I was very dissatisfied with the delivery service. From the time they arrived at our building until the time they reached my unit on the 22nd floor, it took about 20 minutes. While they were waiting downstairs, they kept calling and texting me several times, saying they couldn’t wait any longer and would leave soon. This caused me a lot of stress, even though I was already coordinating with the concierge to open the loading area door for them. When they finally came inside, they entered with their shoes on, which I found inappropriate. I also asked them to remove the plastic wrap from the rug so I could check if it was in good condition, but they refused to do so. They just stood there watching while I opened it myself. This was very disappointing because, in the store, I was told that the delivery team would help set up the items and make sure everything was fine. However, they didn’t even agree to unwrap the rug or assist me in checking its condition before I signed the receipt. Overall, my entire experience with Ashley has been extremely disappointing. Across two separate deliveries, I have faced repeated schedule changes, delays, poor communication, and a lack of support when defective or damaged products were delivered. All of these issues have made this the worst shopping experience I have ever had, and I have decided that I will no longer purchase anything from Ashley in the future.

From the very beginning, she helped me with so much patience, kindness, and attention to detail to find the perfect pieces for my home. Even after my purchase, she made sure everything went smoothly and followed up with such care and dedication. The coach I bought is okay, the bed turned out to be horrible in a year. I complained about it, they said you have crossed 1 year mark, so not our warranty. Furthermore, I would like to advise everyone don’t buy cleaning service with the coach. These people will take the money stating that you will get all kind of service and if you don’t use it you can always get it back. I called them 3 yrs later for cleaning, they said - only spot cleaning and not entire cleaning. Furthermore, you can get store credit. They make fake promises. Please don’t fall into this trap.

I had the best experience in the richmond hill Ashley store. The manager and staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful and so caring. They explained everything to me and helped me pic a beautiful couch for my condo. My experience there was awesome I will for sure be back even if it's just to look at the beautiful furniture and share a smile with the lovely people working there. Great store quality furniture!!! Thank you all so very much!!!!
