I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received, particularly from Ashley. The delivery team was also very helpful and courteous, making the overall experience truly positive.
The store itself did a great job. We are happy with our purchase. Had to change the review from 5 stars to 3 because the delivery from the store damaged our wall in a visible area and their response was simply Ashleys will fix it, no apology was given. Now im trying to follow up with Ashleys to compensate us for the damages and get this fixed and things are very slow. Not acceptable considering there is visible damage to a wall we have to look at every day. I would have thought there would be more urgency.
