At the Richmond Hill branch, when they want to sell their products, a sales representative quickly comes over to give advice and finalize the sale. However, after the invoice is issued, there is absolutely no customer service, and you will see two completely different behaviors. On the day of my purchase, they told me I only needed to pay 10% of the invoice total. But after the invoice was issued, I noticed that 30% had been applied instead! Since then, despite all my follow-ups, I haven’t received any proper responses, and they kept telling me to contact another department, as they were just the sales department. When I contacted the other department, they said I needed to deal with Richmond Hill because they issued the invoice. For a month now, I’ve been going back and forth between them. In the end, the Richmond Hill branch told me that their employee had made a mistake and no longer works there. I said that my contract is with the Ashley brand, but they responded that since I had already accepted the goods, nothing could be done, and I had to pay the 30% instead of 10%. However, I still haven’t accepted this, and I am stuck dealing with this issue. I advise anyone looking to make a purchase to be cautious and avoid facing the same issue I encountered, as nobody seems to be accountable. It’s disappointing to see how this branch shows kindness and good customer service before the purchase but completely changes after the sale.
