Updating my previous 2 star review: While our initial delivery team made several mistakes and clearly needs better training, I am changing my rating to 4 stars to reflect the professional and courteous follow-up support. Rose in Guest Care thoughtfully listened to my concerns, provided fair compensation for the delivery issues, and promptly set up a service call to get everything sorted out. Thank you for making things right!
