I picked up my Belachime queen bed frame and was completely disappointed, none of the parts were compatible and were misaligned all over, I couldn’t believe they would give me something like this

From the moment we walked in the Ashley Store we were impressed by the openness and cleanliness. Sajid approached us and said hello great day. I thought you are good company, but I did mistake, i don't have good experience with your delivery and costumer service. First delivery guys he didn't remove my other sofas how we have on contract but he wants me to find tools for him and to help. 2) he broke my trim and baseboard. One lower seat i recive ripped, he uploaded pictures and he said we can change. Second delivery not all items. I call costumer service to ask for the rest of my items and why he didn't change my lower seat, costumer service ask me to upload again pictures than to come for repair. I dont want repair because i buy it new and i need to replace. He doesn't have ideas for what we talking and he is mine.
I went into the store to check out a few items I had seen online, unfortunately they were clearance items which weren't at this location but Hassan was excited to show me other similar options. He wasn't pushy, allowed me to look around and take my time. I left without making a purchase but with his card. I latter reached out to him to make the purchase via email as I live out of town and the process was seamless. He was very easy and wonderful to work with. Thanks Hassan!
I didn't like the overall experience. Expensive products and i dont know what their quality and transportation department are doing. Got misaligned bed frame, wrong design or night stands - wrinkles on the front of sofa and recliner which doesnt close. Trust me products are good like fabric, design etc but they dont know how to maintain quality
