Excellent service and at the distribution warehouse. We requested the delivery to be expedited and we were accommodated. The distribution centre was on top of relating steps and timing of readiness. The service and desk are greatly appreciated!

I had such a great experience as soon as I walked into the door. I felt very welcomed, and the knowledge and professionalism that they had with their products and how they treated me as a customer was top-notch. I did not feel pressured in anyway, and I was able to get Delivery quickly as well. I walked out very happy and excited about receiving my new couch. The quality was top-notch and the price was very affordable.

Avoid at all costs, unless you want cheap low quality furniture that would last only a year. We bought a couch in February 2024. When it arrived the seats were sunken, I opened a ticket however they told me that they did not see any warrantable issues. Then starting March this year the couch started making noises every time someone would sit on it. I opened a new ticket with Ashley, however since the warranty had expired they refused to help. The couch cost us around $2400!!! And it only lasted about a year.

We purchased the Lerenza couch from Ashley Furniture in May, and it’s now July — yet we are still dealing with the same unresolved issue. From the moment of delivery, the experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Upon unboxing the couch, we immediately noticed a large stain on the backside. We submitted a service request the same day, and were initially told that a replacement part would be ordered within two weeks. That seemed reasonable at the time — but it’s been nothing but a runaround since then. When it came time to schedule the repair, the appointment was canceled within 48 hours. We followed up, only to have the next appointment canceled again. Despite responding to every message almost immediately, our support ticket keeps getting closed for “inactivity”, which is baffling and unacceptable. Today, after another round of follow-ups, we were informed that the replacement part had already been shipped to our house — only to find out this wasn't true. We’re now being told it might arrive mid-July, meaning we’ll have waited nearly two full months for a resolution to a problem that was Ashley’s fault from day one. This is not the level of service one would expect from a major furniture retailer. If this issue is not properly addressed soon, I will be returning the couch and seeking a full refund. This process should not take this long, and the lack of clear communication and accountability is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Ashley Furniture and will think twice before purchasing from them again. ~ UPDATE: Improved Service – Increasing to 4 Stars; After a frustrating and disappointing experience over the past two months with my Lerenza couch from Ashley Furniture, I’m relieved to share that the issue has finally been resolved. A customer service representative named Rose personally reached out to apologize and assured me that the matter would be handled immediately. Thanks to her effort, a new replacement piece for the damaged section of the couch was delivered without any extra charges or delivery fees. The delivery crew was professional, on time, and even provided a 15-minute heads-up before arrival, which I really appreciated. While I’m grateful for the resolution and the improved communication toward the end, I still believe Ashley Furniture has work to do — especially when it comes to its automated responses and initial customer service follow-through. That said, Rose’s dedication made a big difference, and I’m now looking forward to finally enjoying the couch with friends and family. Because of the improved handling and final resolution, I’m updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you, Rose, for stepping in and making things right
