Received a bedroom set (dresser, chest, and nightstands) that arrived with scratches, peeling paint, and visible marks, even though it was supposed to be brand new. I messaged a representative who assisted us at the store for help but never received a response—terrible after-sales service. I then contacted customer service for repairs. It took about two weeks of back-and-forth emails before a repair technician was finally scheduled, and he arrived two weeks later. He was able to touch up some of the scratches, but noted that certain pieces could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. He said he would inform the store, but I never heard anything back. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend buying furniture from Ashley.
Highly recommend Ashley. Had amazing customer service from Abdullah. If anyone goes ask for him he gives u honest advice about every product. Well worth ur money also
