I went to Ashley HomeStore to buy a table and chairs. The young lady who helped me was awesome. She didn't push, she just asked questions and showed use several sets. The manager came and introduced himself and let us know if we had any questions or issues to let him know. I saw,how he delt with other customers and he was helpful to all of them. I'm glad I decided to stop here. The computer gave them a bit of a hard time but they didn't make us wait long before sending us on our way with the promise of fixing everything and letting us know by email when all was done. For the absolute first time, I had an enjoyable time shopping for furniture. Thank you so much.
The buying process was smooth and easy, but the delivery communications team was frustrating. Despite multiple emails and texts, our responses were ignored. Also, the standard delivery fee only covers dropping items at the front door. We were not aware of that, bringing them inside costs extra. Something to be aware of.
I am not even a customer and you blow up my phone. I have had to block 4 numbers and your still trying to get my business! Stop harassing me.
Sales personal were so helpful and wonderful. Answered all our questions and ones we never thought of. Will be coming in again when in need of new furniture.
