I had a lovely experience at Ashley. Staff were very nice and attentive. Answered all my questions.
We paid almost 300$ to have the bed delivered and put together for us...they were courteous and did good job on bed frame but put no effort into mattress...they barely tried to bring it up stairs made a very lame excuse . .....i gave them an alternative way to bring it up the back steps which was more spacious...but since it was late they were more interested in leaving with no apologies...leaving the task to a 63 year old man with a back problem and his wife to accomplish the task for them...which we did with great pain and effort ...a job that we paid for ...so I wouldn't have to do it....the pictures are the way they left it for us ...so was it a good experience absolutely not...I'm very disappointed...well see how it goes
I came in a few weeks ago did not know what I was looking for at all and Owen helped guide me in the right direction he was very informative and felt like I came to the right place at the right time I couldn’t of asked for a better experience

Came in looking for some new furniture to freshen up my home. Had a great experience with amazing customer service from a sales rep named Armando. He helped select & decide on the right couch. Would reccomend this location/store for any furniture shopping!
Bought 2 couches was promised delivery the next week. It never came so I called. They then said it would come this Saturday Nov 1, now they texted me that they can't deliver them. They reached out to me to try and smooth it over. They said it would for sure get delivered on Nov 11, once again no delivery. Checked on the delivery status and now it is back ordered for another 6 weeks. What a joke! Went to Leon's instead, delivered in 2 days!
