Furniture is good. Two stars because the service was horrid. The manager of the store helped my mom pick stuff out and was very friendly but the moment the payment was done she did a 180. We weren't given our contract until past the deadline so we couldn't change the order. Bed frame and mattress got delivered but the box spring which they couldn't add to delivery because it was locked came two weeks later and we didn't like the mattress, wanted to change it but no help there. The mattress was put in by the delivery people and within 24hr I reached out and had to deal with disturbing behaviour. There are ways to handle situations, can't believe I had to deal with people's personal mood swings. Half the payment was put in instalments and we weren't explained the working of it either. Now I need to talk to the Fairstone to understand how are the payments working because I have 3 payments being charged in one bill. What an unwanted experience. Ashley’s HomeStore in Etobicoke deserves five stars! Firas provided exceptional service from start to finish. We went in only planning to buy a mattress, but his expertise and genuine care completely elevated the experience. Furniture is good. The delivery people We’re the worst. Didn’t great me when they came. Rang the doorbell, said “Ashley furniture” then I looked at his paperwork, they asked what room, I showed them…just wait it gets worse…these 2 individuals couldn’t lift the furniture. THEY PUT MASSIVE SCRATCHES ON MY WALLS AND DENTED MY NEW HARDWOOD FLOOR…I had other deliveries in at the same time, and those 2 guys delivering my appliances had to help these ones from Ashley…when I told them they scratched my walls and dented my floors, they said talk to Ashley…now I reached out to Ashley and haven’t heard from them. The bedroom set is good but if you care about your house, please just pick it up yourself because you’ll be having to deal with the damages yourself as Ashley seems to just care for the sale and don’t care about customer experience.

After a misunderstanding regarding delivery, Ashley Furniture and crew came through the following week. They compensated me for the delay, and arrived early on the day of delivery. Charnjeet and his partner took excellent care of my new furniture and my living space. Right down to positioning the furniture, and arranging the throw pillows! 😃 thank you for the five star experience.
