Terrible CS post sales. The furniture ended up damaged from the products that THEY sell you to “care” and THEY sell you an “extended guarantee” that doesn't cover the damage caused by their product and the CSR service is terrible. I regret buying from them
Nice selection and friendly staff!
I just received the sofa and my husband paid the drivers $40 to bring it into the house and it ends up being the wrong one. They left quickly and when my husband unwrapped it, the sofa that was delivered was silver grey not green as ordered. I understand that mistakes happen but to then be told that they cannot come pick this sofa up for days and that the colour I ordered is not available for at least another 10 to 14 days if at all, is ridiculous. I want this grey one removed from my house immediately.
Luckily staff here is good. I had to replace coffee table and i had insurance for that.
Had a great experience. Heidi was lovely and helpful and didn't feel pressure to buy at all. My son loved the free snacks. Can't wait for our couch to come in!!
