Worst experience ever. Bought a dining room set and coffee table and both were damaged. Guys delivering said to keep the furniture and claim online. When we claimed online they said it could be repaired. We paid for new furniture not repaired furniture. They wouldn’t replace it. The coffee table is beyond repair. Send videos and pics. There policy is to try and repair and if they can’t repair it, replace it. Take time off of work to have them come and fix the NEW furniture I bought with some Mickey mouse repair. All going back. NEVER but there again.

I love the way Ashley communicates the delivery. The notifications let me know when to expect the delivery, and I could track the delivery truck. It was smooth and simple. The delivery team cleaned up everything before leaving. They were respectful of time, and completed set up quickly.
