I was in the store for a bit but no one offered help it was when I was on my way out Linda stopped me and asked if I needed help. I said I was fine and left. Later that day I called and asked for Linda and made an arrangement to buy the recliner I was looking at. I went in the next day Linda was very pleasant and knowledgeable she looked professional and was very nice and soft spoken. I did purchase my recliner and it is even available in just a few days! A very good shopping experience thanks to her!

Worst in store customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered a couch Saturday. Sales guy IGBAYEMI ADEGEYE said the couch could be ready as early for pick up on the 13th but suggested I order it for the 15th so I get it the 15th? as that’s the only day me and my partner are able to pick up the order together. I got a message yesterday telling me “reminder that you have a scheduled pick up on 11/15/2025. The pick up address is 165 LIPSETT CRESCENT SASKATOON SK. Saskatoon? I was told by the sales guy the Order was coming from Saskatoon to Regina where I’d pick it up. I’m now finding out though online helpers that it was ordered from Calgary going to arrive in Saskatoon for the 15th but that it might not be in Regina till later that week! Very disappointed because I’m not sure when I’m able to pick up now. The whole process of ordering the couch was also very frustrating. He made me and my partner both sign up through fair-stone to see what both of us were able to get? So I now have a account I never needed as my partner was actually the one ordering it so I can’t find my tracking information because everything is mixed through emails as he put my email for the delivery information? And my partners for the actual order and now none of us are able to figure out where our order is. Along with other disappointing things. Barely saved any money going in person and highly regret not just ordering it online by myself. But the customer services were a big help I got my order November 18th just for the future to not fit through my door. Found out that the sales guy should have pulled out a little pamphlet the store has and done measurements to make sure the couch would properly go through the door. This is more disappointing as I’m now possibly waiting till December 5th for a new couch to be delivered. I do appreciate the help they have given me and my partner but I’m still most disappointed in the poor customer service I received in store. I hope the sales guy try’s better with his next sales and hopefully treats customers as customers! As much as I can respect him treating customers as his own sister’s&brothers i don’t think it gives the same amount of respect as a customer should be given. I also hope he takes this as a learning experience and doesn’t discriminate with age or sexuality again.
