I purchased 2 dining bench in May 11 and the pick up date is May 20. I went to the store on the said date to pick up my items, but unfortunately the items were not in the store. The manager was blaming that I just went there own my own. Isn’t it you should notify your customer if the items did not arrive to your location? So I called customers service to deliver it instead of going back to their store to pick it up. First person that I spoke with is Carl on the same day ( May 20) He said someone will call for the delivery date. Second person is Aman,third person is Feveria and fourth person is Gur yesterday. But nobody call me back for delivery date. And today, I called again and spoke with Wendy but knowingly nothing has done on my request. It wasted my time to keep calling customers service. And today, I am done! I don’t want your product anymore. I just need a refund! Thank you.

I recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture online and unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected once it arrived. That said, their customer service team was amazing to deal with and worked with me to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the level of care, understanding, and support they showed throughout the process. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind their customers and make things right. Literally felt like I was being stalked the minute I walked into the store. Walked in Guy gets up says hello. I say hello. I go about my business looking around, literally walking on his phone looking down but following me everywhere until I walked right out. People should not feel uncomfortable while trying to look for something in a store. I get people are on commission, but have a bit of respect for your customers. And when I called to ask to speak to the manager lady at customer service says can I know what the reason is I said I don’t feel like repeating myself twice I’d like to speak to a manager. She then proceeded to say before I could put you to a manager I have to know what the issue is. Again, if somebody calls and asks for a manager, you put them through to a manager. Not a very good first time experience and won’t be going back again. The best thing for the sales rep to do would’ve been “welcome to Ashley furniture these are the sales going on if you need any further assistance, please let me know” and left it at that.
