Well last week I visited this store. I was looking for sofa and i already mentioned to sales person I am looking for average 3 seater sofa then I found one affordable sofa , so I asked to sales person how many colours you guys have he showed me brochure and I liked dark blue which they don’t have their at the moment and he questioned me why you don’t like this colour ?????which is cream colour at the store display .do you have to give explanation to sales person why you don’t like??? And of course I was kind of confused with colour but I loved sofa design , price everything and I called my wife and trying to show her the sofa on video call and from nowhere someone appeared and asked me “ sir do you mind if I bother you I can show you some good deal . Then I told I am on call . And he walked away that time the sales person was calculating total bills coz I asked him to do and he said that guy is his Manager . Then I was totally off this moment, so i decided to walk out still they bugged me until I leave the store, I told the manager okay I cnt decide now so I ll come later on and he QUESTIONED me why you can’t decide now????then this time I was really pissed then I replied him Sir I am family man I need to discuss with my wife too it’s sofa not my car accessories . Long story short FIRST TIME VISITED Ashley BAD EXPERIENCE 😖😖😖
Such an amazing experience!! All the staff was so nice and helpful. Our sales associate Jay, was so kind and helped us with all of our needs. He is great!! So happy we came in and purchased with him! 😄

The 48 hour return policy should be highlighted during sales discussions. Communication was challenging but all was resolved eventually. Delivery and pickup guys excellent.
Ethan was such a great help every step of the way he was there giving ideas when trying to figure out a configuration of a couch that will fit in our basement apartment. I recommend going to see him with any help you may need
