Worst customer service you can get from Ashley furniture…. They are nice to you until you purchase the furniture , afterwords they don’t care even if you receive the furniture in two pieces . You call them they don’t answer , you call their guest care each and every agent tells you a different story. We bought a lot of stuff from them and only one item was good and we didn’t have an issue with it. Seriously I don’t recommend this place to anyone , save your time and energy and get your stuff some where else . Plus never get a protection plan from them , because its useless , you have to call them 100 times in order for them to fix something.
