Customer service was excellent and delivery and set up was quick
The delivery was on time, the crew set up our new furniture in good time and took all the garbage out with them. No fuss, no mess! We were able to enjoy our purchase immediately with no stress.😊

This company is an absolute disaster to deal with! They sent a product with multiple deficiencies such as a drawer with no holes to put screws, and peg that bears weight unable to attach. The “white glove delivery” just left it and told us to call. Now playing pass the potato with the terrible company. Happy to take your money but zero accountability!!! Thanks for nothing Ashley Canada and can’t wait for another number/email to call message.

Kirsten was fantastic, no rush to the sale, no bullshit to the pitch. She found us a couch set and a method of affordablility we hadn't considered. And recognized my Service Dog as a point of making decisions so pointed out pet-friendly features ... Highly recommend. Had negative experience from Saskatoon delivery crew who did not take old couch despite instructions on Invoice. So I called Ashley Customer Service and complained after delivery crew from Saskatoon (2.5 hours away) hung up on me rudely. Customer Service rebooked a pickup for two days later. Pickup crew from Regina led by Owen today was friendly quick and efficient and I even learned something about lazyboy type couches. Owen apologized for the bad experience with Saskatoon crew and made sure all my needs were met. I would still high recommend, especially if delivery is from Regina crew.
