The purchase did not go through even though I paid. I did not get confirmation of purchase. The issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction and I am happy. Looking forward to getting my new furniture.

They showed me one product before the sale, but the documents I was asked to sign did not accurately reflect what was promised. I later received a completely different product. When I raised the issue, the company insisted I had signed for what was delivered and refused to take any responsibility. This dishonest and misleading behavior has deeply impacted both me and my family. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I no longer trust this company. This occurred at the Ashley location in Etobicoke. The sales associate was Daud Malik.
The worst service ever Daud malik and the lady tircked us with our previous order wich was delviered and it was missing a full order .
