We had a very good experience with Ashley store stuff: sales people and delivery team. Very nice customer service! The sales person and her manager took time to explain us all the details on the additional warranty that we have purchased, as well they tried their best to make us happy with the price of sofa-recliner we bought. The delivery date was set way in advance and we've got frequent confirmations and updates on the delivery date & time. The delivery team was just on time and did their job accurate and nicely. Thanks a lot Ashley team for your amazing customer service.

We were in the market for a new loveseat recliner with console and I visited several stores in the area to try them out. Although buying online is great, we had to make sure we liked the feel and comfort of the furniture before buying it. I walked into Ashley HomeStore and after I got up from sitting on a chair, a Sales Associate named Gail asked me how I was and if she could help me with anything including answering any questions. I liked her non-pushy approach, tone of voice as well as demeanour and began to immediately tell her what I was looking for. She was great. Professional and pleasant to work with. I ended up visiting the store 3 times with different members of the family ro ensure we all liked what we were going to buy. We eneded up buying not just a loveseat, but a matching sofa as well! Gail was really helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

I ordered two couches for which the sales person and the person at the warehouse who scheduled the delivery noted that they would reposition two old items. I confirmed with both of them that I lived in a building and that repositioning would mean bringing the items down to the ground floor where there is a disposal. However both the delivery guys and customer service said that is not their policy and that items can't be moved from outside the unit. If I was told the truth up front I would have arranged for the old furniture to be removed however instead I had to struggle and drag the heavy furniture myself. In fact the delivery guys had said that every single customer that day was misled by this and as a result not happy with the service. Not to mention delivery was rescheduled twice and costs $160. I've already contacted customer service and no one has gotten back to me. So no need to respond to this post and provide me with the number as I already have it. I can't recommend Ashley in good conscience to anyone after this incredibly poor experience.

This was the worst shopping experience I’ve had in Toronto! I purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture, and after 45 days, the bed finally arrived—but without the screws needed to assemble it. ‎‏I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, but no one has provided a proper solution, and the issue remains unresolved. This level of service is not only unprofessional but also extremely frustrating. ‎‏If you’re looking for a hassle-free shopping experience and good after-sales service, I strongly recommend avoiding this store. ‏
