Great service, asked if we needed help but were willing to leave us alone to browse the store on our own unlike the 2 other stores where they followed us and were very pushy. They had the style bed we wanted and everything was easy and smooth.

Don’t buy from Ashley store once they received money after that nobody care about delivery We bought two beds But still waiting for some parts they didn’t complete the whole set Delivery driver said talk to customer service but they also don’t know what happening Very bad customer service Don’t buy from this store
I wouldn’t even give this a star if I could. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. If anyone needs yet another reason to not buy furniture or anything from Ashley furniture… we bought a couch about 6 months ago, I vacuum the whole thing under cushions on top everywhere atleast biweekly if not everyTime i vacuum. My house is clean, we’ve never spilt anything, noones allowed to eat on it etc. while vacuuming the other day I noticed that there was black mould on the bottom of the cushion. Of course I bought the warranty and was told that if anything happened to the couch they’d come out and clean it and if they couldn’t the cushions would be replaced. So I make a claim only for them to tell me they won’t come clean it or look at it because they don’t cover mould. However if my dog puked, my kids had an accident, baby spit up etc.. they’d come clean it for me. I could see if we spilt something sure… but no. Never. Their customer service is disgusting. Both the service rep and his supervisor were nasty and told me that my house is reason for the mould. I should’ve listened to the 47292 people that told me to never give them my business. Both my oldest and myself have asthma, black mould obviously is dangerous so now I’m at a loss. Do not waste your money. Was not even given a solution other than buying new cushions.
