The delivery team damaged my hardwood floor during delivery of a couch I recently purchased. There were 3 scratches across 7 tiles. I tried filing a home damage claim but it was denied because they claimed the delivery team used a blanket the whole time and could not have dealt any damage. But in fact they only used a blanket at my door and there was no protection for my actual floor. They also dragged the couch directly on the floor which directly created the scratches. It perhaps will cost about half of the couch’s price to get my floor fixed. How encouraging to see that nowadays delivery team can just fabricate facts to deny claims. Very interesting. Never buying from here again.

Urgent Complaint – Delayed Table Order I am extremely unhappy with my recent purchase. I ordered a table online in mid-October, yet after repeated failed deliveries and attempted “fixes,” I am still without the product I paid for. Your return policy is unreasonable, and the communication between service, delivery, and customer support has been disorganized and unhelpful. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, made worse by the fact that Ashley’s is a Canadian brand I expected to trust. I would appreciate an immediate resolution: either deliver the table promptly or refund my money in full. Please treat this matter with urgency.
