It was great friendly people very helpful spent way to much money. Went in for one thing and left with 5 items to be delivered. Prices are decent. The lady that help us was great and very knowledgeable her name was Kirsten pedersen and she is very good at her job.

Kristen Pedersen was phenomenal. We were in and out in a matter of 10 minutes for a chair we were looking for in our nursery. Amazing. Thank you so much!! Edited - they wanted a 5-star review to get $50 off a delivery charge. This was prior to us actually receiving the furniture. (As of this review, still haven’t received jt). This has been the worst experience. We ordered a OUT OF STOCK piece of furniture. We were originally told it would be on our door step April 7th. Which worked for us and this is why we bought it. This recliner is for a nursery and so we are under a bit of a time constraint due to seeding and the our baby’s due date right after. April 2nd I received a delivery confirmation email thinking everything would be good. Delivery day comes and I didn’t receive the delivery window text, so I called customer service. Customer service was the absolute worst to even deal with first of all. Secondly, when we finally got to the bottom of who I was and what I ordered (I provided an order number and everything) - customer service lady said it will not be available as it is out of stock. When asking more questions, they were not helpful what so ever. So we drove from Weyburn to Regina to get someone physically in front of us to tell us what was going on. When expressing our concerns to the actual people at the Regina store - they did listen, but their hands were tied and they couldn’t do anything (or didn’t offer to do much. They said in order to do anything we need to call customer service again) - they did refund us our delivery fee. So! Now it is April 13th, and we finally got full confirmation that we would be able to pick up our piece of furniture on the 24th of April or it will be delivered May 5th. We need delivery as we don’t have a truck. So May 5th it is. And due to us being by Saskatoon seeding, we now have to get someone to camp at our house for the day to receive this recliner, and this is VERY close to our due date which is extremely disappointing after being told it will be at our door step April 7. Moral of the story - DO NOT GIVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW UNTIL AFTER YOU ACTUALLY GET YOUR FURNITURE. We feel it was very misleading and almost tied selling to do something like this when the outcome was so far from what was promised. Secondly - make sure you get confirmation that your furniture is at a warehouse near you! Or you’ll be waiting 2 months for your piece of furniture. 🙃 Lesson learned. They will not be getting our business ever again. Horrible customer service, horrible timelines, and trash communication.
