We had an amazing experience here just this past Saturday! On the hunt for a new living room set, we went to six different stores starting here first. We then came back at the end of the day and made our choice. First visit we were helped by Rose and second visit she was tied up and so Mat helped us. Both of them were helpful knowledgeable, and so kind. We weren’t rushed or pressured and felt like we made new friends! Will definitely refer family and friends….just amazing service!

Walked into the store yesterday February 5/25 at around 1230, not one employee acknowledged me looking around for a recliner. Spent ten minutes in the store not one person came to assist. On my way out a sales rep middle aged woman with dark brown short hair and glasses sitting on computer near front door entrance looking at metro flyers! Too bad they lost my sale!
The staff were so friendly and helpful when I was shopping for a couch. They were knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I felt very welcomed in the store and would highly recommend it to others.
