We had the most wonderful experience in this store shopping for a lot of furniture to our newly built cottage. The staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. We highly recommend to shop here and we definitely will go back for any additional pieces we may need.

My first time at an Ashley Home store. The showroom is excellent, with a great assortment of options (models, sizes, fabrics, colors) to see and try out. Sakshi and Steven were both warm, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. It would be helpful to have the sofa dimensions more easily visible on the model labels. Price options were good, quality seemed excellent. I would certainly come back when upgrading my furniture. Ordering was fast and easy. Delivery comes at a cost, but the white-glove option is a good deal. Would be nice to have the delivery fee waived above a certain purchase price.

Roman at Ashley Furniture was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the different options, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Great customer service — I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend asking for Roman!

This was our first visit to Ashley Home Store on the Queensway and we were incredibly impressed by the quality of service and the quality of the bedside tables that we bought. The staff were welcoming, friendly and polite and not in any way intrusive. We were given the space to wander the store without being hounded and we really appreciated this. Our salesperson, Sakshi, was terrific! She made shopping at Ashley Homestore a delightful experience. The store manager, Todd, stopped by to say hello, and even the warehouse employee who brought the bedside tables to our car was upbeat and shook our hands. We’re really happy with our bedside tables and impressed by the quality and workmanship. Who knew that shopping for furniture in a big box store could be so enjoyable!

Steven was AMAZING!! He was super helpful when looking for a smaller sofa for an apartment and made the experience super easy. He was absolutely incredible and I will 100% be back to this Ashley for any other furniture needs in the future!

I dealt with Roman mostly and his manager. They were both so lovely. Roman was really helpful and not pushy at all. He took his time to configure the sectional to make sure it would fit in my space. Enjoyed my experience very much. Thank you, Ashley team.

Nice furniture, store in brampton theirs because they have elite and looking pretty good stuff every one wants happy to looking there have doing algent job
