It's good 👍
The worst customer service and delivery I’ve ever experienced I got the mirror broken Wrong bed
Very disappointing customer service. Most of the sales associates spoke Persian to each other and seemed much friendlier toward Persian-speaking customers, while being rude and dismissive toward others. When I asked them to honor one of their own policies, they whispered to each other in Persian and then told me they couldn’t do it. I left feeling disrespected and treated unfairly. Ashley Furniture needs to do better when it comes to treating all customers equally and professionally.
Thank you, dear Gail for your great assistance. My son and I are grateful for your service and kindness.
Great service, associates were very kind and helpful, Great deal, highly recommend.
We spent several thousand dollars at Ashley because we were promised a $300 gift card as part of the promotion. However, when it was time to honor that promise, they told us we no longer qualified because we had received a discount. That discount was offered by the store during the sale—we never asked for it, and at no point were we told that accepting it would make us ineligible for the gift card. It felt like the terms were changed after the purchase simply to avoid honoring the promotion. For four months, we were constantly following up and kept being told “just a few more days.” We only, actually, received the gift card after escalating through customer service. On top of that, our delivery was also delayed. This was an extremely frustrating experience, poor communication, broken promises, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture
Rose was very professional, apologized for my experience, investigated the situation and advised that the claim had been approved. Ashley then worked with the transportation company, and I have now received the full $1,808 reimbursement.
