If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Ashley has been beyond frustrating and honestly shocking for a company of this size. Ashley’s customer service is an absolute joke. This isn’t my first time purchasing from them, but I can confidently say it will be the last. From the delivery technicians, to the customer service representatives, to the supervisors, every single interaction was disappointing. No one seemed to care, no one took responsibility, and no one offered any real solutions. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability is honestly mind-blowing. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

Really nice furniture.

Our first time here and it was a great experience thanks to Shalini. She greeted us warmly, listened to our queries and guided us as needed to arrive at a decision. Good collection of furniture for every budget. Excellent service Shalini.

Ordered a canopy bed. The experience in the store was fine. The after experience has been a huge headache. The bed was delivered with 'white glove' service, poor installation occurred, they left dirty hand prints on the upholstery with more random stains found elsewhere, while additionally one of the posts has a 12 inch crack in the wood which the installers definitely saw and didn't say anything to us. Have been back and forth with 'customer service'. They ordered a replacement post, booked a time for someone to come install it and to try to clean the upholstery only for a last minute cancellation because more parts need to be ordered..? Incorrectly, additional parts do not need to be ordered and instead we are now at almost 4 weeks with a bed we can't sleep on. As of this morning, the customer service line is closed even though the posted hours are 9-5pm Mon-Sat. For a Canadian company with many locations, the lack of service and follow through is disappointing and frustrating.

Weird experience shopping here with the store manager. My wife and I went in looking for a headboard. Saw one we liked and asked the sales associate how much. Associate: "550" Me: "Can anything be done on that price?" Associate: "How much do you want to pay?" (Why would you ask this) Me: "50% of that" Associate: "I doubt it but I will go check" I know expect 1 of 2 things to happen: he says yes, or says no but he can offer us $x. Another worker approached us and started asking about what vehicle I drive. Said he really likes that vehicle and asks if I will sell it to him. Tells me about his time in Dubai and how his wife really likes that car. Asks if it's my car or my wife's car, and then asks what car my wife drives. This lasted a few minutes. I then find out this is the store manager. He then tells me he can't do half off on the headboard. What an awkward and long winded way to say no. Doesn't say a price he will do, or confirm that the price is the price. I left right after that exchange. I do not recommend shopping here unless you like playing the "guess the right price we will sell this for" game.
