Bought a couch, cushions went flat and indented, ( 4 years old) Bought the warranty, booked the warranty visit 6 weeks in advance.. took the day off work to accommodate the minimal Ashley Furniture timeframe. Got confirmation emails up to 2 days before the 6 week wait.. then .. when I reached out to ask the timeframe window ( which was promised the day before but never came ) I was informed by the same girl ..Jenny, that the warranty work was never booked , and she was * sorry" Absolutely aweful customer service.
I walked in, had my sectional picked and purchased within 5 minutes. Professional and knowledge staff.. huge shoutout to Hebin for making the process easy and enjoyable. Will be back!
