In store experience was nice and staff was very helpful. However, delivery was a mess. First attempt there was a mistake where my order was closed but I did not receive the product. Luckily, customer service was helpful in rectifying this quickly. My dresser came the following week right in the delivery window. I am however disappointed it came with some damage and wear and tear. As if it isn’t brand new. Paint chips, excessive glue over the drawer tracks, visible damage to a leg. Not the quality you expect for a $900 dresser.
