Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. An outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture this week, especially working with Lisa. She is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and easy to work with, plus her manager was incredibly helpful. What really stood out was that they actually took the time to introduce themselves (!) and help me unlike several local furniture stores in Hamilton and Burlington areas where I felt completely left to my own devices! Lisa worked through options, and I left feeling confident about my choices. There’s a genuine family vibe here that made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Lisa and this store! I’m gonna love my forever couch and ottoman.
Absolutely loved our initial visit to look at furniture we had peace to look but staff were available when we had questions. Yesterday we went into Ashley's on Stoney Creek mountain today we went back and purchased. The service was amazing from Andy. He really knows what he is talking about and knows his products. He explained everything to us about the power recliner couch and 2 accent chairs that we purchased. Today while purchasing we dealt with Andy and Bella and couldn't be happier with the whole procedure. Thank you for making our purchase easy and enjoyable 🙂
We recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture in Stoney Creek, ON, and we had a great experience with our sales professional, Rana Doumat. Rana was fantastic from start to finish. She gave us great advice, was very helpful, and went out of her way to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Her customer service was excellent, and she definitely deserves a shout-out for going above and beyond. Thank you, Rana! Unfortunately, we did have some concerns regarding the delivery. The delivery team arrived without wearing shoe covers. We understand that bringing furniture into a home can be challenging, but we were concerned about what would happen if it had been raining or the ground was muddy. Our carpets could easily have been soiled. For comparison, we previously had a delivery from Sleep Country Canada, and both delivery professionals were wearing gloves and shoe covers to protect our floors and carpets. We really appreciated that level of care and attention to keeping our home clean. Overall, we have no complaints about the customer service we received from Rana—she was excellent. We simply hope Ashley Furniture can improve its delivery practices by providing shoe covers and taking similar precautions to protect customers’ homes. Thank you again to Rana for making the purchasing experience such a positive one!
