Our showroom benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to large front-facing windows, making it easy to spot our beautiful furniture displays even before stepping inside. Our team keeps the store well-organized and updated, making it easy for guests to find what they need. We’re always ready to walk you through product features, price points, and benefits so you can make confident decisions. Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. My in-store experience was great. However, when I picked up my new coffee tables I opened the box for my end table to find deep scratches in it. I called to make a claim and had to wait 5 weeks for a repair person knowing that it could not be repaired. 5 weeks later after taking a day off work for the repair, it could not be repaired. Which meant that now I have to wait 1 week for someone to come take it to the shop where my table will be gone for a full week. I also pointed out to the technician that the top of my coffee table was warped and the knob had a gash in it. Now I will have to wait another 5 weeks for a tech and take another day off work. These tables were brand new that I drove out to Mississauga to pick up and no offer of any compensation wbat so ever. Just a huge inconvenience and cost me 2 days pay. Then refused to just replace them. Terrible resolution team and wont be shopping there again. Its too bad too because I was going to buy a dinning set from them as well.

An outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture this week, especially working with Lisa. She is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and easy to work with, plus her manager was incredibly helpful. What really stood out was that they actually took the time to introduce themselves (!) and help me unlike several local furniture stores in Hamilton and Burlington areas where I felt completely left to my own devices! Lisa worked through options, and I left feeling confident about my choices. There’s a genuine family vibe here that made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Lisa and this store! I’m gonna love my forever couch and ottoman.
Absolutely loved our initial visit to look at furniture we had peace to look but staff were available when we had questions. We went the following day to purchase once we decided what to buy The buying process was fast and simple. It was a smooth process staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly
