Shelby was very helpful at the store today and got our order in with no issues. Store is very nice, lots of products to view and test out. Hopefully delivery is just as good of an experience! Delivery Update: Unfortunately my overall experience has been disappointing now that delivery has been made. We just got our recliner and after bringing it inside, taking it out of the box we discover the power cord to plug into the wall is missing! I called support and they going to mail one to us but can take 1-2 weeks. Our kids (and us parents) have been counting the days to use our new recliner and we were so excited today, but now we have to wait again to really use it. Secondly the amount of texts I got from Ashley were extremely annoying. This was in regards to shipping updates but it was just so much and over the top.
