Had a Fantastic experience with Susan!! We had to go back and purchase our mattress from her! She was very kind, funny, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to make a purchase! 📣📣📣CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS We visited the Ashley HomeStore William Kitchen branch last week and had a very unpleasant experience with a sales associate named Susan, a Chinese lady with a short bob haircut. From the moment we entered, she was extremely pushy and would not leave us alone to browse. We clearly explained that we had not finalized the dimensions for our new place yet and were only looking around to explore options. We also mentioned that our budget was around $3,000 for the item we wanted. She immediately started pushing financing and installment payments, which we repeatedly said we were not interested in. She then pressured my husband into “checking his credit score,” assuring us that it was harmless and “not a credit card.” She claimed she only wanted to see how much he qualified for and told him he was eligible for $8,000. The entire time, she kept following us around the store and would not give us any space. Thankfully, we did not purchase anything because the quote she gave us was ridiculously overpriced. The next day, she texted my husband, which he ignored. Then yesterday, we received a Fairstone credit card in the mail. She signed my husband up for a credit card WITHOUT HIS CONSENT. Very dishonest and aggressive sales tactics. Be extremely CAREFUL AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. I'm going to escalate this for sure.

Disaster and frustarting with zero star. The worst that ever see. Buy a bed and matress after 1 year the leg was broken thousands dollar in garbage nor quality or customer service they will steal your money do not spend money at this company.
We are very satisfied on the helps in the purchase process. My friend and me bought two sets of sofas. We are eagerly waiting for the delivery.
