Worst service I have ever experienced. Purchased a couch. Never received a text or call to schedule delivery. Called customer service to escalate and still no resolution. Took day off. Lost wages. They don’t delivery Sunday Monday - now we wait to schedule another day that’s convenient for Ashley. Another day off. Another day of lost wages. I’ll send you a picture of the floor we will be sitting for the next 3 days

Dushane and Joeba (Ashley employees) did an excellent job assembling our new table. They were very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were very neat in their work area. This was a replacement table and the one that we had previously delivered and installed was done by third party and it was horrible. Avoid third party at all costs!! Thank you Dushane and Joeba for the excellent service.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We spent a lot of money replacing our bedroom furniture and couch and during the delivery they scratched all of our walls and floors going up to the bedroom. They also delivered furniture that had cracks in it and a bed frame with threads pulled from it. the delivery people took pictures and sent it in for us and I even called multiple times and they refuse to do anything for us. This is the second time we bought from Ashley’s and I will never buy anything from them in the future. Be wary of buying anything from them as I’ve heard other people who received furniture with dents and cracks in it where they did nothing to replace or fix it.
We had great experience at Ashely with Allan (Monday) and (Tuesday) with Ali, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.
