⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore in Etobicoke! I recently purchased a new bed, mattress, and adjustable base, and I wanted to recognize Malik and Sakshi for their excellent customer service. Both were friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the different options, and help me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire shopping experience so much more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to receive such attentive and thoughtful service. Thank you, Malik and Sakshi, for making such an important purchase a positive experience. I truly appreciate your help and would happily recommend the Etobicoke location to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service!
Nuzhat was phenomenal! She was so helpful when it came to finding the perfect couch for my new house. Her help was appreciated and I’m looking forward to doing more shopping at this location! Great experience!
Steven was more than amazing. He was so patient and thorough with educating us about mattresses. He wasn’t pushy for sales and explained the options of financing today. We just need to measure our bed frames for the Lamborghini of mattresses aka Tempur-pedic
Steven was terrific and found exactly what I was looking for.
Ease and fast
Gina was amazing! She helped my family out finding a bed for my elderly parents and was incredible patient and kind. She was also very informative and was understanding throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend checking this location out specially with Gina!!
