Fantastic customer service
We had a terrible customer service experience following the purchase of our furniture. Our couch was delivered unwrapped and dirty. After sending a technician to clean the couch, he ripped it. Rather than offering to replace the couch, Ashley suggested they patch the hole their technician created. We eventually did get a new couch but only after we expressed our dissatisfaction. We also received a defective end table, which they attempted to repair and, after two failed attempts, we now have to order another one. When we attempted to seek redress for our experience, we were rebuffed by the manager, who offered us a paltry store credit. We’ve given them multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, but it was apparent they were not interested in retaining us as customers for future business. Unfortunately, we will never shop there again and would not recommend it to anyone.
