I’m giving a one star rating because of an awful experience I’ve had with their delivery and customer service. Everything was great at the store and the salesperson we worked with has been very supportive throughout the process. HOWEVER! I got a new dining table from Ashley, it was delivered to me with scratches on the first time. I was told i will get a new undamaged table. They brought the exact same DAMAGED table back the second time when i refused delivery again and requested a proper one. They brought the SAME table back today, didnt even bother to put it in boxes, the table was severely damaged and wrapped in torn blankets. Every single time, i had to go through hell with their “guest services”. They do their best to refuse bringing me a new undamaged table although i have images of every single delivery attempt. They hung up on me three times today and kept telling me they need to “approve” an exchange! Why would i need to get “approved” to get a proper product that i am paying for?! This has been very mentally overwhelming for me and my family. I have had to cancel family gatherings for two times now and coming from a culture that values dining with loved ones, we have been severely impacted by Ashley’s negligence. The company should take accountability for their services!

Extremely disappointing experience at Ashley HomeStore. I went in to purchase an artificial plant as a housewarming gift. The display was clearly labeled as $75 with 25% off. When I asked about it, staff initially told me that the plant and pot were sold separately and that each was $75. The plant and pot were physically attached together, so this explanation made no sense. After I pointed this out, they agreed that the plant and pot were being sold together for $75. At checkout, I was then told that all of their systems were down and that they could only accept cash. Strangely, they were still able to look up my name and phone number from a previous purchase. I was also not provided with a receipt. To make matters worse, I was then told that the $75 price already reflected the 25% discount. Because I was in a rush, I paid and left. However, when I got home and checked the label underneath the pot, it clearly showed that $75 was the regular price before any sale. Between the confusing pricing, inconsistent explanations, lack of a receipt, and what appeared to be misleading sale practices, the entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I left feeling taken advantage of and would not recommend shopping here.
We initially visited just to explore furniture options, but ended up purchasing two beds! Nazanin was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every option available to us. She carefully considered our budget and preferences, helping us find the perfect choices. Her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
