I went to buy a bed and mattress. I was helped by Kirsten Pedersen . I she was very knowledgeable and understood my needs right away .She was very pleasant to deal with and the process was quick. She gave me inform needed and quickly found for me the mattress I needed.

I would say the experience is good. Looking and talking with the salesman was good. And the movers were fas. I was impressed with how quickly they got things done. My only vice is that on the receipt I got, it said a tentative delivery date. That date was a month and a half late. Which I believe is too late. Change that and it would be 5 star.

We just walked into Ashley's to have a look around. Before I knew it my wife had finalized the bedset and was discussing pricing 🤭. Pradip Patel was absolutley amazing and walked her through all the pricing and even knocked alot of $$$ of for the bundle. In and out with complete bedroom furniture was 30 mins. 5 star service.

I have now bought a couch and table and chair set from them in the last year. Ordered from the regina store and for some reason they get delivered to the saskatoon store.. so after waiting weeks for furniture it shows up to the wrong location, then it takes them another week to get it to the proper store even tho its only 2 hours away, even after calling to verify that it would come to regina they obviously did not take the time to look and fix the issue. Also when you try to call the store it sends you to the help dest where it take forever to be able to speak with a real human. This will probably be the last purchase from them if they do not fix there mistakes

I ordered my comfortable lovely clover green sectional. The woman that helped me was very kind and supportive. I told her that I was not tech savvy. She guided me through the process of getting my sectional. Highly recommended!! Can’t wait to get it in three weeks! Lori Glier

Okay, now that I have ALL of my items I will leave a review. I expected a different experience when we chose to shop at Ashley's for new furniture but the experience felt pushy and the delivery timings were CRAZY. Delivery kept getting pushed back not something I expected from a store considered "higher end". I was also shocked at how much they charge for them to deliver AND to bring the product in the house, $250. Other businesses I have gone to do not charge that price, just crazy. There was so much mix up and confusion when we purchased, I'm not sure I would buy anything from them again.

I bought a large sectional and was sold an insurance. I was convinced to buy because the lady said it will cover damages like tear and peel. The less than a year it started to come off. So I contacted then and was told it was not covered. Very disapppinted. When I look at the flyer they sent me I found out it wasnt covered indeed. There personnel should be ablto to dermine if the item I bought is covered becuase most of the time customers will first believe what they say. I feel cheated.

I had a horrible experience. Ordered for goods that were not delivered only to make me change the bed to what does not require box spring and they have refused to take the box spring back
