Dealing with Hevin at Ashley Furniture has been more than pleasurable. She knows customer service and goes above and beyond to making a sale a wonderful experience. Ali, a wonderful and mannerly young man, completed a pick up and delivery with no trouble at all. He supervises his workers with steady confidence. All in all, a great experience.
I purchased a sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture with a 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, the fabric on the sofa has started coming apart well within the warranty period. I contacted Ashley, and they sent a technician to inspect the damage. He confirmed the issue and told me that someone would be in touch with next steps. That was weeks ago, and I haven’t heard anything since. I’ve followed up, but it feels like I’m being ignored. It’s extremely disappointing to see a company offer a warranty and then do nothing when it’s actually needed. This experience makes it feel like they’re just trying to scam customers with false promises. I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again, and I plan to share my experience across all of my social media platforms. I have a good-sized audience, and I want others to know what I went through so they can avoid the same issues. A warranty should mean something — and customers deserve to be treated with honesty and respect. Ashley needs to take responsibility and fix this.
