That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Sehajpreet and the rest of the crew (I didn't get their names sadly) did an amazing job delivering the chaise couch. It was a great challenge given how we live in an apartment with not much space to work with. We were worried we wouldn't get the couch but they made the impossible possible! They were very kind throughout the experience and we are very grateful for their hard work! :)

Delivery was quick and they are very good. Great tracking app so you know when they are arriving. Remove shoes. Clean up all of the wrapping materials. Like they were never here except for the new furniture!

Rama was very helpful with our purchase, and was able to assist us in finding the exact item we had wanted! She spent a ton of time walking us through options. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I came home excited to set up my new mattress, removed the packaging, and immediately noticed a huge stains on it. For a brand-new product, this is completely unacceptable. A mattress is something you expect to be clean, fresh, and in perfect condition — especially given the cost. This raises serious concerns about quality control and hygiene. I shouldn’t have to deal with returns or exchanges for something that should have been inspected. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend unless the company makes this right quickly. I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. After receiving a mattress with a large stain, I was understandably very frustrated. However, I appreciate how Ashley HomeStore handled the situation. They first sent a technician to attempt to clean the stain, but when it didn’t come out, they followed through and replaced the mattress. While the initial experience was disappointing, their efforts to resolve the issue and make things right did not go unnoticed.
