Even though the delivery was delayed twice, the customer service was great and they explained the situation well. The movers were also great. Very efficient and professional. We love the furniture and the dogs cuddled up immediately :)
Good costumer service
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! THE MANAGER (RONA) OF QUANCE LOCATION IN REGINA was rude and refused to help. I placed an order online Dec 26/25. After over a month I received a call that my chaise was at the Regina store and ready for pickup. When I went down to pickup the chair on Jan 31/26 I was told it was not there. I said I received a phone call stating it was at the Regina store ready to be picked up. I was told by the manager Rona that it isn’t. I was upset but asked him if he can have it sent to the Regina store. He assured me he did, and said the truck comes on Tuesdays so I can pick it up the next day Wednesday February 4/26. So today I went to pick up the chaise and it wasn’t there!!! When I went to speak to the manager again he said it’s still in Saskatoon. At this point I started getting upset. 2 trips to pick it up and 2 times being told it’s not in. I said I would like it delivered free of charge or a discount. The manager was unwilling to help. He dialed a number to customer service and said you talk to them or don’t, but that’s all I’m doing then walked away. He was raising his voice at me and would not let me speak when I tried. He kept interrupting and trying to over speak. When I asked if this is how he speaks to customers he kept saying why, why can’t I speak to you like this. I asked him for the name of the regional manager as I wanted to make a complaint and he said no I’m not giving you that information. I had to get it from the person on the customer service line. This manager is a disgrace and should be fired!!

The delivery was quick, and they came when expected. Delivery guys were respectful, friendly, they assembled the furniture. It was a good delivery!
