We have a lot of furniture choices at Ashley but our upholstered furniture is a big hit with our guests, especially pieces like the Carnaby and Abinger sofas, and the Fawnburg bed. Our mattress gallery showcases top brands like Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and our own Ashley Sleep brand. If you prefer a quieter visit, mornings are often the best time to stop by. Super amazing services , excellent customer service,specially the manager Nazanin, whose attntaion made us feel met our needs. Sabra was great, her nice manner helped us a lot. The delivery was on time and they were fast and accurate. Afsoon was so good in helping us to setup the app.
I bought a mattress here and got pushed into buying a mattress protector I didn’t even want. They told me to wash it once or twice a month. Guess what? After ONE wash, it shrank so much it doesn’t even fit the mattress anymore! I reached out multiple times asking for a replacement or refund, and their so-called “customer service” was absolutely useless. All they did was hide behind a “final sale” excuse instead of owning up to selling a defective product. This place is a scam. They upsell junk, take your money, and then disappear when there’s a problem. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else — I’ll never go back, and I strongly warn others to stay away!

I originally gave 1 star because my dining table (delivered July 5, 2025) arrived scratched, and later the wood even broke. At first, Ashley only offered a re-touch, but the time slot they provided was not compromisable (only Thursdays, which I need to work and could not attend). When I asked for a refund, they refused and only offered store credit. After filing complaints and following up multiple times, Ashley has now agreed to refund my purchase. I appreciate that the issue was finally resolved, though it took much longer and more effort than expected. The product quality and initial customer service were disappointing, but I am satisfied that Ashley honored the refund in the end.
