Sale women Maha at St.Catharines located was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture we liked. Everyone we dealt with were very professional. The manager worked out s fair price for us matching another stores price. I'm sorry I forgot his name but he was also very helpful.

I was in today and purchased the Biscoe Reclining Sofa. Rav was absolutely amazing with answering all of my questions. His customer service was is incredible. If you're heading in to buy anything, ask for Rav. Absolutely love my new Biscoe Reclining sofa. It is so comfortable and I love that it reclines all the way back. The delivery team went above and beyond. They were very friendly and respectful of my home. They had the couch set up so fast. I will never buy furniture from any other store. Ashley HomeStore is by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing furniture.

Anne was amazing!!! Anne was so patient and kind, she provided me with lots of options for the purchase of a sectional. They were able to customize the configuration and provided lots of information. One of the best furniture purchasing transactions I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Anne.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in St. Catharines. We were helped by Mike, who was friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He and the team showed us options that suited our space, even moving pieces around so we could better picture them in our room. They also went out of their way to keep our kids entertained while we browsed, which made the whole experience much easier. Great service and good value; we're really happy with our new sofa and loveseat set.
