Update: After reaching out to customer service leader team and a phone call with Rose, I was able to return the table and got full refund. Thank you Rose for helping resolve the issue. Original review: I bought a new dining table from them. The in-store experience was great. Naz was very helpful and showed me different products that fit my needs. I also purchased the white gloves delivery that includes assembly, and this is where the problems happened. They just tried to do it as fast as possible with no care for how it’s done. They leaned boxes on the counter where there were dishes, they didn’t even try to keep the place clean (I did expect to clean after them but not like that). Worst of all, after they left I noticed many staples, pieces of wood, and strips on and hanging from the underside of the table (see photos). Then, I also noticed the legs of the table were wobbly. I had to crawl underneath to fasten the screws myself. Then what did I pay for when I ordered assembly? Also, it was very hard to take out the extension piece. I had to apply some force to open the sides enough to do it. The extension piece itself has lots of white colour stains from spray painting the top and sides of the table. Just poor finish. Very disappointed.
