Very good service. Ian went out of his way in helping with the sofa and chair my sister picked. She got a very good deal with the boxing day sale they are having. Also love their program that if you lye down on one of their beds for 5 minutes they will donate $5.00 towards a bed for a child that doesn't have a bed. More business need to do something like this.

Sajid is fantastic. From begin yo end my experience was amazing. I was very hesitant to buy a couch because for me it is a big purchase. However Sajid made it easy and he’s not pushy! There were a few points he made about the size and he was completely right even tho I doubted him at first . Ashley is so easy to do business with I will be doing all my furniture shopping with them !

Long-Time Customer Deeply Disappointed | Finally Issue resolved after 2 months! A Deeply Disappointing 50-Day Experience With No Resolution I’ve been a loyal customer since Feb 2024, but my recent purchase has been extremely frustrating. I ordered a Sealy King mattress set and a clearance adjustable base on Oct 12, 2025. The base was delivered on Oct 22 at an unsafe height, and due to repeated delays, we couldn’t use our bed for over a week. On Oct 31, technicians found the base was also damaged. Despite being initially told that I could exchange the base, a “No Return/Exchange” note was added to my file without my knowledge, causing further delays and confusion. After multiple escalations, Ashley approved an exchange — but delivered the wrong bed on Nov 8, followed by a used and damaged bed frame on Nov 25 instead of the new one promised. Today, more than 50 days later, Ashley still has no clear delivery date for the correct bed frame. The consistent miscommunication, incorrect deliveries, and lack of accountability have caused significant stress for my family, especially with a toddler at home. This is not the level of service expected from a reputable brand. The bed frame was finally delivered after nearly two months of waiting on Dec 10, 2025. While the process involved repeated delays and ongoing issues, I want to acknowledge Rose from Ashley Management and Mackenzie from the Ashley Whitby store for their continued support and responsiveness. They took ownership of the situation, communicated consistently, and ultimately ensured that a brand-new bed frame was delivered as promised. Although the overall timeline was far longer than acceptable, their efforts and follow-through helped bring the issue to a satisfactory resolution!
