Roberts professionalism, knowledge, and honesty was beyond exceptional. Robert was very patient, and provided guidance throughout the entire purchase. He made himself readily available; after his shift, from home! He also followed up to ensure all was well, after the fact. I went to you are store location in Saint Catherine the manager and the assistant manager was amazing. They are very talented. Very helpful. Amazing management team.. Last week we were in Toronto and Mississauga, looking for furniture, the service was awful we decided not to buy anything and walk out from the stores.when we went to your location in St Catherine we were very impressed. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I recently visited Ashley and had a great experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the manager! She and the sales associate took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me explore different options without making me feel pressured. The furniture selection was amazing, and the team was super helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their honesty, kindness, and willingness to help. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Ashley to anyone looking for furniture and great customer service!

Furniture is nice and there’s some good deals. I went twice yesterday once with my sister and again with my sister in the evening. There’s a big issue with trying to cash out the sales. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing in constantly need to be calling the manager during the day. It took us over half an hour to cash out and at night we were there again for over 35 minutes, trying to cash out obviously an issue with the manager, not training their staff properly, leaving constantly after they’ve been called up to the front Training them

I purchased furniture in January , delivered damaged beginning of February and just finally received it back (repaired not replaced) as it’s not there policy to replace damaged products. They just fix it . This has taken 4 months to get to this point and now I have to wait again as delivery guy says oh the power recliner isn’t working. You have to call to set up another claim. , this has been the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Horrible from start to now that isn’t even finished. Stay away. Junk furniture and terrible customer service at all levels. I will never buy there again. I would give zero stars if I could.
