Frank was a friendly and helpful salesman that was able to get us a great deal on a living room set and dining set. Great products and great value!

Bought a bedroom set which was very nice but so many issues leading up to actually receiving it. Paid for the “white glove” delivery which includes delivery into the room, assembly and removal of garbage. Here were the issues I had 1. upon the first attempt at delivery, they asked us if we had “the hardware”, needless to say I don’t keep furniture hardware handy for my brand new purchases and would expect them to bring whatever is needed since I bought brand new furniture. 2. They tried to deliver us a floor model which was already unboxed before they even took it out of the truck 3. Two of the pieces were damaged, which were sent back 4. Management at the store, customer service and warranty departments were no help, in fact they just blamed each other and no one takes any responsibility. 5. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying $12 worth of nuts and bolts and did the assembly myself. 6. Second delivery attempt, 2 remaining pieces were delivered and the delivery guys were great, except for putting two holes in my wall which I found after they left. Looks like I’ll be patching that up myself as well. Thanks Ashley furniture for the very nice furniture and terrible service.

Our experience with Ashley’s Woodbridge has been fantastic. Started with a prompt greeting upon walking through the front entrance to explaining products and financing options. Vinish in particular was knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend anyone looking for furniture to visit that location and work with Vinish!

Went into the store to look at furniture with my fiancé prior to our move in approx. one year from now, and slowly start buying pieces over time. We were greeted by Carlos, who was initially nice and informative. However, when he became aware of our timeline, he informed us we were early, and walked back to his co-worker making gestures and annoyed comments. While he might not have got a sale he wanted today, he definitely won’t be getting one in future.

The Woodbridge location has a lovely variety of furniture and fair pricing. The store is clean and bright. Lorena assisted me with my purchase and she is lovely! There was no sales pressure and she was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I want to thank her and Ali for his professionalism and wonderful sense of humour! Will return for sure!

Awesome service, friendly nature always welcoming. I personally like their customer service. They made everything possible for me starting with my choice of design furniture keeping my budget and helping me throughout with easy finances. I always go for Ashley.
