We were greeted very well and warmly accommodated all our questions - buying experience was a breeze from start to finish — special thanks to Rana - more power to the staff at Ashley HomeStore on Stonechurch Rd E - Stoney Creek - God bless you 🥰
I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley HomeStore and my experience was a very positive one. They were very helpful and patient as I took time to consider my options. Once I decided, they were there to take care of all the details and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. My furniture delivery was also very good as the gentlemen who delivered my items were very professional and careful with my items and my home. Overall I was very pleased.
Karen was amazing to deal with!!! Thank you
Rana at the Stoney Creek location was amazing and so very helpful. My experience was so far has been amazing. I’m hoping the delivery is just as good. *Delivery was very smooth and they even found their way to us during Super Crawl* Love the tracking feature as well.
Great service. Very friendly and helpful. Also flexible after I changed my mind and chose something different. Good job Andy,!
Buyer beware with furniture at Ashley HomeStore. I purchased a sectional and a recliner from Ashley HomeStore less than 6 months ago. I was looking for "quality" that would last as I had the impression they were a higher end quality store. I will say the sales representative was very good, patient and helpful. I bought my furniture and extra warranty and told him I would be back in the fall to purchase a new adjustable bed. Less than 6 months later the sectional looks like it is 10 years old and needs to be replaced. For the record the recliner is fine. Apparently, this obviously flawed product is not covered under the warranty or the extra coverage I paid for. I guess there is no "lemon law" for furniture. Be forewarned, they are not what they claim to be and don't waste your money on extra warranty. Just an update...They had me photograph everything and send them the photos and still refused to do anything about it. They posted here so they would look like they were being helpful but they weren't.
