I purchased 2 lamps and 2 mirrors for a client several weeks ago. They were paid for and delivery confirmed. Now I am told there is only 1 mirror and no one will provide assistance. I have contacted Winnipeg, and the store, multiple times and have received no assistance. My client is furious and has lost all confidence in Ashley Homestore (as have I). I am still waiting for the name and contact number of the Canadian owner (Kevin Hook?) so that he will intervene and correct this mistake. The worst part of this is a complete lack of accountability.
We had several wonderful experiences while shopping for two new couches and a recliner in November and most recently a new king bed. The first time my husband and I went in store and Savannah helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We even got a lower price on the recliner a month later due to their price matching incentive. Yesterday I just bought a new headboard from the comfort of my home during a snowstorm. I just called and asked for Savannah. She texted me all of the necessary paperwork and even provided the white glove delivery for free. My husband and I could not be happier with her service and dedication to providing us with exceptional care. Thank you Savannah!
not impressed there was no manager on duty that day to sign off that i did not want the protection plan. Becauce i did not want to spend another $450, i could not complete the transaction.
Not a good experience. I don’t blame the associate who assisted me he was great. I wanted a rug and because they didn’t have any instock while I was there I was offered the floor model. After 20 minutes of waiting while they punched in numbers at the desk they stated I can not take the floor model and it would take 12 days to get the rug. I understand if it had to be shipped from somewhere but the gentleman helping stated it was there in warehouse and he didn’t understand the wait. It was 45 minutes of an emotional rollercoaster because of whatever system they use. Not the best experience.
Great customer service
I recently purchased couches from Ashley in St.Catherines, and I had a great experience. The sales associate was professional and took the time to explain all the options and answer all my questions. I in turn was able to make a very informed purchase!
I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend shopping here for furniture. Definitely 10 stars. Gabrielle was awesome to have as my salesperson
Very unprofessional staff. I didn't even say if I liked anything in the store, and they were already insisting on asking for my driver’s license.It felt very pushy and uncomfortable. I prefer to shop where the staff is more respectful and gives customers space.
I wish I could split my stars up. I would give Gabriel at the St. Catherine’s store 5 stars for her service in helping us purchase and finance our couch. However, the couch was delivered with the wrong cushion on one of the chaises. I called customer service, sent pictures of the error and was sent the wrong replacement. So instead of calling again we went into the store to fix the issue. They could do nothing at store level. Are you serious?? I was directed to call customer service again which I did. It became so confusing for the service agent as to what I needed to get fixed, despite more pictures and clearly stating the issue. Now I’m waiting for the proper replacement but not hopeful I’ll receive the correct cushion. Very disappointed the store cannot help fix these kinds of issues. Definitely a disconnect in customer service. I give Ashley 3stars based on this frustration I’ve had to deal with.
