Terrible customer service. Purchased a new fridge and a couch set. The couch and chair arrived but the sales person Kirsten said the ottoman would be arriving separately as it’s IN STOCK in her other warehouse and we would get it June 11th. ( we purchased on may 20th). Which we had no issue with. The fridge as well was “in stock in another warehouse” and we would get that on June 11th as well. Two days before delivery we get a message saying both the otoman and fridge are “ Not in stock” and are a special order”. ???????? So I call the Regina store directly, I speak with Kirsten and after being on hold for about 30 minutes she then says” yea.. sorry but we can offer you a different fridge for $200 dollars more that will arrive on the 11th! “ She then gives my number to the sales manager who has been very unhelpful and does not seem to respond to messages. Takes hours to get a reply. I am beyond annoyed with this entire thing and now will not expect our items until almost july. Terrible service, they want your attention and care about you until the sale is finalized and then they don’t respond. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Talk to somebody on the phone who said they would come in the day that I was going to come in and order a new stove, he then was not going to come in and directed me to deal with his brother who was not in either, I ended up dealing with Linda (if I got her name correct) and she was great. The stove that I ordered was supposed to be in this past Friday I just called to see when it's coming in as I haven't heard anything and now it looks like it's a two week wait. Communication about the change would have been nice
I do not recommend. If nothing goes wrong I’m sure they are fine but as soon as you have to deal with customer service good luck! Ken told my husband he would call him back and then avoided his calls all day and left early.

This has been the most frustrating experience ever. We ordered a bed frame on March 8th. We were told delivery would happen on April 22nd. When I called to confirm they said it would be postponed. No problem. They showed up on May 1st to deliver but the bed frame was broken. They told us they would make a new order and send a new one. A few days go by and nobody has reached out so I call them. They have no idea what I am talking about. Finally somebody sees that the order was never filled. They rebook delivery for May 16th. Then they cancel the day before saying the finish isn’t ready. Reschedule delivery for May 28th. The day before I get a text message saying my order has been cancelled. I call them and they say my bed frame isn’t ready yet. They aren’t really sure when it will be ready. I have asked to cancel the entire order and get a refund but I was told that’s not allowed. I HAVE to take the bed frame. Was not allowed to talk to a manager or anyone higher up. Was given no time frame on if or when I will receive a call back. Will never order from this store again.
They were very accommodating. They worked with us because we are from out of town and made it work. 👍
A fantastic experience once again at Ashley Furniture. Linda was amazing as always, knowledgeable and friendly. She has been our sales person for over 8 years.
