I recently purchased bedroom furniture from Ashley, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Some parts were missing from my order. The installation team informed me that a technical team would visit within two days to resolve the issue. However, when I contacted customer support, I was told that no service ticket had been raised. I was then informed by the parts team that it would take an additional two weeks to deliver the missing parts. After that, I am required to contact customer care again to schedule a technician visit. This lack of coordination and the delay have caused significant inconvenience. Despite charging for furniture installation, proper service was not provided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Ashley.Only good part of this whole purchase is sale person sakshi who helped us thought this process. Still waiting my missing furniture parts.

Mr Malik is very very good at his job. I had a great experience shopping at this store. 10/10 would recommend him!

I bought a mattress there recently where the assistant manager who was helping me provided great support and was able to get me a great price. Would highly recommend for people looking to buy a high quality mattress at a good price.

Love shopping at the Etobicoke Ashley..no pushy sales people, they actually let you walk around and browse without every salesperson asking you what you are shopping for

The customer service was exceptional and Gina followed up and reminded us on the sale date. This was helpful for us to buy the furnitures we needed at a discount rate all under one roof. She also educated us on fair stone and that was what made our purchase smooth with less pressure. We are thankful and can’t wait to return to this store for more items.

We had a great experience at Ashley HomeStore! They have plenty of options to choose from and a big variety to suit every taste. Sakshi helped us find what we were looking for and it was a breeze dealing with her, she is truly great at what she does! Totally recommend!

The delivery team damaged my hardwood floor during delivery of a couch I recently purchased. There were 3 scratches across 7 tiles. I tried filing a home damage claim but it was denied because they claimed the delivery team used a blanket the whole time and could not have dealt any damage. But in fact they only used a blanket at my door and there was no protection for my actual floor. They also dragged the couch directly on the floor which directly created the scratches. It perhaps will cost about half of the couch’s price to get my floor fixed. How encouraging to see that nowadays delivery team can just fabricate facts to deny claims. Very interesting. Never buying from here again.
