I would give a zero star review if it was an option, the service we got from Vishal and Ravjot was completely unacceptable. Whenever we tried to get our furniture delivered they either had the wrong amount of items delivered or the wrong item. They didn't even fix there mistake, a random mattress that I didn't even buy was in my house for 2 weeks before they picked it up. Ravjot completely misbehaved with my wife by talking really rudely with her on the phone and made a number of mistakes when providing his horrible service. Vishal wasn't any better, he wasn't helpful in any way humanly possible. These people couldn't even give me my invoice on the day of, we had to come back multiple times for something as simple as an invoice.Never coming here ever again and I don't recommend this place either unless you would like to have the wrong items come to your house and be disrespected.
Our sales consultant Vishal was extremely helpful and very supportive helping us choose our new furniture pieces he helped us with all our needs we had a very positive experience and look forward to working with him again.

Absolutely disgusted. The salesman was wonderful, everything went well in the store. I was told delivery would most likely be Tuesday. I purchased this item because the delivery would be soon. Now, three hours later, I received a delivery booking for a month from now. I called Ashley's phone number which did not go to the store but was answered by a call centre who gave me no help or information.
I was in the store at the Fairview Mall on 2 separate occaissions. I have a cane as minimal mobility with my right foot. Both times I was in the store looking for a couch. On both trips I was not asked if they could help me. I have decided to go with another furniture store, that will at least offer to assist with my purchase. I also tried to find an email or phone number for the head office. That is not available as well.
