Bought a whole bedset and after it arrived I started finding wood shavings in the drawers. Eventually found BUGS IN THE FURNITURE!! The future came from India and the bugs in the furniture originate from there and are not found in Canada. The company kept trying to blame me and my house for them. I got proof from an exterminator that they are from India and then all of a sudden they would send me new furniture. This company is horrible and I have had numerous problems with the furniture such as the doors not staying closed and being broken on arrival and sent back 5 times before it was good enought because dealing with this company is hell !!!!! Do not buy from them!!!!!
Hi! So, my boyfriend and I recently ordered a Chessington sofa from Ashley and the delivery came yesterday in two parts. We tried to get the second part through our door but it didn’t fit and no matter what we did, we couldn’t get it inside since we’re not professionals. We called Ashley’s customer service, but they were no help at all. They told us no one could come today to assist us, but we’d hear from someone tomorrow. The next morning, we still hadn’t received any messages from Ashley, so my boyfriend called them again. He asked why there was no information about how the sofa would arrive. They told us it couldn’t be taken apart, and when we asked if we could hire a furniture delivery service to help bring it in, the representative didn’t even ask for the size of our doorways or anything about the space in our home. We told them we needed help today or tomorrow since the sofa was sitting outside. She suggested they could come on Friday to try, but we would have to pay for that service. If the sofa still didn’t fit, we could return it, but we'd only get a 90% refund. They would keep 10% for the pick-up. However, just an hour later, another company, Structube, delivered other furniture. The two delivery guys measured our doors, figured out the best angle to bring the sofa in and got it inside in just 5 minutes! Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Ashley Furniture—their customer service is awful. Save your time and money!

Very helpful and friendly. Buy all furniture at Ashley's...bedroom, dining room, huge sectional couch. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Karen at the store was wonderful. She really took the time to go through my options with me ensuring that I was happy at every step. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that personal touch. The delivery crew on Feb. 15 was amazing making sure to take care and they went above and beyond with their service. An amazing experience from start to finish.
