My experience at your Furnishings store was quite pleasant. I chose a time of day that I had hoped wouldn’t be too busy and that, worked out very well for me. I was greeted very warmly by the staff as I walked in. I believe in fact that they may have even been waiting for me 🤭 The salesperson was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for and seemed to have all the information I required. The sale was quick and hassle free, much to my delight. Thank you Gurneet Suri for such a pleasant experience. I’m sure I’ll see you again 👍🏻😉

I am very disappointed with the damaged dinning table I have received from this store, don't buy products from this store as they don't have customer service department. Eva claims tell me that they didn't receive anything even after I submitted the claim. Their return policy is very bad. You loose money, you don't get quality, guest service people are rude. I have a simple problem of damaged product received but it is too much to deal with for this particular store. I got my product because of Ashley's name and fame. But it didn't work out well for me.

We recently purchased a 3-seat recliner, and to be clear, the product itself is completely fine. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the delivery experience or the customer service that followed. My biggest concern is how the delivery was handled. A 250–300 lb piece of furniture was left standing upright in my driveway, rather than being safely placed on its feet or otherwise secured. We live on a street with young children, and I find it extremely concerning that something this large and heavy was left in a potentially unsafe position. Thankfully, it didn’t fall and injure anyone while I was at work — but the fact that it could have is unacceptable. I went into the store today to raise my concerns, and I want to acknowledge that the management team in the store was courteous, professional, and understanding. Unfortunately, after being given the customer support number, the experience went completely downhill. I spent an hour and a half on hold without ever getting a response. That is incredibly frustrating. When you purchase from a retailer that positions itself as a quality furniture company, the expectation is that the service, delivery, and customer support will reflect the quality of the product. In this case, they simply didn’t. Again, I have no complaint about the recliner itself — it’s the delivery process and complete lack of accessible customer support that have left me extremely disappointed. A quality product deserves a quality customer experience. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received here.
