Sales associate Manal was very helpful with a sofa and loveseat purchase. The ottoman was a welcomed suggestion to compete the room.

The sales representative was great …. Would recommend her to any of my family and friends … very professional and willing to help … provided a great experience… the manager was also great willing to listen and negotiate which is unusual in today’s market … great experience will go back again
I am extremely disappointed with Ashley’s delivery service. I purchased a large coffee table at this store and paid an additional $49 delivery fee, yet the delivery team simply left the furniture outside my front door and walked away! Even worse, they did not even place it properly on the ground or position it safely. They simply left the large piece of furniture standing upright on its own, without securing it or placing it against anything for support. This is extremely careless, particularly with a large and heavy piece of furniture! I will never purchase from them again. 👎

🚨 AVOID ASHLEY FURNITURE — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Ordered on August 15, 2026. Today is September 30 — 46 DAYS LATER — and I have received NOTHING. I have contacted customer service nearly 100 times and still cannot get a clear answer or resolution. No reliable delivery date. No meaningful communication. Just endless frustration. This is not acceptable customer service. ⚠️ Think twice before ordering. Make sure you understand the delivery and refund terms before paying. 46 days. Zero accountability. I deeply regret this purchase and will NEVER buy from Ashley again. Also Note, Below there is a reply from Ashley is Automated generated response. No one looks and reach-out to you.
Update: Avoid Ashley Homestore. All they care about is the sale. The "premium" sectional I purchased was broken with in a year of light use. I put a warranty claim in and it was never addressed. Terrible business that focuses on sales above customers. Once they have your money they don't care. Old review: Carlos was great to work with. He quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect couch for our needs.
