I had an amazing experience shopping at this store! The products were of excellent quality, and there was a great variety to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, offering helpful advice throughout my visit. Additionally, the delivery was fast, and the packaging was neat and secure. Overall, this is one of the best stores I’ve ever shopped at, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and great service.
Bad after service care. Purchased the Lyndeboro sectional sofa. The couch cushion was faulty and the zipper popped open. No one sits on that particular couch, so we didn’t notice until months after. I attempted many times to get a hold of someone on after service care to replace the cushion as we had purchased the extended warranty. I called many times during their operating hours to hear a message come on saying they are closed, again, at 930am and 10am. Well within their operating hours. After many attempts, when I finally got a hold of a person, they needed a serial number starting with S5. I literally took apart the entire sectional and only found one S5 serial number on the first couch. I was then told it’s the wrong couch and each part of the couch had its own serial number. The service center cannot help you even with the patent number and the one serial number they cannot order the part. They are furthermore unable to lookup a part based on the product, serial number and patent number. Absolutely useless after service care team which is routed to India. Each time it was an Indian student asking the same question and end result of I cannot help you. After a lengthy time, I learned an expensive lesson, do not buy from Ashley. There is no after service care, despite them asking you to pay for it, their furniture is faulty and cheaply made. The couch cushion gets warped out of shape very fast. I seriously will never spend on any piece of furniture from Ashley again!

Ashley Vaughan promised to deliver the furniture between 11 AM and 1:30 PM, as I need to leave work by 2 PM. Their time management is very poor, and the dispatch team repeatedly states they cannot contact the drivers, which is unbelievable. This is the second delivery attempt. During the first attempt, the Ashley warehouse delivered a display adjustable bed, which was missing several items. When I questioned the driver, he mentioned that the bed was a display model, not new, but I had purchased a brand new item. I trusted Ashley HomeStore products, but after these two incidents, I will definitely think twice about making future purchases. Hi Rose, The Ashly Warehouse tried to deliver the same display model and an open box adjustable bed today. I told them to take it back as I expected a brand new and updated version.
