Found a king size bed that we liked and found it to be on sale. We think it's a great price and the quality seems pretty good. The salesman was awesome and treated us with respect. No trying to upsell us. I enjoy that much more. We knew what we wanted and he was a great help. Thanks

I was not impressed with the delivery charge and I had to pay extra to have them bring into the house. I'm 60years old it's just me and my wife, how else would I get it the house. Never had this issue with Leon's. But your sales team did what they could to help with cost and were very nice to talk to.
I went yesterday as been seen the couches online and i been couch shopping, it was surprising that the store had about 8 staff on duty and ALL of them were sitting down looking at their phone, even the people on the cashier side, all seem very very entertained on their phones, that absolutely none were distracted from it when i went around twice and none a single person stand up and walk to greet me or ask me if i need any help, i liked few couches but honestly if the customer service is like this, i made my decision to purchase it in another store. Too bad the couches look great because the people that give the face of the company can care less.
Gabrielle was really helpful and patient with us, especially trying to decide on furniture with three little ones. Both Gabrielle and Jason were kind to complete our purchase thoroughly and not feel rushed even though the store had officially closed. Highly recommend the St. Catharines location for their exceptional customer service.
We purchased a dining room set from Ashley HomeStore St Catherines on November 18, with a delivery scheduled for November 23—timing that was crucial for my needs. I also paid for the extended warranty and white-glove service, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the delivery process turned into a nightmare. 1. Initial Issues: The first delivery attempt was incomplete, missing the table. Subsequent deliveries either failed to show up altogether or arrived with damaged items. On the fifth attempt, the table finally came, but one extension piece was broken, and the other was missing entirely. 2. Customer Service Failures: Despite numerous calls to the store, I could not get proper follow-ups or solutions. I made a special trip to speak with the manager, Corrine, who assured me she would follow up but never did. Jason, another staff member, also promised to call back and failed to do so. 3. Resolution: Ultimately, I had to contact Visa to dispute the charge and work on getting a refund for the table. Visa handled my issue with professionalism, a stark contrast to Ashley HomeStore’s poor service. : Ashley HomeStore was quick to take my payment but provided abysmal service afterward. Repeated delivery failures, broken promises from staff, and a complete lack of communication made this the worst furniture-buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never shop here again and cannot recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
Wonderful and accommodating staff
A great experience found a new couch which is what we were looking for. We dealt with a new guy Adrian he was still learning so he needed some extra time but we didn't mind, we all have to learn sometimes. Adrian was very polite, funny but professional and very approachable we enjoyed our shopping experience with him. It was stress free shopping. I will definitely look for him next time I'm shopping there.
New sectional corner frame is 2" lower than the joining section . Other side is even, clearly wrong piece of wood in frame. Ashley's technicians say that is normal and you can put something under the feet to make it level. Unbelievable. This company will not warranty their defects. Head office will not reply to emails, Also the staff in St Catharines is excellent, we looked at the demo model in store and my they agree with me saying it is a defect and should be replaced. Edit 7 months later Ashley never fixed defect, and now back and bottom cushions are all sagging, we rotate and fluff them up regularly. We were told by manager when we bought we could come in and get a free bag of filler. So today we were told by new manager back cushions are not covered under warranty and they don't give out filler. $4000 sectional and no warranty.7 months later and couch looks 10 years old. We will never give Ashley another dime. Do not buy their garbage.
