Our team keeps the store well-organized and updated, making it easy for guests to find what they need. We’re always ready to walk you through product features, price points, and benefits so you can make confident decisions. Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Staff were helpful and informative, they allowed us to shop at our legure with no pressure. Overall the experience was positive and relaxed.
The furniture and rugs that we bought at Ashley’s are of great quality. Staff at the store in Hamilton were fantastic (Rana). She moved furniture from around the store so that we could see what the furniture looked like with rugs that we had selected. We have to return a swivel chair due to a defect but the customer service rep has been fantastic in assisting us with getting a replacement.
ANDY VERMA was excellent .He listened to what we were looking for and took us right to the chair. Checked us out fast and easy. Great experience...my first time in this store and we will be back.
The accessory i bought was denied a proper and safe packaging. I purchased a mirror wall decor which was delicate and was just wrapped with tissue and not even a bubble wrap. Staff was a little rude as well.
Disappointing customer service, got a wall piece from them and it was a delicate accessory which they say they do not pack it to secure the piece. They just covered with tissue paper and had us walk away with a very improper packaging.
