Our mattress gallery showcases top brands like Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and our own Ashley Sleep brand. If you prefer a quieter visit, mornings are often the best time to stop by. This store was the worst store I've ever seen. Between the salespeople and the manager, the pre-sale communication is extremely poor. Everyone is eager to sell you the item and take your money, but after the sale, no one pays any attention to you or gives you any answers. The store's products are also complete garbage. I recommend you never buy from this store, especially with these salespeople.
The sales representative was very welcoming, pleasant and patient with my decision. She was very helpful to show me around. She gave me space to decide, no pressure. Thank you Sabera, it was our pleasure and can't wait to see our furniture in our living room

Honestly, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. We spent a significant amount of money at Ashley, yet the delivery service was extremely disappointingour items were not delivered anywhere close to the promised timeline. On top of that, the rug we purchased started fraying and ripping at the edges after only a few weeks in our home. This is unacceptable quality for the price paid. We contacted customer service multiple times, but no one provided a real answer, followed up, or took responsibility for resolving the issue. Once they have your money, it feels like they simply do not care. I would strongly discourage anyone from shopping here unless they are prepared for delayed delivery, poor quality, and nonexistent customer service.
We’ve been to a couple of Ashley Stores and finally bought our stuff from here. Alex was helping us. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process - not pushy like most of the salespeople are. So we could make the decision in peace with all the help needed.
Very disappointing customer service. Most of the sales associates spoke Persian to each other and seemed much friendlier toward Persian-speaking customers, while being rude and dismissive toward others. When I asked them to honor one of their own policies, they whispered to each other in Persian and then told me they couldn’t do it. I left feeling disrespected and treated unfairly. Ashley Furniture needs to do better when it comes to treating all customers equally and professionally. Edit: I’m updating my previous one-star review. Rose from Ashley Furniture’s customer service team reached out to me and was very helpful in resolving my issue. She took the time to understand what happened and then assisted me in successfully placing my order online. I really appreciate her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help.
