Honestly, one of if not the best furniture shopping experiences I've had. Sales reps customer service was awesome and the store manager (Scarborough location at kennedy commons) made a stress filled decision feel easy. Thank you to the team at Ashley Homestore

Terrible customer service. My order had a three-week delivery window, was delayed by an extra week, and was ultimately canceled on the scheduled arrival day without any notice.
