I had purchased a loveseat from another store and ended up with a very sore back. Went to Ashleys (where I should have gone in the first place) and got great service from start to finish. The sales person was knowledgeable about why I was having back issues and explained what sort of loveseat I needed for my comfort and we quickly found the right fit for me. Delivery was friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for more.

Even though the delivery was delayed twice, the customer service was great and they explained the situation well. The movers were also great. Very efficient and professional. We love the furniture and the dogs cuddled up immediately :)
