My husband and I were in Ashley store in Vaughan buying couches with Arman. He was helping us to select what you wanted , and I highly recommend him very nice and professional service.

I recently visited the Ashley homestore in Vaughan, and I was very impressed. The showroom had a wide selection of high-quality furniture, and the atmosphere was welcoming and well organized. Prices were fair, and the variety made it easy to find something that matched my style and needs. I’d especially like to thank Moein, who assisted me during my visit. He was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, guiding me to the perfect choices for a bed and a dining table that were both beautiful and durable. His professionalism and excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Azita was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. I was purchasing items for my new condo and felt nervous about choosing pieces that would fit perfectly in the space. I had originally selected a storage bed and a sectional, but after revisiting the condo and taking new measurements, I realized the bed I chose was going to be too large for the room. Azita was incredible throughout the entire process. She quickly revised my order, helped me select a better-sized bed, and reworked the entire invoice without hesitation. She was kind, patient, and exceptionally helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I also purchased Ashley's white glove delivery service. Money well spent!!! My furniture was delivered on time, set up in less than an hour, and all the boxes, plastic covers and other garbage removed. They delivery guys were friendly, professional and just awesome. I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Ashley Homestore in Vaughan, the seamless white-glove delivery service, and—most importantly—the beautiful furniture I chose for my space. I’m completely in love. :-)

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We spent a lot of money replacing our bedroom furniture and couch and during the delivery they scratched all of our walls and floors going up to the bedroom. They also delivered furniture that had cracks in it and a bed frame with threads pulled from it. the delivery people took pictures and sent it in for us and I even called multiple times and they refuse to do anything for us. This is the second time we bought from Ashley’s and I will never buy anything from them in the future. Be wary of buying anything from them as I’ve heard other people who received furniture with dents and cracks in it where they did nothing to replace or fix it. Edit: still a terrible experience with previous staff members and home damages not being covered. However, the customer service received from Rose was amazing. She was the only person including other management who showed any sympathy and remorse for what happened and was incredibly kind and generous to “make it right” as much as possible. Greatly appreciate my experience with her.
