We had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Raz! He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew the measurements of the Omaha sectional right away, which made choosing the perfect size for our space so much easier. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find a couch that fits our home perfectly. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and not pushy. absolutely terrible, my girlfriend ordered a sectional, and we requested a certain time due to work schedule, the team was unable to accommodate and communicate. The furniture was brought back 2 different times and on the third time we opened the sectional and it was the wrong colour. Delivery personnel was awful they were absolutely rude and disrespectful .
I purchased furniture in January , delivered damaged beginning of February and just finally received it back (repaired not replaced) as it’s not there policy to replace damaged products. They just fix it . This has taken 4 months to get to this point and now I have to wait again as delivery guy says oh the power recliner isn’t working. You have to call to set up another claim. , this has been the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Horrible from start to now that isn’t even finished. Stay away. Junk furniture and terrible customer service at all levels. I will never buy there again. I would give zero stars if I could. UPDATE::: After speaking with rose and telling her everything that has happened she agreed to give us a refund or a store credit . We took the full refund and they came and got the furniture. A big thank you to rose for doing this and her customer service was great , it just didn’t have to be this bad to start with. I gave 1 start but will change it to 3 stars for roses efforts. I thank her for that.
