For a dinning set that cost almost 5k, Ashley HomeStore delivered damaged items. They took it back for repair. After a week, they delivered 'more' damaged item and took it back again. They are taking their time 'investigating' what happened while I don't know when they will deliver. Good at making a sale but "Terrible" service. Rose was able to resolve this issue. Thank you very much Rose.
Had some issues with my adjustable bed and wasn’t happy with the service I was given by Ashley’s parts/service department whatsoever until Rose got in contact with me. A1 customer service , got my problem resolved and more. Couldn’t have ask for better outcome. She should be in charge/managing that side of Ashley’s Furniture. Thanks so much to her for dedication to customer satisfaction 🙂
