The sales people obviously operate on a “Up” system - I came just to very quickly check something and was chased down by a sales woman, when I politely told her I was all good, and would let her know if I needed help she started raising her voice at me saying I can’t just walk in and look at things and “waste her time” - aka her opportunity to make a sale before she got shuffled back down was wasted on me because I wasn’t interested. Very embarrassing and desperate of her. Would NEVER go to this location again.
We went in just to look and walked out buying 2 sofas and 2 chairs! 😀 Sakshi in the Etobicoke location was amazing! She did not pressure sell at all. She helped sell the good sale that they presently offered.

The salesman was greedy. The price sticker in Ashley stated that the bed actually cost $900. The total cost was $1900 after the salesperson added $1000 for insurance and other expenses. I would much rather purchase a bed from Warfare. It was also much less expensive; I paid about $700 for it in Wayfare.
Couch was good and delivered by a couple nice fellows. Did not like that when I bought the carpet demo they barely rolled it up (no ties or wrap and it was opening as I left) and had me carry it out myself though.
