I had a great experience with the Ashley store in Whitby. The sales representative, Gurneet, was very professional, patient, and helpful. She took the time to show us different options and helped us choose exactly what we were looking for and what best suited our needs. The delivery experience was also excellent. Ibrahim and Raymond arrived on time and on the exact scheduled date. They were very professional, efficient, and careful throughout the delivery. They handled everything with ease and made the entire delivery process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. Thank you to Gurneet, Ibrahim, Raymond, and everyone at Ashley for the excellent service and professionalism. It was a great experience from the time we made our purchase until the final delivery!

Great customer service. Greeted with a smile :) Time was taken to help me decide comparing different pieces. Hopefully the furniture purchased will be just as beautiful as the service.
Save yourself some time and buy somwhere else. They have nice furniture inside the store, but if you have to deal with customer service, it takes months to deal with damages that they caused from the delivery that cost 200$. When you call the customer service, you mind as well the take the day off from work and be ready to deal with them several times, over months in time.
