Azita was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. I was purchasing items for my new condo and felt nervous about choosing pieces that would fit perfectly in the space. I had originally selected a storage bed and a sectional, but after revisiting the condo and taking new measurements, I realized the bed I chose was going to be too large for the room. Azita was incredible throughout the entire process. She quickly revised my order, helped me select a better-sized bed, and reworked the entire invoice without hesitation. She was kind, patient, and exceptionally helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I also purchased Ashley's white glove delivery service. Money well spent!!! My furniture was delivered on time, set up in less than an hour, and all the boxes, plastic covers and other garbage removed. They delivery guys were friendly, professional and just awesome. I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Ashley Homestore in Vaughan, the seamless white-glove delivery service, and—most importantly—the beautiful furniture I chose for my space. I’m completely in love. :-)

Be careful, before you buy anything and have it delivered. There are some catches. You don't get a full refund and wasn't told of the catch. There is a 10 percent in-store credit on your refund. So you are forced to buy something else. 90 for delivery and 80 to pick them up plus Couches left in the garage.Couches where built very well with no springs which is a good thing but couldn't turn them at the basement stair landing. Unfortunately couches are built with too much depth. They say they are for tight spaces but not really. If the couch was 36 depth then they would fit like my old ones. Too those of you with a 90 degree basement staircase good luck. I found couches if places at Leon's and free delivery and if they can't get down the stairs, they will take them back with no fee and I get full refund. It's to bad that some competitors don't pay attention to the competition.
