This company is all about taking your money, not standing behind their products. I spent almost $4,000 on a dining set, and the table arrived damaged. Customer service refused to replace it and only offered a “repair.” Even worse—on closer inspection, it was clear the table had already been repaired before and sold to me as new. That is flat-out dishonest and deceptive. If you value quality and service, avoid this company at all costs. Total scam Update: After multiple attempts to have my situation fixed I was contacted by a lovely agent named Rose to hear more about my issue and resolve my situation. Rose helped me process a full exchange for my damaged items. Ashley’s customer service care team and other team members could all learn from someone like Rose. Rose thank you so much for having my back during this stressful situation.
