Buying a new chair was easy and smooth. Lilly was helpful and made sure we knew everything we needed before buying. The prices were fair and the quality and look seems pretty good compared to The Brick which is next door and had very ugly and overpriced chairs in comparison . The extended warranty is great because if you dont use it within 5 years they change that money to a store credit so you can buy something else in the future. We have not had the chair delivered at this time but will update this review once it arrives.

We wanted to purchase SKempton table only because we already purchased the chairs separately before. They said they cannot give the table only now we are stuck with the chairs that can't find a matching table
