Firstly, our sale rep, Shalini was both professional and kind. Second, the quality of the furniture was excellent with great sales.
Where to begin. This was the second purchase at Ashley. This time around we bought 6 Breckington dining chairs and paid for white glove service. Upon delivery they were damaged. I was having issues getting them serviced and or returned but thankfully Rose from Ashley's was able to assist and provided exceptional customer service and resolve the issue. While im slightly disappointed with the chair issues this will not deter me from shopping at Ashley's again!
The staffs are very nice and I thank you for Sadra who helped me to find the lovely bed, I hope I will like it and I am waiting for delivery . Thank you
