Absolutely unacceptable! I ordered a table along with other items, and after waiting two weeks, it arrived missing a leg. Unbelievable! When I contacted the store and guest care, they told me I had to wait another two to four weeks for a replacement—no urgency, no real solution. Meanwhile, my home is a mess, covered in delivery blankets, and I’m stuck with a defective table. The service from Vinish was night and day compared to purchasing day—once they had my money, the support vanished. No one at this branch was willing to help. Horrible experience—I will never shop here again.

I only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option. DO NOT shop at Ashley Furniture...I repeat, DO NOT shop here unless you really really really like what you want to buy and intend on keeping what you buy forever. If you want to return anything, good luck getting your money back. After purchasing a piece of furniture during Christmas time, when we did not receive a call to pick up our furniture after 1 month. After going into the store to inquire, a sales agent came to me asking what I was looking for. After saying I purchased something, never received the item, nor ever received a call regarding the item, I was there to get a refund. The agent's demeanor quickly changed, and directed me to 2 others sitting at a table on their laptops. Both declining to stand or look at me, one said that I should call customer service. The other tapped on their laptop and said the cancel order has been submitted. Then both continued to ignore me and focus on whatever they were doing on their laptops. I then called customer service (and "customer service" is clearly not what they do), and my next 2 months were a nightmare. The service agent picked up the phone and spoke with me, saying someone from the returns department would contact me within 48 hours, since a cancel order was never properly entered. What happened was 2 additional months of calling and calling and calling for someone from Ashly Furniture, anyone really, to call me back. Guess what happened? No one ever called me back. Only after threatening with media retaliation and getting the Better Business Bureau involved did I get my refund back...3 months later. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT buy anything from Ashley Furniture, unless you're a glutton for being ignored and them banking on the fact that you'll get tired waiting for a refund and forget. Quite possibly the worst experience in purchasing a piece of furniture I have ever had.

If you had to pay for the promises and words of your sales agent, I would be a millionaire today!. They promised me 5 days to receive all the products. I placed an order for 7 thousand dollars and 45 days have passed and I still have not received my entire order. It's just a shame that your service is like this. It's really a shame.

***Update. Four months after this review Ashley's has never replied to my complaint. I guess protecting lazy and unprofessional employees is in your DEI handbook? I'll get right to it. The service we experienced from the delivery guys was downright pathetic. These guys had some chip on their shoulder the second they walked into my house to not even muster a hello, goodbye, please, or thank you. No smile or eye contact. We had to instruct them how to remove our old couch as they struggled to find a way to move it out the door. Looked like they lacked experienced in this dept too as well as poor customer relations. Aaand while the instructions on our order specifically said to unwrap and lay out the new rug aaand what the salesman told us what they will do, the guy refused. When I told him it's his job and it is written he finally did so but said a remark like he was doing us a favour. They looked put upon with the labour. They also left their shoe coverings and tape here. Other than the good experience with Fielding the sales associate, I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anybody. Do better. You have lazy delivery guys.
