They never told that $35 annual fees when you applied through Fairstone financing and upon call to store lady was rude and unprofessionally constantly arguing instead of solving problem.

Went in just to browse couches and got greeted by a sales associate. Said we were just looking, he left us alone for all of 2 minutes. As soon as we sat on a couch, he came running over to explain all the ins and outs. He took us over to a different couch which we weren't really interested in. Finally we tried to walk away to continue browsing on our own, he followed us and asked if he could show us something. Assuming it would be another couch, we reluctantly said okay. He leads us to the opposite end of the store to show us mattress?? He then makes us lie down on a 6k mattress while explaining all the features. That's great and all but we are shopping for a couch not a bed. Finally once his lengthy presentation is over, we very clearly say goodbye and try to continue browsing. But he continues to follow us around the store - practicallly breathing down our neck. We just had to leave at that point. On our way out the door he has the audacity to ask for our phone number. Why...so you can harass us more?! It's a shame because we were very interested in a couch there, but now I do not even want to go back.

I can’t share an experience cause we can’t get into the store. Most people visit the mall like my self when weather is unfavourable… and the mall entrance is never open I go to mall 1-2 days a week and the mall entrance is never open. Bad business unfortunately and while sitting in food court during lunch it’s all people talk about……according to all the management is aware and simply don’t care. It opens for a few days then shuts again!!! terrible management or lazy employees is my assumption I’m happy shopping elsewhere!

We had a great experience at Ashley. Shamona was excellent, explained everything to us, as well as Paul! We felt that they did their best to give us the best value for our dollar. We can’t wait for our new bed to arrive!

Terrible experience! They sell stuff they don't have in the warehouse thus they couldn't commit to the scheduled delivery date which they proposed in the first place. They will call a day before delivery to tell you that the shipment will be partially delivered. and when asking to reschedule a new delivery date they will tell you "We'll call once we have your order in inventory". They claim it's the manufacturer's fault like it's not their problem at all. I'm your customer NOT the Manufacturer's! I ordered a queen bed I got the mattress + spring box with NO headboard or rail which might be delivered god knows when. Totally unaccountable! Why would you make a sale deal for products that you don't have? And why is a refund a big mess if I wanted to cancel due to your mistakes??? You will be talking to the WORST customer service ever!

Wait for bedroom furniture to arrive so have everything all over to be put away upon arrival to find out the draws don’t either work or are crooked to discover need to wait 2-3 weeks for someone to come either fix them or replace the dresser. So it needs to be empty for the technician lol leaving my room in a disastrous mess.Then the sales clerk did not enter the right codes so wrong furniture arrived and missed an item as well. To return the useless furniture they charge 10% restock fee such a joke. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE once they have there money they don’t care.
