This place may be fine to buy furniture from provided you don’t have an issue with any their products. However. If you have an issue, be prepared for the store management to claim they can’t help you instead direct you to call their Customer Care Team where the representative on the phone also states they can’t help you. They won’t put you through to management and instead say a manager will return your call within 24 hours. The only problem is, they never call back and you end up repeating the same cycle until you finally give up. I will never consider buying from Ashley. They might be great until they make the sale. Don’t expect any sort of after sales service. The low Google reviews seem to echo mine. Buyer beware.
Bad customer service They changed my delivery date twice, when I tried to discuss that with them they were very rude and disrespectful.

I had an excellent experience here! I’ve purchased from them twice, and both times I was very happy with my purchases and the quality of their products. I especially want to recognize Abdullah. He is an excellent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy salesperson. He explains everything clearly, gives honest advice, and really helps you make the right choice without any pressure. I highly recommend asking for Abdullah when you visit! The entire staff is also very respectful, polite, professional, and honest. Based on my personal experience, I definitely recommend this place. I’ve had two great experiences so far, and I would gladly come back again. Thank you, Abdullah, and the whole team for the excellent service!
