That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Total Waste of Money Ashley Furniture has some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I bought two sofa sets, and both were defective. One reclining sofa did not work at all right out of the box, and the other sofa broke the very first time we used it. Despite both sofas being brand new, Ashley Furniture refused to replace them and instead insisted on repairing them, as if this was normal for new furniture. Technicians eventually came, but the problems were NOT fixed. To make things even more frustrating, although I had paid extra for an extended warranty, yet it was completely useless and just money grab. The warranty did not result in faster service, proper repairs, or any reasonable solution. What exactly is the point of paying for an extended warranty if defective products are still not replaced? Their response times are unbelievably slow. It took forever to respond to my claim, even longer to schedule repairs, and now they are dragging out their final decision while I’m left with broken furniture in my home. This entire experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and unacceptable. Low-quality products, terrible communication, no accountability, and a warranty that means nothing. I strongly do NOT recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. If something goes wrong—and it likely will—don’t expect them to stand behind their products. I wish I can put less then one star

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our very expensive sectional couch broke in multiple places just months after purchasing. Even though we had lots of warranty left, the customer service was impossible to get a hold of and we have been trying to get in contact with them for months. No response, the store staff say it’s not their responsibility. Worse place to purchase from.
Always a great experience! Great pricing and financing available. Purchased some beautiful new furniture for our basement/recroom with the help of Andy! A true gentleman and great at what he does! I highly recommend working with him and visiting the Stoney creek location.
