Just picked up a new sectional couch from Ashley Furniture Whitby, Shaheen was awesome! She helped answer all of our questions, she explained all details in depth and we even price matched to save a few dollars! Great experience, wonderful staff, would definitely purchase from there again and definitely would recommend to family and friends!
Purchased a reclining sofa today and I must say was very happy with the customer service rep and in particular the general sales manager "Calvin" who was extremely friendly and helpful in matching a competitive and fair price while giving me the assurances I was looking for in respect to a timely delivery. I bought an expensive sofa from Ashley Furniture, and the sales guy assured me it was made of “solid wood.” But when it arrived, it was defective. After what felt like a million calls and frustrating conversations, a technician finally came to fix it. When he opened the bottom fabric, guess what? The sofa was actually made of plywood, not solid wood like they promised. Dealing with their customer service was a whole other nightmare. Every time I called, they just bounced me back to the store. When I went to the store, the staff were rude and didn’t care, telling me to talk to the manager. The manager sent me right back to customer service. It was an endless loop of nobody taking responsibility. Honestly, this is terrible business practice. If you’re selling something, just be honest about what it is.

Ashley Whitby is the place to go! Cancelled our sectional from the Brick after 3 months of waiting!!! I called the store and Jay sent me some photos right away! I went in the next day and Ethan was a great sales rep to deal with and made sure we got everything we wanted! Calvin the manager was also a great help! Got our new sectional in less than a week!!! Highly recommend Ashley Whitby!
Vytas was very helpful and the manager was also good at helping me to obtain the best price. Vytas took time to show me all the features of the furniture and explained the financing options.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service for online orders. I've been dealing with my order for over a month, and every time I call, they just say, 'It’s coming tomorrow.' So frustrating! This is the second time in a row this has happened. It seems like they have a serious issue with delivering online orders on time. If you're ordering online, double-check the delivery date—it might not arrive when promised.
