I purchased a sectional sofa and I liked the saleswoman Gurneet Suri who was smart enough to notice that I don’t like sales people hovering over me which she didn’t. She introduced herself and I told her that I will call her when I am finished looking around. I had left the first time I went in this store because I was being approached by two salesmen. One kept coming back to me with questions. He didn’t understand that I was just looking around so I left because of that reason. Some advice to the sales team- your product is good quality so the merchandise sales itself. Learn to read ppl, some just want to be left alone to make their own decision without pressure from you. I recommend you see Gurneet Suri the next time you are looking for furniture.
I bought sofa from Ashley furniture Whitby and the sofa frame became bad shape I called customer service they said I have to pay to fix it so I’m not buying any thing from Ashley Furniture anymore 👎
