We have a lot of furniture choices at Ashley but our upholstered furniture is a big hit with our guests, especially pieces like the Carnaby and Abinger sofas, and the Fawnburg bed. Our mattress gallery showcases top brands like Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and our own Ashley Sleep brand. If you prefer a quieter visit, mornings are often the best time to stop by. Terrible shopping experience We feel like the staffs in this store never care about what customers need or want, but just want to sell whatever they want to sell. We bought a dinner table last year, but they kept selling their extended warranty. we met at least three staffs during the purchase process and each of them kept saying you need this (or you sure you don’t need this?), regardless of how many time we said no. Today we went to this store again, a lady tried to sell their credit card or loyalty card. We thanked her about the information and walked to another section, the same lady approached us again and wanted us to scan a QR code so that Ashley will donate $5 to children who do not have mattress, we said no for few times and she kept asking why (and said you don’t care about the children?). After that, she wanted to demonstrate to us how comfortable their pillow is, but we never said we wanted to buy pillow??? Why she thought we wanted to try the pillow?? Again, we needed to say no for few times so we could finally leave that section. At that point, the entire shopping experience was ruined and we just wanted to leave the store. Why does this store insist to sell us something we do not want?? Do they ever care about what customers really want?? We will never visit this store again.
We had a great experience with Kamal, the salesperson who helped us. He was kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Thanks to his support, we were able to make the right choice and feel confident about our purchase. We really appreciated his help and professionalism!
