DO NOT GO TO ASHLEY’s!!!! Dont make the mistake I made!! Just read below before going to these guys: I bought a bed, it came with large paint stains on the footboard. I called for warranty. They sent the pickup guys after a month, and when they came, they LITERALLY BROKE THE BASE OF MY BED while taking off the footboard (photos attached). They said they would now have to order those broken parts directly to my home and I have to fix them myself. So I have a broken base at home, footboard at workshop, some parts ordered and my money all down the drain. I also bought a dining table from them (again my mistake), it came broken as well and had to be taken back to workshop for repairs. It’s insane why can’t Ashleys send proper products the first time!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could!
Our sales representative, Fielding Stirling was excellent. He was personable and extremely professional. We were very impressed and he was a key reason we purchased with Ashley’s. The delivery experience was the extreme opposite and I will be dealing with customer care on the major issues we had. It began with the two delivery men refusing to take off their shoes and expecting to be allowed to ruin our newly finished hardwood flooring and expensive area rug with wet and dirty footwear. It went from bad to worse over the next hour and then left without meeting the commitment to move old pieces to another room. The $200 delivery fee includes this and yet we have been left with a bookcase and mattress set in a hallway for us to now have to deal with. And to top it all off, the dif not afford us the opportunity to inspect the new furniture prior to leaving saying we had 48 hrs to file a claim. No surprise we found the dresser damaged (and probably by them during the delivery) A great purchase experience was ruined by an extremely poor delivery service.
Arman is very patient, professional, and caring. It was our third time to purchase the furniture and as always we had a fantastic experience. We will buy more furniture in future Thank you so much
