I’m writing this after everything my partner already went through with our sales rep, Igbayemi Adegeye (Eddy), and honestly, the experience has been just as horrible for me — the actual buyer of the couch. We’re both shocked at how disorganized, misleading, and careless this entire process has been. From the start, Eddy never asked for any measurements. Not one question about whether the couch would even fit in our building. Because of that, the couch of my dreams — just over $2,000 — has been postponed twice and STILL hasn’t been delivered. When the delivery team finally showed up, they told us it wouldn’t fit and straight-up said our sales rep should have handled this before we ever placed the order. I rearranged my work schedule specifically to be home for this delivery at the postponed date, only to be told at my door that the couch I’ve already paid thousands for cannot be delivered at all. And to this day, I still don’t have the couch. Then there’s the whole pickup disaster my partner already explained. We were told the couch would be in Regina. Instead, we randomly get a text saying pickup is in Saskatoon. Later, online staff tell us it was actually ordered from Calgary and might not even reach Regina until later in the week. The amount of wrong information we were given is unbelievable. On top of that, Eddy made BOTH of us sign up for Fairstone even though I was the one buying the couch. Now I have an unnecessary account, and our emails are mixed up — my email was put on delivery info, my partner’s was put on the order, and tracking anything is now almost impossible. It’s sloppy and careless. Between the failed delivery, the complete lack of measurements, the shipping confusion, the wrong pickup city, the delays, the misinformation, and the unnecessary credit account, this has been the worst shopping experience of my life. Buying a couch should not be this exhausting. I absolutely do NOT recommend shopping here. Save your time, your money, and your sanity.
We shop at Ashley quite frequently and have purchased several items for every room of our home. The service is great and the delivery even better! Our recent purchase of family room furniture was delivered with precision and care(always is)Benjamin and his helper were courteous and very knowledgeable about the after care of our items. Whether we are the first stop of the day or the last, the Ashley delivery team takes pride in their work and the consideration towards the products they handle. Thanks again for another flawless delivery! We are loving our living room again 🙏
Dear Ashley, I am writing to urgently escalate an unresolved issue with a sectional couch and ottoman purchased in the summer of 2025 from your Regina store. The couch, which cost $6,000 and is still being financed, has had persistent squeaking issues that multiple technician visits have failed to fix. I have contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was asked to speak to a representative via video call (which I have already completed), or I was promised another technician visit that did not resolve the issue. I have also been repeatedly told that I would receive a scheduling link to arrange further service. Despite waiting four days and following up daily, I have still not received it. My ticket number is #151739, and all of my personal information is linked to that ticket. Please feel free to contact me directly using the details in my profile. At this point, I am requesting a full replacement of the couch and immediate intervention from a higher level of support. If this issue is not resolved within two business days, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Protection Division of Saskatchewan or file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If none of these steps help resolve the issue, I will pursue the matter further through formal legal channels. This situation has gone beyond a simple business inconvenience for me, and I am prepared to dedicate the necessary time and resources to resolve it. My Wife & I went to Ashley's to look for a refrigerator in December, and had a FANTASTIC experience. First of all, we were warmly greeted by Shevon who asked us what he could help us with, walked us through the differences between Refrigerators and gave us suggestions based on what we were looking for. He gave us room when we needed to talk and was more than happy to find out info he wasn't sure on. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. He was able to get locate what we wanted and get it to us in a reasonable amount of time. An exceptional salesperson in my opinion. The delivery was smooth and timely with courteous delivery people. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this business when you are looking for Furniture & Appliances!
