Our team keeps the store well-organized and updated, making it easy for guests to find what they need. Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Horrific experience. Would be a 0 Star if I had the option. I bought a leather couch last month, and paid for white glove delivery. The delivery drivers dropped my couch on the concrete porch before even getting it to my door, breaking my sidewall, and proceeded to measure my door, be confident, and then try to ram it through, ripping the leather. Ripped my leather in 4 spots and broke my sidewall of the right chaise. I called, quite disappointed, but hopeful for a fix and it was a horrible back and forth to get it picked up and fixed. It finally gets picked up to get fixed, and everything seemed to go well. Now it has been delivered and they DID NOT fix the broken side wall, and now it is worse off then how we sent it. This is crazy, considering we paid for white glove delivery, only to have our couch botched before it reached the house, a horrible experience trying to get this sorted when it was not our fault, just to get it back broken again. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this, and if you do, PICK it up yourself and dont waste the money for it to get broken and have ZERO accountability held. 0/10 experience, which is sad considering how many people seem to love this place.
I was greeted at the door by James. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in the furniture i was looking for. He offered different options but was not pushy in his tactics. The store is very clean and organized. I was very impressed by the level customer service of all associates. I will be back to buy more furniture from this store.
Sehajpreet and the rest of the crew (I didn't get their names sadly) did an amazing job delivering the chaise couch. It was a great challenge given how we live in an apartment with not much space to work with. We were worried we wouldn't get the couch but they made the impossible possible! They were very kind throughout the experience and we are very grateful for their hard work! :)
