I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the lack of resolution to my ongoing issue regarding the power base I purchased from Ashley HomeStore. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance from Guest Care, my concerns have been completely disregarded, leaving me feeling scammed based on the experience I have had with both the product and your customer service team. The power base I received has been making extremely loud noises due to the wheels, which has significantly impacted my ability to use it comfortably. When a technician was finally sent to address this issue, I was appalled by the unprofessional and unacceptable solution provided. Instead of properly fixing the defect, the technician simply placed a dirty cloth under the wheels as a temporary workaround. This is not only an inadequate resolution for a product that cost me thousands of dollars, but it also demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and respect for paying customers. To make matters worse, my interactions with Guest Care have been nothing short of disappointing. I have a recording of a Guest Care agent blatantly ignoring my concerns and ultimately hanging up on me. This level of service is completely unacceptable from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. I did not spend my hard-earned money to receive a defective product with no genuine attempt to rectify the situation. At this point, I expect a proper resolution to my issue, whether that be a full replacement of the power base or a repair that permanently resolves the defect. Additionally, I would like an explanation for the unprofessional conduct of both the technician and the Guest Care representative. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further, including leaving detailed reviews outlining my experience and exploring potential legal options. I hope it does not come to that and that Ashley HomeStore takes responsibility for this situation by providing the service and quality assurance that customers deserve. I expect a response within [reasonable timeframe, e.g., 48 hours], detailing the next steps for resolving this issue. Please respond to this email at your earliest convenience.

We were shopping around a few places before we reached this location. Every location we went to they waited for us to almost leave until they would come up to us and ask if we needed help. When I walked in Kevin immediately came up to us, greeted us and started to show us around and ultimately helped us get what we wanted. My wife and I would like to give a big thank you to Kevin and everyone who helped us.

My son and I went inside to this store just to check some couches and we end up buying one beautiful set we receive all the information from one of the seller really caring and knowledge about the plans the store has for financing and about fabric of the furniture She is a very professional , patience and nice.
