If I could put 0 stars I would. First off Yovonne almost sent me the wrong facing couch then she lied to me about the sale. She told me the warranty was refundable at any time as long as I do not use it. I have since sold the couch after downsizing and called to get my refund on the warranty. The store told me I had to wait the full time. The store then told me three years. I was not happy about that but what ever I figured pick my battles, I'll wait. I have now waited 3 years so I call the help line. They now tell me another two years. The only reason I paid for the warranty was becase Yvonne, their sales lady told me I could change my mind on it and chash it back in at any time. I would not have paid for it otherwise. I vividly remember her tell me this. I am now stuck waiting 4 years to get my refund that was promised to me at anytime. Thankyou for your lies Yvonne and Ashley Home Store Whitby. You are a ture pain in the butt to deal with and I would not recommend anyone to shop with you. I'd even go out of my way to convince them not to.
Erica was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my shopping experience. Every employee in the store that I interacted with was extremely friendly and had a level of expertise I've never experienced in a furniture store. Highly recommend.
When I went to the store the service I had was great, the girl was very helpful, I ordered the furniture in January as a birthday gift for my grandmother, I received it in the middle of February, upon receiving it when I opened the box one of the legs was completely snapped off, I called the store the same day it was delivered ,they told me to go to the website fill out a claim and wait it took 3 months for someone to get back to me regarding this issue just for them to send someone to do an “in home repair “ which could not be done. Now they scheduled a pick up for the furniture to take it back to a warehouse to get it fixed, rather than bringing a new one and taking back the old one. I just spent $700 on a broken piece of furniture with no help of a simple exchange
My store experience was great! Definitely got a beautiful couch. I only had to wait about a week for the delivery. I would give it a five out of five stars. Staff were professional and knowledgeable.
Our sale person was very knowledgeable of the furniture. He was welcoming and allowed us the time to make a decision on what we were interested in purchasing.
Worst furniture I've ever dealt with and I have been completely ripped off. I spent $4000 on a new couch. In December. 5 months I've had the couch and the cushions covers are completely screwed. The fires are all coming apart and extremely loose. I have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. I tried to make a claim and they told me that the cushion material becoming extremely loose is something their warranty does not cover. Their suggestion is " shave my couch once a week" or "buy new covers at my expense" this place is absolute garbage and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere if you're looking for a couch
