I went to the Vaughan location this passed Sunday. I was greeted by a wonderful staff and was instantly connected with Carlos. I told him the kind of sofa I was looking for and literally within about 7-8 minutes, I was making my purchase. He was knowledgeable, non salesy and left me feeling confident with my quick decision. You know how much men love furniture shopping...😊. Looking forward to my delivery date and I will definitely be coming back!

The worst aftercare warranty service ever. I cannot believe how difficult it is to submit a warranty claim. Tried numerous times to submit it through their 1800 number. Spoke to numerous agents and nothing gets resolved. I've been a customer service manager for over 20yrs and this is by far the worst user friendly operating system that I have been exposed to. I would like someone to call me and get this sorted ASAP. Feel free to contact me for more details.
