Great customer service and great knowledge of products
Love the collection and quality. The sales rep at the store in Whitby was very helpful and cooperative. We bought a sofa and a reclining chair. Got the furniture delivered and placed inside our home. The delivery guys were quite nice, made sure they didn’t wear their shoes inside the house and brought in our big furniture safely. A great experience overall.
I found the sales person I was dealing with to use aggressive tactics. I am autistic, and unfortunately can be coerced into buying things I don't want to. Being aware I was being pressure sold, I purchased a sofa yesterday that was a mediocre price and product with full intentions on cancelling the order if I found something better elsewhere. When I did indeed find a much better sofa for the same price somewhere else, the sales person then informed me of all the price matching options and even after a few requests to cancel, he would not stop his pressure sale. Over the phone I am able to assert myself without getting angry but in person I most certainly would have become extremely angry. Nice store though!
