The workers there are amazing
Our experience with Ashley so far has been an absolute nightmare and is unacceptable. Starting from when we first made our purchase, the order was calculated incorrectly. I had to spend hours on the phone and various emails to get this rectified and to this date have still not received the refund that I am owed. After this, I thought everything was all good but I was mistaken as less than 12 hours before our expected delivery on July 3, it was cancelled. The store salesman and manager guaranteed that our items would be delivered on July 3 as we were having a party the next day and needed the furniture for that party. I spent most of the day on July 3 on the phone and calling back to the customer support line as they were not updating us on our order and if delivery could be sorted out in time. By the end of the day, we were informed there would be no delivery until the following Friday, thereby basically ruining our party as we had nowhere for anyone to sit, having already moved out our existing furniture in preparation for the delivery from Ashley Furniture. We were then given multiple different reasons why our order was not going to be satisfied on the Friday. I was told the truck was broken and the route was cancelled, then I was told that there was an issue with a balance outstanding that we owed to Ashley Furniture which was not true as we paid in full, in store and as previously mentioned, Ashley actually owed us for the miscalculation in the invoice. We were then told that there was a piece of our order that was missing and that's why it could not be delivered. Therefore, who knows what the actual reason was but we were lied to multiple times just to get us off the phone. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times but I either get automated messages back that have no relevance to the issue or I get an entry level customer service person who refuses to elevate me to a manager even though they cannot address any of the concerns that I have presented with this experience. Ashley's customer services is absolutely horrid. My advice is don't order from them and if you do, don't expect any kind of actual assistance from customer support and be prepared to invest a significant chunk of your time to receive nothing in response.
Overall, the team was great at the Store. There were some thing that fell down operationally that led to delays in receiving my full order. Once the matter was resolved, the service team did ultimately make things right and for that I thank them.
Great experience at this location. Vishal is a very informed & engaged salesperson. Not pushy at all which was appreciated. He let us take our time in the showroom and showed us appropriate options based on the info we shared. Haven’t received delivery yet but will next week and will update if any issues arise (which we doubt will happen)

I had a great experience at Ashley furniture. The staff were welcoming. They answered questions thoroughly and were helpful. When i had an issue, they resolved it quickly. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture!

We had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Raz! He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew the measurements of the Omaha sectional right away, which made choosing the perfect size for our space so much easier. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find a couch that fits our home perfectly. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and not pushy. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend asking for Raz if you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture!
