This review is well overdue, as I have been a customer of Ashley for almost two years now. Their customer service is the reason I keep coming back. I met Mat in our early shopping days - there was a mix up with the couch we originally bought which was actually our fault, and Mat was amazing with giving us options. Since then, we have bought multiple pieces of furniture and decor from Ashley. Time and time again, between Mat and Andrew, we have had stellar experiences and yet there is never any pressure. I know that if I have any furniture needs in the future, I will be chatting with Mat and Andrew at Ashley.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Andrew and Mat know the products inside and out, they listen and provide recommendations without being pushy. It was really nice to have salespeople who also had delivery experience and could confidently talk about how to fit furniture into tight spaces. We have bought numerous furnishings from Ashley and the Reids Liquidation Center and it has been a great experience every time!
