Went in not expecting anything just browsing for a couch to see what I like and an associate named Alex came to offer some information on the ongoing sales, there warranties and cool information on how there products work. Needless to say he sold me and my partner on a couch that we are so happy with thank you Alex!!

Great place to shop furniture
The delivery schedule is very unclear and unreliable and no one seems to be responding or providing any updates. I paid for my furniture in full, but the store manager says they are not responsible for the delivery and tells me to contact Ashley myself

Afshon was very helpful at presenting different products and helping us make a decision. I initially gave it a 5 stars rating. Two years down the road when I am trying to benefit from the "warranty" of the product the rating goes down to 1 star. Basically they pull any trick possible to make it not happen: constantly provide incomplete information such that countless emails are needed, ask for a ridiculous number of photos to be taken and sent, all sorts of product codes and details you never thought existed in the first place. A real nuisance. After more than 2 months of back and forth....no result. Shameful.
