Service delivery was outstanding. Arrived on time and the tracking tool was excellent to keep me posted on expected arrival. The delivery workers were very professional, clean and quick. They provided moving blankets on the floor to ensure a mess-free delivery. They were very informative about the delivery process and what to expect. I am very happy with the service delivery experience.

⭐️ 1/5 – Second awful experience. Damaged + unstable furniture. This is my second time buying from Ashley Richmond Hill and it will be my last. My first purchase (bed and dresser) was delivered and assembled poorly, but I didn’t want to be a “picky customer,” so I let it go. The second time, I even left a positive review for the sales person and manager because they were helpful. Unfortunately, the delivery and product quality were unacceptable. This delivery arrived in terrible condition: • Sofa with torn fabric and very low quality on the left arm • Chair with torn fabric • 3 tables, and both small tables are wobbly • Instead of fixing it properly, I was told to adjust the gear underneath to make them level Customers should not be expected to repair or adjust brand new furniture on delivery day. In my opinion, the condition looks like used/showroom-level quality, which is completely unacceptable for new furniture. Save your money and your time — avoid this store. (Photos attached.)
