Dear Ashley Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing issue regarding Service Order #1298729216 for a replacement couch cover. I placed this order in Nov 2025, and it has now been over three months without resolution. Initially, due to an internal/vendor error on Ashley’s side, my payment was not recorded for nearly a month. This required multiple calls and service tickets before it was finally corrected. At that time, I was given a delivery timeline of 2–3 weeks. However, that estimate has now been extended by an additional six weeks(current ETA 31st March), with no clear explanation for the delay. I have been informed that Ashley does not have visibility into the status with the third-party vendor and cannot provide a confirmed delivery date. This lack of accountability and absence of a service-level agreement with your vendor is unacceptable. As a customer who purchased a sofa protection plan in good faith, I find this experience extremely disappointing. At this point, the protection plan feels misleading, as there appears to be no reliable support structure behind it. I request the following: A confirmed and realistic delivery date. Written clarification on the cause of the delay. Compensation or goodwill adjustment for the prolonged inconvenience. Escalation of this matter to a supervisor or regional manager. I look forward to your urgent response.

Excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier with the sales team. The delivery went great and I really appreciate how careful and efficient they are. It was a big job with it being a bedroom suite and it went very smoothly.

Great staff, great store Manager who went out of his way to check in on us. Very personal feeling been there. Was offered bottled water which was a very nice touch. Ended up purchasing some product and the entire experience was an extremely pleasant one.
