Absolutely no respect for delivery dates. They always overpromise when you’re making the deal, later you get a text message that they can’t make it in time, they take your money on time though! Details: We places the order and paid in full on June 30th and were promised a delivery on July 12th. That delivery date was shown on the website as well when we made the deal. Come July 10th, we get a text the delivery is postponed a week. I try to contact customer service, guess what?, it’s delayed for two weeks (July 26th)! The thing is: this delivery date is what is showing on their website for whoever orders on July 11th. So the fact that you made the order and paid in full 11 days ago means nothing to them! Update 1: Sent an email to the email address posted in the reply to this review, they haven’t bothered to respond (for two days now). Contacted customer support a number of times, they don’t even offer an apology, they just say “this is what’s happening, deal with that!” Update 2: At 6:00 pm the day before the scheduled delivery, I get a call from Ashley telling me they overbooked their delivery trucks and they will not be able to deliver on time! It doesn’t matter that I made arrangements to be home when they deliver, that’s not important to them. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a delivery from Ashley Furniture. I paid $100 for the delivery of a new dresser and for the removal of my old dresser to the curbside. Unfortunately, the delivery team not only damaged my walls while bringing in the new dresser but also threw the old dresser, breaking all the drawers. When I confronted them, they refused to take responsibility and falsely claimed that the dresser was already broken. To make matters worse, the driver was incredibly rude and dismissed my concerns. Shortly after, his boss called and defended the driver, disregarding my side of the story entirely. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture's customer service, they chose to believe the driver and his manager's notes over my account of the events. I decided to share this video to show everyone the level of customer service and professionalism I experienced from Ashley Furniture. It's important for customers to know what to expect and for companies to be held accountable for their actions. Watch the video to see what happened during the delivery. The worst customer service ever, the staff is all Persian and they will bully you and show attitude this company needs to be shut down for the pathetic and delayed service they have.

I purchased a wall art, but after waiting for 4 months, I was informed that it was out of stock and would not be restocked. I am extremely disappointed. Despite contacting customer service numerous times, they assured me it would be available in the first week of July, but it never happened.

The store layout was good with bright lights.The sales person Gerald was very experienced and was jelpful but mot pushy.The store manager was also very helpful.Great experience thus far.
