The manager and staff member who treated us excellently from the moment we arrived. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. We initially visited just to check the prices, but thanks to their outstanding customer service and good pricing, we ended up purchasing nearly $8,000 worth of items. Even though we drove almost 40 minutes to get there, we’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!
One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.The customer service was extremely poor. The product they delivered was defective, and even after two months, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. There has been absolutely no follow-up from their side, and we constantly have to chase them ourselves. The staff behavior was also very unprofessional.This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend buying from Ashley to anyone.
