Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Out of pure luck I dealt with the store manager Matt when I had to replace parts on a ashley product I purchased from a different store. He made everything seamless and did what he could to take of me as a customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Thunderbay!
Great selection of furniture and accessories! We weren't in the market for a mattress, but they had a nice selection of beds too. The sales team and manager were all super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend shopping at here!
I highly recommend Chris Pystanski at the Ashley HomeStore in Thunder Bay. I already knew what I wanted after visiting the store a few months before... working with Chris. I reached out to him in an email as I wanted to continue to work with him. He saved me so much time and effort. My order was quoted and placed quickly and smoothly.
