Back in July 2025 we purchased the Mindanao 3 seater recliner sofa (coconut colour). We absolutely love it so much that today we purchased the matching reclining chair. Furniture is good. Two stars because the service was horrid. The manager of the store helped my mom pick stuff out and was very friendly but the moment the payment was done she did a 180. We weren't given our contract until past the deadline so we couldn't change the order. Bed frame and mattress got delivered but the box spring which they couldn't add to delivery because it was locked came two weeks later and we didn't like the mattress, wanted to change it but no help there. The mattress was put in by the delivery people and within 24hr I reached out and had to deal with disturbing behaviour. There are ways to handle situations, can't believe I had to deal with people's personal mood swings. Half the payment was put in instalments and we weren't explained the working of it either. Now I need to talk to the Fairstone to understand how are the payments working because I have 3 payments being charged in one bill. What an unwanted experience.
