Fake and poorly made furniture. One salesman actually said they have a financing program to buy a couch within 33 years. I asked again to see if he was for real. For a couch? 🤪

Shopped for Queen bed & Mat of my child late June. I would not purchase here if I had not met the sales manager. While frustrated being pushed to buy by a sales person who approached us, Vinish the manager rescued us to compare prices from other options and guided to choose exactly what we were searching for. We got Socalle Queen bed frame/platform w matching mattress in good condition yesterday.

Absolutely no respect for delivery dates. They always overpromise when you’re making the deal, later you get a text message that they can’t make it in time, they take your money on time though! Details: We places the order and paid in full on June 30th and were promised a delivery on July 12th. That delivery date was shown on the website as well when we made the deal. Come July 10th, we get a text the delivery is postponed a week. I try to contact customer service, guess what?, it’s delayed for two weeks (July 26th)! The thing is: this delivery date is what is showing on their website for whoever orders on July 11th. So the fact that you made the order and paid in full 11 days ago means nothing to them! Update 1: Sent an email to the email address posted in the reply to this review, they haven’t bothered to respond (for two days now). Contacted customer support a number of times, they don’t even offer an apology, they just say “this is what’s happening, deal with that!” Update 2: At 6:00 pm the day before the scheduled delivery, I get a call from Ashley telling me they overbooked their delivery trucks and they will not be able to deliver on time! It doesn’t matter that I made arrangements to be home when they deliver, that’s not important to them. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
