Love the quality of the product, our salesperson Moin was very helpful , the only issue we had was during the delivery. Even though they assembled everything quick and clean, they didn’t re-position my old furniture which was already written and indicated in my invoice. We had to change and carry everything again. Other than that, all was good.
Our recent visit to Ashley Furniture was excellent, thanks to Moein. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and very patient throughout our visit. His professionalism and genuine care made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his help and highly recommend both him and the store.
Very friendly and helpful service
My experience with the service was very good. Vinish Oberoy was a great salesman and even after the sale I didn't have a good experience with the delivery, he was very helpful in helping me solve the problem. I highly recommend Vinish Oberoy.
The delivery the the crew of two were great, especially, one of the guys was injured his thumb, but still made sure he finishes the job properly. Thank you again!!
Dealt with Carlos, he was very patient, accommodating, friendly and best of all gave us the best deal. Definitely returning for future purchases.
05/23/25 - Thank you Rose for contacting me and hearing my complaint. ***Update. Four months after this review Ashley's has never replied to my complaint. I'll get right to it. The service we experienced from the delivery guys was downright pathetic. These guys had some chip on their shoulder the second they walked into my house to not even muster a hello, goodbye, please, or thank you. No smile or eye contact. We had to instruct them how to remove our old couch as they struggled to find a way to move it out the door. Looked like they lacked experienced in this dept too as well as poor customer relations. Aaand while the instructions on our order specifically said to unwrap and lay out the new rug aaand what the salesman told us what they will do, the guy refused. When I told him it's his job and it is written he finally did so but said a remark like he was doing us a favour. They looked put upon with the labour. They also left their shoe coverings and tape here. Other than the good experience with Fielding the sales associate, I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anybody. Do better. You have lazy delivery guys.
