Ordered 4pc of Sofas. Paid for the delivery. The driver with two other helpers left them in my garage. They said I only paid for the door delivery. I was not explained by the salesperson about the delivery options. I was returning customer. They just lost one customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Bad customer service!!

Knowledgeable and caring sales professionals
To start with, The bed Came damaged with a area disconnected/damaged and a rip in the fabric. The installers were in a complete rush and had no regard to give me a chance to inspect the product prior to their departure. They had no regard for our home and left a dent in the wall without letting me know. Horrible delivery service all around. Installers left a complete mess. Styrofoam Everywhere, So much so That it jammed my sliding door. Cardboard was left behind. I have Attached photos for proof of the damage to the product as well as the surroundings. Disappoint with ashley home store The salesman was great and promised an excellent service for assembly with delivery. Unfortunately, the service and product receive did not match what was promised by our salesman.
I just purchased a bedroom set, sectional sofa, and a dining room and side hutch. The experience at Ashley’s was absolutely incredible. The sales person ( Carlos ) was just perfect with us totally listened to us not pushy at all and incredibly helpful. Thanks Carlos
Frank did a great job going over the product. He was able to answer our questions and provide details without being pushy or aggressive like some sales people are. Overall experience was great.
