We took hours trying to decide on the right couch, and she never once made us feel rushed or pressured. What we appreciated most was that she wasn’t pushy at all. She took the time to explain all of our options, answer our questions, and make sure we had all the information we needed to feel confident with our decision. ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Ashley has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a coffee table, and after a relatively short period of normal use, one of the legs broke off completely. It was not something I could repair myself, so I contacted customer service expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, I was given the runaround for two days. When I finally got an answer, I was told they would only try to repair the table and that I couldn’t return or exchange it, even though it was still under warranty. I wanted to return it and purchase a different model because I had already lost confidence in the quality of this one, but they refused. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience with Ashley. I also purchased chairs from them, and one arrived with damaged upholstery that appeared to have been hidden instead of properly repaired or replaced. It felt like the defect had been covered up rather than honestly addressed. The quality of Ashley’s furniture has been far below my expectations, and their customer service has been even more disappointing. For the prices they charge, customers deserve much better products and much better support. I will not be buying from Ashley again, and I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
