The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. First of all I will recommend every one that is thinking about buying from Ashley STOP. There is lots of issues with their customer service. First of all, after you buy something any after care goes to a customer service call center where you will find just incompetent, rude and helpless people. Also the product is cheap and the quality very bad. My sofa arrived with a broken leg and I couldn't do anything else other than call their service. Which took forever to get booked. In general terms Beware of this store and don't risk your money and time. Read their service agreement because they won't help you at all with it.
Was helped as soon as I walked in the door, was looking for a couch. The store is so beautifully organized and I was very impressed with some of the deals they had going on. Received my new couch today and it arrived so quickly and I’m in love with it! Would definitely return.
I was looking for a few things on my last visit and the sales rep James took the time to show us around the store and was super informative, understood what I needed and gave some great suggestions. I ended up buying an item on the floor that was on sale, easy process, James helped load it into my car and off we went. No pressure, just a comfortable and enjoyable experience

I was great by one of the nicest person I had ever met her taughtfulness and consideration to save money for me was a breath of fresh air I am definitely going back I bought 5 pieces guys and if I told you how much you wouldn't believe me best deal ever .so if you need a few piece for the holiday stop by Ashley's furniture store you will not be disappointed the prices and quality is really good trust me .
