Literally on hold with "James" some awful customer service guy who insinuated that I think I'm better than other customers because I offered to pay the technician if he looks at my broken bed and discovers there's nothing wrong with it. Tells me there's nothing wrong with the bed in the pictures I sent. Um, there's a full leg missing in the picture. Now he's put me on hold while he gets the manager. I'm going to keep typing until somebody picks up. This store has the dumbest warranty program. Pictures that don't "qualify", wait times of infinity when you send in a ticket. Oh yes, they would not have gotten back to me if I didn't call them myself 2 and a half weeks later. 3 business days my you know what. So he just got back on and said we can send you the part that you need where the leg is missing from the bed and then at that time we can get a technician over to install it. I said fine. He said, but we need a serial number from the frame. I said I can't take this bed apart because a) it's going to collapse b) I'm not able to do it very easily, that's why I had them install it in the first place. If I could just twirl 2 big mattresses around with my fingers, I probably wouldn't have needed these guys to install the thing in the first place. There's literally a 1000 other solutions to this problem that don't involve me taking apart a bed that is on the verge of collapsing by myself, the easiest being to send a technician down here to have a look and take pictures or do whatever they need to do, I'm more than happy to pay for that. "James" just got back on the phone and said a supervisor will call me back with a solution to this apparently extremely complex problem. I did say that if they call me back today with a solution that doesn't involve me taking any more pictures and taking apart this bed, I will remove this post.

When purchasing a bed, the last thing you'd expect to worry about is creaky slats. However, my experience with an Ashley bed left me frustrated and sleep-deprived. It turns out that noisy slats are not included in their warranty, and this issue kept me up at night. It's disheartening that such a fundamental function of a bed isn't covered. This warranty policy certainly left me disappointed with my furniture shopping experience. They didn’t even installed the slats parallel to each other and it the view of their bad customer service there is nothing wrong. Even they mentioned that they are sleeping on a noisy bed all the time it’s not a big deal. Never ever buy anything from them Update: they accepted the issue and change the slats. It’s working normal now without noise. Make sure to test it after they install it specifically if you are buying king mattress.
