Our experience at Ashley was excellent. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Hevin, who was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She went above and beyond to assist us and made our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. What a DISASTER of an experience. The salespeople in store are very kind and helpful. The issues arose of course AFTER we spent $10,000 on furniture. On May 13 we were promised a 2 week delivery (on May 27) for our 2 couches, 2 nightstands, coffee table, and entire dining set. We thought that was a great time frame, which was a huge reason we made the purchase with Ashley and not another store. We had just bought a new house and needed furniture ASAP. Later, when we were emailed the delivery confirmation we noticed that only the coffee table was on the invoice. We tried calling the store, which automatically connects to their “customer care” line. The representative told us a delivery date had not even been set for the rest of our delivery and now the earliest we would be getting our items was mid June. On top of that, this representative did not even have the ability to schedule said delivery and simply told us to try calling back another time. We obviously expressed our frustration at that and her solution was to take half off the delivery fee. We decided to go down to the store in person to try to rectify the issue. The salesperson we bought everything from was there so we thought it’d be nice and easy to fix the mix up. Instead, no apology was given, and he took down our number to call us once he figured out what the issue was, as he was waiting on a response from the delivery team. 24 hours went by and we still had not heard anything. So, we went back to the store and were lucky enough to be greeted by a manager. We told him the issue and he looked into it right away. He was very helpful and did his best to look for solutions. He even waived the full delivery fee for us. He was able to schedule a delivery for “June 5 or 6.” Over a week later than we were promised but still not bad..or so we thought. The next day our original salesperson calls us (he made sure to tell us his manager told him to which we thought sounded quite juvenile and unprofessional) and told us “Great news! Your furniture will be delivered June 11.” We told him this was not what we were told by the manager the day prior and we got “oh” as a response. We reached out to the manager for clarification, who did something on his end to prompt their automated system to text us to “schedule our delivery”-the delivery we thought was already scheduled? So as of right now we should be getting our furniture June 11..a month later rather than 2 weeks. We’re just very frustrated at the seeming complete lack of communication between the employees of Ashley themselves and with the lack of communication with us. We should not be having to chase this company down to deliver our (very large) order. It has very much felt like as soon as they secured our sale we were forgotten about. Really hoping there are no further issues with our upcoming delivery. We’re tired.

Had a great experience with the Ashley store in Windsor . We bought a queen bed but unfortunately they shipped the wrong bed . I was concerned that they wouldn’t exchange it but TRICIA the Store Manager was phenomenal . She embodies all the best attributes that a store manager should have . Thank You Tricia you are the best !!!’

I was looking for a night stand but it could only be ordered online so instead of just having me order it on my own at home , MOHAMMAD ELROZZ placed the order for me , and let me know exactly when the order would be in for pick up . Very professional and courteous.
