Great staff, great store Manager who went out of his way to check in on us. Very personal feeling been there. Was offered bottled water which was a very nice touch. Ended up purchasing some product and the entire experience was an extremely pleasant one.

As soon as walked in, Talamena was wonderful. She immediately took care of our 8 year old with snacks and comfort and then provided us with options for what we were looking for. She gave us space to explore but also kept us informed every step of the way. The New Years Deals are great and the furniture quality and style is always great.
Had such a good experience with Ashley furniture in Whitby, everyone was very nice, super helpful, and also was so good with getting me applicable discounts and sales! They were able to arrange for delivery the exact date I needed it and even walked me through the financing options which were easy to use. Sales rep Tamika was the best!
