Experienced great service .
After purchasing our couch here a few years ago and having a great experience, we decided to go take a look at the dining tables. Our sales associate was amazing and helped us fine the perfect one. When it came down to the delivery day, we got live updates on when the delivery would be exactly and the people doing the delivery were super kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture!
Salesperson - Jay and Manager were super helpful and accommodating.
Very nice sales people. Answered any questions I had.
If I could put 0 stars I would. First off Yovonne almost sent me the wrong facing couch then she lied to me about the sale. She told me the warranty was refundable at any time as long as I do not use it. I have since sold the couch after downsizing and called to get my refund on the warranty. The store told me I had to wait the full time. The store then told me three years. I was not happy about that but what ever I figured pick my battles, I'll wait. I have now waited 3 years so I call the help line. They now tell me another two years. The only reason I paid for the warranty was becase Yvonne, their sales lady told me I could change my mind on it and chash it back in at any time. I would not have paid for it otherwise. I vividly remember her tell me this. I am now stuck waiting 4 years to get my refund that was promised to me at anytime. Thankyou for your lies Yvonne and Ashley Home Store Whitby. You are a ture pain in the butt to deal with and I would not recommend anyone to shop with you. I'd even go out of my way to convince them not to. After all of that. I was told several times the wrong information and that I had to wait until March 9th 2026 to get my money back. I was very upset. However, like I said I chose to pick my battles and just wait it out. So now it's March 9th 2026. I called for my refund and they told me that there is no refund. It is only store credit. I was never told this. I was always told that it was refunded in money not store credit. Update .. THEY LIED AGAIN First of all, I was upset that I couldn't collect it at any time like Yvonne had told me originally when buying the couch. Then both the store and guest care had lied to me as well and told me that I could get it refunded on March 9th. 2026. If they never lied to me in the first place. I would have never purchased the extra warranty. I would highly recommend to stay far away from this store. The store did nothing to help me. All they did was blame their old employee. And guest care was useless. All they could tell me was as per our policy. All we can do is give you a store credit. And when I asked to escalate it I was told well I can talk to my boss and then call you back but his answer is going to be the same. To me that means they don't give a heck about the circumstances and there is nothing they will do to try to help you. I will go full Karen on this and try to escalate it the best I can because I cannot bear to see other people go through the headache and run around I have. Bottom line is their employee gave out false information regardless if she tried to or not she did and their store nor their guest care are willing to do anything to try to help make up for their mistake.
