The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. We recently purchased a beautiful bedroom set from the Hamilton store. From start to finish we were well taken care of by Andy. Very nice man. He sure knows his stuff and helped us thru the furniture purchase as well as choosing the box spring, mattress, and even the pillows! Very pleased with our purchase!
I had never been into Ashley’s before and from the minute I walked in James was super attentive. He explained everything thoroughly and I never felt pressured to buy anything or rushed. I didn’t even know you could have such a lovely experience buying something like a mattress. Truly appreciate everything James did for us and would highly recommend his service.
We have been screwed around since May our year and a half old leather reclining couch developed a growing spot where the leather is coming off they are saying that it is my hair that caused it i am 64 and shower every day I use head and shoulders shampoo?? So I am now stuck even after buying the extended warranty when we bought it. I would strongly recommend not only not buying from Ashley's or there useless warranty for now
Right from entering the store, I was welcomed and Sana Ahmed listened and found exactly the sofa and ottoman I was searching for. Very efficient and accommodating. The delivery and set up was very professional and quick. Thank you very much. Definetly shopping at Ashley in rhe future.
We have had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture customer service team. We ordered a cabinet for our front hall and it came delivered with a huge gouge out of the box which was noted and we took photos after delivery , after opening the box right away , we noticed the alignment in the cabinet doors was completely off and mid aligned. We also noticed the shelf and the screw were snapped on the inside of the shelf. Needless to say we were super bummed the quality especially after anticipation of the unit coming , and the quality of the product. We called the store right away which sends you directly to a hotline unless you say “making a new purchase “ where they are not helpful at all. They told us to make a claim about the damage. We sent a claim with one hour of delivery. The email back states your claim # and that someone would call us back within 24 hours. It’s been over a week and we have had the run around every time we call. No one at the store has called us back , no one has tried to rectify the problem and they all keep saying we never placed a claim and there is zero refund policy. We have proof which we have sent. I want a full refund for the unit and ever since this terrible experience. We never will be shopping with ashley furniture again. This is the worst customer service and the cabinet is still sitting in our front hall waiting to be dealt with. I would avoid at all cost shopping here. The cabinet came damaged and not one customer service agent has helped us with their product that came damaged.
High quality furniture. Top tier delivery service, they are polite and friendly and will place and assemble your furniture for you. Much better than The Brick and Leons, this is the higher end place for all of your furniture needs.
I phoned to enquire about a piece of furniture I would like to purchase for my parents and my experience was delightful with Karen who listened and who was able to meet all my needs for my parents.
