The delivery experience was terrific. The notifications let me know when to expect the delivery. It was smooth and simple. Our delivery team was careful to remove their shoes and cleaned up everything before leaving. They even took the time to ask if we liked where the furniture was positioned. Thank you.

Great service, very helpful and easy
I had a terrible experience purchasing counter-height stools from this store. The sales associate assured me the chairs would arrive in less than two weeks, assembled and ready for pickup. When I returned on the promised date, the manager informed me they hadn’t arrived and wouldn’t be assembled, contradicting what I was told. After repeated miscommunications and dismissiveness from the staff, I was eventually asked to wait another hour for assembly on the final pickup day. The manager even suggested canceling my $1,800 order as if it was no big deal. To top it off, when loading the chairs, an employee made a snide remark about how the boxes would’ve fit better, despite everything fitting perfectly. The lack of customer service, disrespect, and accountability is appalling. I won’t be shopping here again and will discourage others from doing so.

Very friendly knew exactly what we were looking for
This place is a joke. Do not buy anything from this store/company because they don't stand behind what they sell and they give you the run around when you try and get it resolved. Nice that they responded to my review but did nothing to help. The delivery guys dropped and stained my $3000 mattress and I was told I have to sleep on it for 30 days before they will exchange it. Also bought a table that cracked the entire length of the table once it climatized to my house and they sent out someone to repair it and he informed me it cannot be repaired. The customer service department said since it was a floor model that they won't do anything about it.....I tried to have the sales associate by the name Mo help me but he couldn't or didn't want to help, he said his hands are tied. Promised me the world when I dropped over $6000 in his store but turned into a ghost when I needed help. Do yourself a favor and go to Teppermans if you want a store that stands behind their products because Ashley obviously doesn't
