I was very unhappy with the service. I bought a floor model sofa set and was told the sofa would be wrapped and placed in the shipping area while I was completing the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. I suggested several dates to pick up the set and settled on a date that was suitable for Ashley Furniture. We also settled on a day and time for pick up. The agreed upon date arrived and whilst on my way to the store, I diligently contacted the staff at the front desk to advise them I was on my way so they could have the set ready when I arrived. I further advised I was en route to an appointment afterwards hence I was taking the time to call in advance. Upon my arrival, to my surprise my sofa set was still on the floor available to the public to test. It was NOT wrapped or even stored as promised. This in my opinion was a massive disappointment. I believed Ashley Furniture would follow through with a simple agreement and when they didn’t, I was very disappointed and frustrated and I made it known. I previously advised the customer service rep I furnished my entire home and my in-laws home with their products and was looking to continue purchasing theirs products. However I will not be returning to Ashley Furniture. It may seem simple however with the premium prices for Ashley Furniture’s products the least one should be concerned about is Ashley Furniture following through with a basic promise regarding customer service. To me it appears they just didn’t care after the sale was made. I even requested a call for a second sofa I was interested in purchasing when I purchased the initial set and no one even bothered to call. Certainly not the normal standard for Ashley Furniture. Building and continuing relationships is what’s best for your business Bottom line. Disappointed in Ashley Furniture!!
I had the worst experience with this store. Please do not buy from here. They do not care about their customers at all and will do anything just to make money. They withheld information and lied just to make their sale. They can respond on this post by telling me I’m lying, and it would be very on brand for them to continue the lies. I am very disappointed and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the awful experience I went through. Luckily I have video experience and recording. I suggest that if you do end up buying from here, record every single conversation you have with them, that way you have proof like I do.
Our experience at Ashley with our salesperson Hamy was wonderful ! Super helpful, made great recommendations and was conscious of our budget. Will definitely shop there again and would seek out Hamy for his assistance. Great experience.

I really like ASHLEY store. They have pretty nice furniture and easy financing. The sales girl Mahza was amazing a very helpful & Patient. I will repost a comment once I received my furniture for the full experience. This will be my second purchase with them. My first purchase was great in the sense that I didn’t have any issues with the delivery or a when placing my purchase, however, I was disappointed at the chairs that came with the new dining set, which was pretty expensive, and they didn’t care to point out and clarify that any returns should be made only 72 hours after delivery, which was an issue for us because we did not put together our furniture as soon as it was delivered. I am still having issues with those chairs almost 2 years later. Very sad about that. I hope this experience is different.
Just walked into the store to look for a bed frame, couch, and kitchen island. We were not greeted or asked if we wanted any assistance. All the workers were sitting and chatting, minding their own business. So, we instead came to structube and there services are great.
Just walked in with my wife and did the whole store and walked right in front of the people working in the booth and no one even greeted us or said high.. customer service 0.
