We visited the Ashley HomeStore in Richmond Hill to look for a dining set and met Gail there. Gail was very helpful and didn't pressure us into making a purchase right away. She was readily available to answer any questions we had. Gail was patient and knowledgeable, and everyone at the store was very friendly.
After visiting several Ashley locations, our experience at the Richmond Hill store completely changed our perception of Ashley. Alex assisted us throughout the process of finding the right product for our needs. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—always available when we needed guidance, but never intrusive. Nazanin, the manager, was also excellent. She was professional and supportive, and helped us explore different payment options and promotions so we could get the best value. Overall, we had a very positive and smooth experience. I would definitely give this branch five stars.

Very disappointed with my experience. We bought a couch from this store. I was given multiple pieces of incorrect information before purchasing. I was told the furniture was made in the USA, that the couch would come fully assembled with legs attached, and that all sectional pieces could be connected with built-in connectors — none of which turned out to be true. I understand the salesperson was new, but he regularly checked with his manager, which makes it even more concerning that the information provided was still inaccurate. It honestly felt misleading. On the day of delivery, I tried calling the store several times, but received no response or follow-up from the manager. The lack of after-sales support is unacceptable.
