Went here looking for stools and met Shailini. She was amazing, personable, knew her stuff, was patient and gave us a fair price. We will definitely buy here in the future and ask for her.

A broken sofa was delivered, which I reported within 48 hours. Instead of replacing it, they made me wait weeks for a technician who opened the sofa in my living room just to inspect it. Then they asked for another appointment to take it away for repair. This process has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I paid for a brand new sofa, not a damaged one. I even emailed the regional manager and received NO response. Thanks to Rose who replied to this review and helped to replace it with a new one.
Ashley furniture exceeded my expectations after my sectional sofa started to fall apart after 5 years , and I didn’t have extended warranty . The customer service representative Rose was extremely helpful in solving the problem and ordered the necessary parts needed to fix it . Without any costs . Ashley furniture has in the past and present has always been there & and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy elegant furniture for you home .
