Calvin impressed me with his exceptional people skills, attention to detail, and wisdom, making every interaction feel genuine and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, turning what could have been a simple purchase into something truly memorable. My experience with Ashley furniture at the retail store in Whitby was absolutely amazing the gentleman, That help me when selecting all my items was wonderful I have spent over $30,000 this year on furniture from Ashley but your customer service and delivery is a complete sham I have had numerous items delivered damaged and left for weeks before fixing. You have to go through a lot of steps and a lot of time to get through the customer service line. They tell you lies on what’s coming when it arrives it’s damaged the dresser I ordered on the weekend had a chunk out of the side of it. I got a lift up table the delivery prior, and it was delivered with the box had a big chunk out of the side of it, which was damaging the lift up table top. They said they would bring another one they brought the same one back again with the same damage to the box if you can believe it. When the dresser was delivered, I called them right away. They said they would send the driver back to pick it up. That never happened. Here I sit with a broken dresser. My other one has been taken out and now I have no dresser we’ve spent numerous hours on the phone, trying to get things resolved. They told me that the hutch table was coming that did not come either need to say I’ve spent numerous hours calling in the helpline, which is literally no help at all. Now I have to deal with the dresser getting a new one that will take weeks as did the chair legs, and when the second set of chairs were delivered because I had to order more chairs because I had nothing to sit on for almost a month. The second set of chairs one of the seats are drilled wrong so now we still can’t sit at the table as a family and that’s been four weeks. It’s definitely a broken system Thanks for reading this message and be vigilant when things get delivered
