I walked into Ashley's, I wanted to physically see a chair I had found online. First thing I noticed, there was absolutely no pressure from any of the sales people. They let me walk around and look, and eventually, a very fine young man named Owen came over to see how I was doing. Owen gave me all the information I needed to make the decision to purchase the chair. Owen was knowledgeable, very personable, I never felt like I was being pressured into any type of sale. I think that might be why I actually ended up buying the chair. Overall my experience was great with Ashley's. By all means, give him a try. Their furniture seems to be quite nice, quite high end.
