We bought a beautiful stearns and foster mattress at Ashley’s and our rep was very knowledgeable and nice making the experience smooth and enjoyable
We purchased 2 chaise couches from the Whitby store and also took out the extended 5 year warranty. Once the foam started to break down and flatten I called customer service only to be informed that the replacement is once per chair. What is the point of the extended warranty. It's does not state anywhere on the warranty papers that it's replacement is only 1 time per chair. What it says is complete parts and labour for 5 years. Complete scam. No managers call you its all chat bots. No one will honour this warranty. DONT BUY THIS 500 WARRANTY ITS A SCAM

Staff were friendly and service was excellent
There are a few couches here that I'm interested in, but the sales staff comes on way too strong and I've left twice without buying. Some people might like to be followed around, but I just want sit and compare without feeling pressured. If I have questions, i'm happy to find someone and ask for help. Maybe management can suggest they pick up on social cues and if someone's moving away from them, saying they're just browsing, they can be left alone?
If I could give this company a 0 I would. They convinced us to buy a coffee table and two end tables. They sent one end table completely different than the other end table and coffee table. The two tables that were the same both came with damaged legs. The crazy part is they refused to send new tables for the damaged ones and said they only repair damages that THEY deliver. They then exchanged the table to but the wood stain is still completely different which they are now saying they don’t covet period because the manufacturer can change it. This company is a full scam and takes no accountability. They sell you furniture and then send poor quality and take months trying to avoid fixing their problem. Do not buy from this store it’s trash and customer service and return policy is a scam. If you don’t believe me ask before buying and you’ll avoid the mistake that I made. It’s been 3 weeks dealing this company and never again.
