The best time to shop is between 10 AM to 1 PM when the store tends to be less crowded, allowing you to take your time and explore without the hustle and bustle. The store is easily reachable by public transit, and there is plenty of free parking available. Additionally, with numerous food options in the plaza, it’s easy to make a day of your visit. Madisha and the manager with the hat on his head and mask were horrible sales associates. They missed telling me that I would only get 90% and 10% store credit; they told me after I completed my purchase and paperwork. They also scheduled my delivery for the wrong date. A month later my whole financing agreement was changed and I was charged a full annual fee even they told me that as long as I paid off the couch before a year I wouldn’t get an annual fee. Never buy with this company. I’m spreading awareness all around about the terrible service I received. If I could return the couches I would. On top of that when I called the store a sales associate hung up the phone on me when I was trying to resolve the issue. Don’t buy with them !!! I’m warning you.
