Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Follow up to my review below I was guaranteed delivery today and unfortunately nobody showed up I waited until 9.30 pm only to get a message stating my delivery was completed I reached out to Ashley's at 10pm to tell them that nobody showed up I didn't even get a courtesy call explaining why the drivers didn't show up I've been very understanding with them but I've had it, I'm done I gave them a second chance to make things right only to be let down again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ........................................... I purchased a very expensive sectional and I had issues with partial delivery and dirt on the chaise. I was very upset with the customer service and the people shipping my order. Rose reached out to me and within minutes took care of the issues. I'm happy to say that I'll be receiving a new chase and Rose noted on my file to triple check the chaise before delivery. I'm also very happy to report that Rose will be addressing the customer service and the people in shipping. It's the amazing service and good products that keep people coming back to Ashley's. Everyone deserves a second chance. Thank you Rose
