One of the worst experience I am having from Store Assistant sales manager. When you ask for refund he stops replying to your email. I sent 4-5 emails from last one month. I was initially treated wonderfully by sale rep. I have been patient so far but I would not recommend to buy anything from store.

We recently purchased bedroom furniture for our new home, and it was a wonderful experience. Jahed Anwari, one of the sales representatives, was incredibly helpful, polite, and took the time to understand our needs. He made the entire shopping process smooth and enjoyable. The store manager was also very approachable, courteous, and ensured we had a positive experience. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely return for future furniture purchases. Highly recommended.
Would like to share our experience with Ashley Furniture in Whitby. We purchased a patio sectional and was given free delivery with an additional discount. Was told they had to charge the delivery but will credit it on the bill. Well, they forgot to credit the delivery and was over charged. It took several weeks for us to get our full credit. Service was good and product is great, just disappointed with the lack of communication with the refund/credit

If I could give a minus rating I would. I bought a sectional couch in 2023 and the support the loveseat broke within 10 days. They took my couch and instead of replacing me with a new one, they fixed the couch and returned the fixed couch after a month. The couch never felt the same since then when you sit on it. You could feel it goes down a bit when you sit on it. Just 2 weeks ago, the couch broke again on the same spot. I called the store and they asked me to co tact customer service via text messages or online. I did both. They were supposed to contact me in 2 business days and I ended up calling the store after 7 days because nobody contacted me. I bought my couch with extended warranty and the store told me it doesn’t cover the damage. Long story short, their customer service is useless, the extended warranty is a scam, their product is garbage. I’m very very disappointed because the couch I bought wasn’t cheap. I’m going to make sure I post my experience on my IG, Facebook and TikTok. This is the worst furniture store I have ever seen.
My experience was great while shopping at Ashley’s Furniture. The Sales associate, Tammeka was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Tammeka and Ashley’s furniture for making my shopping experience an enjoyable one.
