5-Star Review: We had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley! When we were choosing our furniture, our sales associate Jay was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. He took the time to understand what we liked and helped us find the perfect pieces for our home. On the delivery day, I was impressed by Ashley’s tracking system — they sent me a live link showing the truck’s location and estimated arrival time. It was so convenient, and I really appreciated not having to wait at home all day without knowing when the delivery would arrive, like with some other delivery companies. During installation, the team was very careful and professional. They laid down protective blankets to make sure our floors wouldn’t get scratched and even helped position our dining table exactly where we wanted it. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you, Ashley, for the great service!

The actual purchase and in store experience was great and professional but after being scheduled for delivery a week after purchase, it’s now been pushed over 2 weeks later and when asked if they can even confirm the later date, customer service said “there’s a 50/50 chance it will be ready then”. Now sitting in limbo whether I will receive the furniture or even if I can get my money back if it doesn’t arrive
