Go elsewhere. Long list of issues that put a terrible taste in my mouth but worst part was paying for “white glove” delivery which included moving existing furniture. Delivery guys refused to move existing furniture, then refused to deliver in our house unless I moved our furniture in that moment. They just sat and watched me and my pregnant wife move our couches. We purchased over 14k of furniture and the first delivery was great, nice guys and even removed their shoes since it was raining out. Second delivery was the incident and they brought in so much slush on the hardwood. Reached out to sales associate, Armando, who sold us the furniture and was ghosted by him. He didn’t even bother to tell us that our third delivery was actually delayed. Once they get your sale, on to the next one. Just go elsewhere, it’s not worth it.
