We purchased a reclining couch 2 months ago( their top quality one). From day one the left side is sloped , where you sit on angle . I've phoned , texted and live chat with their customer service team several times with no response back Just keep getting the run around, but no communication from a live person from the service department.Pray you don't have any issues, cause you will be steered in circles with no solution
