Came in looking for stuff for my store front, was greeted & helped by a sweet young lady that went by the name of Breeanna. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect stuff but kept it within my budget!! She made the entire thing such a fun & positive experience. She was extremely polite, knowledgable & very good at what she does. 10/10 will be coming back & requesting her!!
the lady serving me a few weeks ago was absolutely amazing! Super Friendly and down to earth! Medium length blonde hair. I believe her name was Bree? Anyways 10/10 customer service and 100% will be back

I visited the Ashley Store a few months ago while shopping for a sofa after hearing positive things about their customer service from a friend. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the sales associates made me very uncomfortable. An older gentleman assisted me, but he repeatedly followed me around the store, stared at my body, and made several comments and jokes that I felt were inappropriate. I really like Ashley’s products and will likely continue shopping there, but this interaction negatively affected my experience. I hope management takes customer comfort and professionalism seriously so future visits feel more welcoming
