Customer service is amazing especially with Parisa who is nice and friendly and knowledgeable on the furnitures and even reminded me about their sales promotions. I highly recommend Ashley at Kennedy
So happy! I found a lovely sofa thanks to Sadra who was so helpful and demonstrated exceptional customer service, as went throughout the store asking questions and trying out the variety of sofas on offer. Sadra was patient, attentive and helped me select the right sofa for my families needs. It was a very good experience starting with Swag! He wanted me to know everything about the furniture I was interested in. He was very polite and friendly. I shopped around and saw a lot of couches but the best one I saw was at Ashley and the price was a little high for my original budget. I’m hoping Ashley will be able to deliver the couch soon as we want to entertain laugh and scream At the FIFA matches! Thank you to the Big Boss! The discount is deeply appreciated!
The delivery was made early and installation was very good. Professional guys.
The rug itself is nice, but the customer service is very disappointing. The rug took about two weeks to arrive, and because it’s a large rug, I needed help moving furniture and laying it down properly. By the time I was able to get some help and see how it actually fit in the room, it was clear that the rug was too large for the space. I contacted Ashley hoping to exchange it for a smaller size and use the remaining credit toward another purchase. I wasn’t asking for a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that because I was outside their 48-hour window, there was nothing they could do. A 48-hour return window for a large furnishing item is unreasonable. Most people can’t properly assess the fit of a large rug the moment it’s delivered, especially when it requires moving furniture and coordinating help. The issue isn’t the rug, but rather the lack of flexibility and customer service. I was trying to continue shopping with Ashley, but policy seemed more important than finding a reasonable solution.
I am really disappointed with your Fairstone credit you offered, it’s a completely scam, you said I am getting 2 years with no fees or interest, first there is annual fee each year for $35 and I am charged $426 now, I reached out to Fairstone and the refused to give it back as they said it can be 12-24-36 months and half is for 1 year so you have to pay , it is a Scam I will escalate it as much as I can
