This was our first time shopping in store at Ashley Furniture and this was our first stop while shopping for sofas for our new house. From the moment we walked in, we were met with exceptional service from Shalini who took her time to provide details about the different pieces we saw and answer any questions we had. She even took some time to sketch out our spaces to ensure the sizing of the furniture we selected would work for us. We ended up making both purchases that day itself. Shalini is definitely knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire process seamless. Would highly recommend working with her if you visit the store.

She gave us several options to choose from, worked within our budget, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision.
