Ashley’s must not need my business. Spent 20 min in the store and no sales person acknowledged us. I guess we will spend our money somewhere else.

We ordered white glove service in April. The movers dropped it and corner was chipped. Unfortunately this was noticed within 72 hours but not the 48 hour window. After speaking with multiple people, many of which were incredibly rude we were told it could only be repaired and not exchanged even though it was clearly damaged on delivery. They then took a month to schedule delivery then cancelled it last minute and would take another month to reschedule. Then told me repair would start June 8, then delivered. Then that was moved to June 24 and then July 10. After speaking to the customer service representative they told me they do not have the techs available. After asking to speak with the manager they finally agreed to do an exchange. If the tech services are not available, the site should not be doing repairs. I basically got the run around for 3 months to end up getting a new nightstand anyway. Horrible customer service. Will never shop here again

Buyer Beware We came in looking for a power reclining couch. It was my first big purchase in a while and I was excited. We agreed on a delivery date - after I made it clear her first suggestion wouldn’t work because I’d be out of town. A week later, I got a surprise text saying the couch would arrive on the exact day I said I’d be away. When I called to correct it, I was told my only option was to delay delivery another week. Only after posting a review online did a manager reach out, but even she couldn’t resolve the issue. A staff member quietly admitted: “Looks like they scheduled when you asked, then 3 days later went in and changed it. She definitely could have called you.” That tells you everything you need to know. I took time off work for the rescheduled delivery. They had also agreed to remove our old sectional. The delivery team arrived: said they were instructed to take only one piece & were bizarrely warned I might be upset. Instead of notifying me in advance, someone decided to anticipate my frustration and do nothing about it. After another call, they agreed to take both pieces. Then came the final blow: they couldn't get the new couch in the elevator. We had clearly stated we lived in an apartment and this is a huge building so... everyone has a couch. This was an average sized couch. I genuinely doubt they gave it a solid shot or tried spatially adjusting. The team simply returned it to the truck and dragged our old one back in. I was told verbally I’d get a full refund. But I’ve received no invoice, no confirmation, nothing in writing. When I followed up by email, I got a vague text: “7 to 10 business days. No confirmation until it’s processed.” So now I have no new couch, no refund paperwork, and no clear timeline. This was a textbook case of poor communication, careless operations, and a company that takes your money and leaves you holding the mess.
