Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. My God can't believe a company my family has used for years would dump two sofas in the driveway and leave it for us to move in because the drivers were instructed to do so because apparently you have to pay for white service which was never a thing in the past and wasn't stated when we bought...My inlaws have bought alot from your business and delivery was never a problem before yesterday...to think I am building a home and was hoping things would go smooth then I would furnish my new home through you...Guess its not easy to find good customer service anymore

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. From day one, the mattress had a noticeable depression. On top of that, the centre support of the bed was already loose and had fallen off once before, which is why I submitted a claim to Ashley Furniture. Unfortunately, instead of properly addressing the issue, I was left waiting with no meaningful resolution. And then last night, the centre support came out again — this time forcefully enough to shake and jerk the entire bed. This is extremely concerning, especially when you’re sleeping on the bed and the support system fails underneath you. What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I submitted a claim and have received no response. The online chat is basically useless because nobody responds, and visiting the store was not worth the effort either. Not everyone can sit on the phone for hours waiting on hold just to get someone to acknowledge a legitimate product issue. When a customer has already reported a defective/loose component and it fails again, I expect the company to take it seriously and actually follow up.
Karen took care of request to find a complete kitchen set. She quickly found the perfect size and colour. She suggested other options and then let us make our final choice. She knows the inventory at Ashley’s as well as knowing her customers. We appreciated her expertise and enthusiasm in serving her customers needs.
Bella at Ashley Furniture provided fantastic service! She helped my sons find the perfect bed frames with so much patience and care. Highly recommend asking for Bella if you’re shopping here. Whole stuff it’s amazing everybody is so welcoming and nice. Highly recommended.
