If I could give Ashley HomeStore a zero, it’d be done. If you are looking at buying anything from Ashley, make sure you are completely satisfied within 48 hours or…. you won’t ever be able to return it. Not only were we informed that they have a zero refund policy, but they also don’t do returns after 48 hours. Of course, none of this was explained when we were purchasing furniture from this location. Dealt with approximately 4 people at this location, and not once was any of this ever mentioned. We tried calling and emailing them(yes it was outside of the ludicrous 48 hour period), and had to be hung up on each time we called, without speaking to anyone, it simply brought you into a post conversation survey and then click. It took at least 3 business days to get a response to emails. I’m now stuck with a chair that has hooks that stick into my back(not visible, and a “tech” came and said there’s nothing wrong with the chair), despite there being no prescience of said hooks on the floor model that I sat in. Would I recommend Ashley? Nope not a chance. It’s not worth it. The Brick and Leon’s may be more expensive(and that’s very debatable), but at least they have a return policy that is longer than 2 days. A very expensive lesson learned. And this won’t be the last of my passing along this negative experience. Everywhere I can, and to everyone I can. And in the words of the Ashley rep, oh well, that’s our policy, so deal with it. Hope Karma does this company on.
