Our showroom benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to large front-facing windows, making it easy to spot our beautiful furniture displays even before stepping inside. Our team keeps the store well-organized and updated, making it easy for guests to find what they need. We’re always ready to walk you through product features, price points, and benefits so you can make confident decisions. Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Just made a couch purchase. First couch in the entry caught my eye. Easiest money they probably ever made. I was told it was IN STOCK and it could ship that SAME WEEK. I get to the cash and pay for the couch to then be told it can’t ship until the following week. Not ideal but agreed to the following week. Fast forward to the next day and I get an automated text asking me to schedule my delivery which I had already scheduled the same time of purchase. Very confused, I called the store in which they said ya sorry nothing we can do it can’t be delivered it’s not in stock. We will need to reschedule. I had already made arrangements for the city to pick up my old couch to welcome the new couch in and also arranged for some help to get the couch inside and down my stairs. Having no choice after being given the wrong information TWICE within less than 24hrs. I will now be left couchless and hope the new scheduled delivery actually happens. I don’t have any confidence at this point and I am throughly disappointed. It was very easy to take my money and tell me what I wanted to hear to get the purchase through. Overall not impressed or pleased with my experience. Nothing was offered in compensation just simply “we will try our best”. Zero confidence in that!

I had a great experience at the Ashley store in Stoney Creek, thanks to James. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. James went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my purchase, and his professionalism really stood out. I’d definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping there.
