Good products, good service.
Poor quality and awful delivery service. They left the sofa at garage door and even didn’t bother to move it for 4ft to a secure spot! Such a terrible experience.
Been to Ashley for a few times to look for furnitures. Finally bought a sofa and dressers as well. Thx for the help.

Excellent delivery service by Vijay and team of Ashley Home Store . They were very professional and careful with the delivery of our new furniture. I wanted to inspect the furniture which they encouraged me to do. I appreciated that! Set up was very efficient. Can't thank them enough.
Excellent staff and service. They treated me like family. My salesman was Rayman and Katie, the store manager, took real good care of me. I love the beautiful bedroom set I bought. Can’t wait to see it in my house and to especially try the new mattress. No photos until delivery.
New review: after sharing the below review Ashleys team reached out to me and partially compensated for the damages. This team specifically was very good and took quick action. Because of them im updating by 1 star to 3 stars. Old review: While the staff at Ashleys can be super helpful, their after sale/ delivery service is the worse. The delivery team was a menace, screamed in my hallway making loud noises and disturbing the neighbours. They broke my closet door while bringing the sofa in and when i took a picture of what they did, they refused to move the sofa till i sign a waiver. After all this, when I raised the issue with Ashleys complaint department, they simply said that i signed a waiver so I cant do anything. I asked them to check the details with time stamp which they didn’t take it seriously and closed the case. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY. Worst experience ever.
