There are unethical salespeople at this Ashley store. I was sold a 5-year protection plan with the promise that I would receive a refund if no claim was made. Now that the time has come, there are numerous conditions, and it appears the company will only provide a credit of around $269, even though the protection plan cost $540(359.99 + 179.99) before taxes. I am leaving this review because I was clearly misled during the sale. I am also attaching a screenshot of the bill for transparency.
Carlos is such a dream to work with! From the moment I walked into the Ashley store, he took the time to greet me and start a conversation in order to understand my needs. We went through the various styles and options and settled on the best one for my family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for the best customer service experience!!

Hi, I want to mention that the delivery team was actually very helpful. Even though they initially said they don’t deliver to the unit door, they still brought the mattress up for me, and I really appreciate their effort. However, I’m not satisfied with the information I received from the salesperson. I was clearly told that delivery would be to my unit door, which turned out not to be accurate. Also, when I made the purchase under a financing plan, the salesperson did not provide any information about how to make payments or give me any account details—only the contract was given to me. This is not acceptable, as I still don’t know how to proceed with my payments.
