Delivery drivers today catcalled my girlfriend and other women, decided to smack the door, yell at them about body parts and curves, made a very safe area feel unsafe very fast. Very disappointed to know this is the service and values this company has. Won’t recommend anyone to use delivery through Ashley’s. Gross. Do better.

Im looking for a couch and went here because its close to the new apartment I got. Even though I didnt end up buying anything here afterall, I had to leave a review for the amazing Steven that helped us. We went into Ashley 2 days in a row just because we had questions we knew he could answer. He was patient, friendly and made the visits so easy! I’m upset I couldny give him the sale, but happy he was there to help me make decisions. I would definitely come back just for him! Thanks steven for everything :)
The only reason I put 2 stars is that the sales person who assisted us, Steven was very helpful and patient in helping us select items. We ordered 3 items. The day before they were supposed to arrive we were told it was delayed by 3 months! We called customer service and the store manager who indicated that one item was delayed but the other two could be delivered the following week. Again the day before, we received a message that the items were delayed by a month. Called customer service and the store manager again and was told one item would be delivered the next day and the other item was damaged and would be delayed. On the day of expected delivery, there was no communication. Called customer service and was told no items would be delivered!!!
Very pleasant experience. No pushy sales person just one lovely gentleman who gave us our space while being available if we needed him. Thank you to Roman for the experience and time we needed to make our decision.
