Worst retail experience in our life. From sales to after sales especially. Called 3 different times saying our product was in. Way past promised date. Had to put visitors in a hotel because we didn’t have the bedroom set. Spent countless hours on the phone trying to figure out what was going on, plus trying to get our discount and gift card was too many hour on the phone! Never again….
Awesome experience. Leigh was very kind and knowledgeable and showed me different products to help me make an informed choice. I actually went back because of her. For future household needs, I will definitely go there first.
