Initial purchase at the store was fine but the product was damaged when delivered. 4 months and many promises from Ashley later and the issue was still not fixed. Terrible customer service all around. Ended up paying to have someone come and repair the furniture. Would not recommend doing business with them.
My non purchased an arm chair from this location. The product arrived damaged when delivered. After ignoring her to fix the chair for four months, she ended up paying another company to fix the chair. Would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
Save your money! Save yourself the stress! This store is useless. The staff are horrible to deal with and they never follow up with you. I have personally been waiting 2 months for a reply for a warranty issue on my sofa! A sofa that is 4 years old and broke where it shouldn’t have broke. Poor quality garbage made furniture from a store that has staff who only care about commission. GO TO LEONS!
