I was in the store at the Fairview Mall on 2 separate occaissions. I have a cane as minimal mobility with my right foot. Both times I was in the store looking for a couch. On both trips I was not asked if they could help me. I have decided to go with another furniture store, that will at least offer to assist with my purchase. I also tried to find an email or phone number for the head office. That is not available as well.
Great sales service and assistance with the whole process.
We were met by a sales person Leigh that we have met before. Very friendly and helpful. We were looking for specific home devote and she pointed them out. A good shopping experience will return again to purchase carpets after all our furniture arrives.
