Very smooth experience from the time we walked in the front door until we took delivery of our couch and chair. Holly looked after us in the store (including running up and down the stairs several times!). The three delivery guys did a great job setting up the furniture, however, they should have covers for their boots (it was a bit snowy when they made the delivery).

Went to Ashley a month ago and dealt with Holly. Was looking into a few items and told me she’d get back to me the next day. Never received a call back. Yesterday went in wanting to purchase a Loveseat and to find out what happened with the information Holly was supposed to provide to me. They didn’t have any record of that interaction. Yesterday I dealt with Miguel. Told him what I wanted but had to confirm with hubby before purchasing and he said to me…” rest assured your info will be left with my manager in case I’m not here tomorrow and you will be taken care of…” I went in today. No information was located on my products I wanted to purchase. Today I dealt with Richard and he was super helpful and I was quite pleased with the pricing he was able to give me and the timeline of product being delivered but then I was told delivery would be 149.95 That is outrageous!! I took my business to Leon’s Great customer service, attentive and empathetic and fulfilled my needs and no charge delivery!!! Win win got me. Sorry Ashley… you failed in all areas!
Holly was amazing! super helpful and always got us the best deals! we love everything we got and when we didn’t holly made sure we got store credit and what we wanted!
