That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Dealt with Andy at the Stoney Creek Mountain location for the purchase of my first couch. He made the experience enjoyable and gave me as much information as possible for peace of mind. Hi so I’m pregnant and I can’t really walk a lot or do to much things because of the baby so I send my daughter to go look for couches prices because we are looking for a new couch and my daughter told me that when she got in the store and started looking for the prices everyone was really nice to her but one of the workers came up to her and asked if mom was there so my daughter was trying to explain to the worker why I couldn’t be there but the worker cut her off and basically kick her out this already happened twice by the way with the same lady.
Incredible service from James!!! He is super knowledgeable and phenomenal at his job. Thanks to him we have a the perfect couch that matches exactly what we were looking for. The funny thing is, we almost left the store empty handed after a quick walk through but James stopped us and offered a suggestion that kept us in store. He asks good questions and offers valuable insights, I will be recommending his service to anyone looking for new furniture.
Staff don’t know how to use the new operating system. Took 20 min to check out. And to top it off they charge a 100$ delivery fee to bring it to your front door not even inside the house. If you want free delivery you have to drive to Mississauga. If you can find a different product somewhere else I would advise to.
