It was a great experience . Arman was the sales person who helped me and he was knowledgeable showed me Different options and no pressure at all.

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. STEIN was patient and so helpful.

Ordered a bed set and the headboard of the bed came scratched. The person who delivered and installed it told us he already notified Ashley and they would be sending us a touch up kit, but nothing ever showed up. When we phoned in, they told us we would have to send our headboard in to be repaired. As if that is even remotely viable of an option. We were then given 10% off the price of just the bed, but we spent a lot of money and I’m now stuck with damaged furniture.

For a dinning set that cost almost 5k, Ashley HomeStore delivered damaged items. They took it back for repair. After a week, they delivered 'more' damaged item and took it back again. They are taking their time 'investigating' what happened while I don't know when they will deliver. Good at making a sale but "Terrible" service

Frank made our shopping experience at the Ashley store in Woodbridge very enjoyable, and stress free. He was very knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely go back when required.

We were greeted at the entrance. Carlos was friendly and very polite. He was very knowledgeable of their products and specifically of the item we were looking for. He completed and finalized the sale professionally. Overall we had a great experience shopping at Ashley’s Furniture store in Vaughan. Looking forward to receiving our couch.

I really appreciated the communication between Ashley Furniture and my delivery date. It was enough in advance to plan my day. Communication was consistent and accurate. Manjot one of the delivery staff and his colleague were very polite, respectful, took care in preparing the space for the unloading, removed their shoes, picked up all of the packaging, all those little things that mean a lot. They were very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend their service and will likely purchase again the the future. The piece of furniture itself that I ordered was in excellent condition, feels sturdy, solid and well built.

Had some issues with my adjustable bed and wasn’t happy with the service I was given by Ashley’s parts/service department whatsoever until Rose got in contact with me. A1 customer service , got my problem resolved and more. Couldn’t have ask for better outcome. She should be in charge/managing that side of Ashley’s Furniture. Thanks so much to her for dedication to customer satisfaction 🙂
