has a 30-day return policy and Costco’s is even better. The furniture business is competitive and I’m going elsewhere next time. I told Ashley that their policy means they have lost me as a customer. One more thing. Does anybody want my $400 blue Cashton ottoman? I’ll be posting it on Facebook Marketplace for $75 OBO.

Very disappointed with the additional insurance I purchased for a “new” sectional purchased in June 2025. In august2025, I received a damaged floor model instead of a new couch. There are more complaints sent to Ashley furniture - I received the wrong seat cushion meant for another couch, one missing decorative pillow, two large tears on the arm which the delivery driver said was caused by someone dragging the couch on the side, oversized ottoman was torn/dirty and obvious soil damage from someone’s dirty feet/pant legs rubbing on the front of the couch. I’ve sent numerous photos to the additional insurance I purchased (approximately $600 to cover 5 years) , I’ve emailed and texted the company AND the delivery driver immediately made a claim for me on the date of delivery in August 2025. I was promised someone would call within 2-5 business days to book an appointment for one of their repair specialists to come to my house. No one called! Needless to say, all additional furniture and appliances I needed for my house were purchased elsewhere. It’s March 2026, I’m still actively trying to get someone here to repair or replace my “new” sectional.

Found a new smaller sofa to work in my new condo...and ran into an employee at Ashley's that I've known for years...what a lovely surprise! Just waiting for the new loveseat to arrive.
