Just bought a very nice power reclining sofa from this location. Well made, comfortable and the price was right. Adrian P. helped us out with the purchase and was very knowledgeable of the product and professional in his demeanour. We will be shopping at this location again and highly recommend it.

I’ve been working in customer service for over 25 years and take great pride in helping others with their buying decisions. There's a simple rule of thumb here, treat your customers in the same manner in which you would like to be treated. That’s it! Simple. I ALWAYS post positive reviews, never negative ones but this store has left me feeling compelled to do so. DO NOT buy furniture from Ashley’s at Fairview Mall! I hope that this information will help others take their business elsewhere such that they receive real service and not lip service! After delay upon delay and cancelled delivery promises, they offered to refund me $200 as an apology and as a show of good faith. I’ve been waiting for weeks to see that actually happen and nothing thus far. Please spend your time and money at another furniture store that honestly deserves your business!

I had a very disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture. I ordered two accent chairs with a pickup date of January 3rd, but no one called or informed me about the status even a week after the scheduled date. When I called Ashley, the recorded message stated that I could pick up my order, but after being redirected to an operator, I found that I need to wait another month. This was extremely frustrating, and I will not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone based on this experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Ashley’s Furniture. Maha was professional and she let us look around and was available when we had questions. My pet peeve when shopping is when an employee is right on top of you and does not let one browse alone. She did the exact opposite and respected my space until needed. She had much knowledge in the field and helped pick out the perfect couch. Thank you again Maha.
Maha was great but the service and delivery end is terrible we have bought most of our furniture from Ashley nice stuff but had to wait for ever and then had damaged pcs which had to be taken back , from 6 orders there were delays on every delivery and damaged pcs each order that was delayed or returned added to the wait time when you reach out to customer care they tell you that they have rescheduled it that’s it just had a delivery today and that night stand had to be returned because it was damaged I will never buy another item from Ashley again
