I had a great experience at Ashley Home Store. Shalini was very helpful and explained everything clearly, eventually finding the product that perfectly meets our needs. The mat we brought was not in good quality at all because its furs/ materials shred off every time we step over, and it is causing health concerns to my 9 years old niece who has asthma. Even then the company is not willing to refund it. Don't recommend anything from this company at all. Also just wondering if that is something health Canada should involved
The furniture collections at Ashley, Scarborough was good. Sadra did a fantastic job. We purchased two sofa sets, a dining and a bed frame with mattress. The product quality and customer service was excellent.
