This is the worst furniture store ever in Canada. When you shop here you must be very careful and read the invoice back page to make sure you can return or exchange after your purchase. Especially you can’t trust their mattress quality as they advertised. Garbage stuff they ate selling here. You should find their reviews on any reviews relative websites either before your shop. The lowest score they got. Worst furniture store ever and poorest services.

We casually visited the Ashley store to look for new furniture for our new home, and meeting the best salesperson, Ms. Gail, made all the difference. Thanks to her thoughtful and attentive assistance, our furniture shopping experience came to a happy and satisfying conclusion that very day. She created a warm and comfortable atmosphere—like a friendly neighbor—while providing detailed and proactive explanations that truly helped us make confident decisions. She was also very positive and accommodating when we asked about additional discounts, which made the entire experience even more satisfying. We purchased three sofas, two sofa tables, a dining table with chairs, and an accent chair. We are sincerely grateful for Gail’s professional guidance and the manager’s proactive support. They were truly one of the best sales teams we have ever encountered. The delivery was completed exactly on the promised date and time, and the three delivery staff members handled the installation cleanly and efficiently. Richmond Hill Ashley provided us with an outstanding experience from shopping to delivery and setup. It has been a truly pleasant and memorable experience for our family.

After my initial experience, their customer service team reached out to me directly, apologized for the inconvenience with my delivery date, and offered a solution to make it right. I truly appreciate their effort to resolve the issue and their commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s clear they care about their customers.
We are very unsatisfied with the customer services and they don't care about the delivery time. It is not acceptable at all; as a customer, we deserve a respectful and caring response. For the delayed shipment should offer some credits or at least be responsible for delays.
Lmao. Nvm this review. Mattress was fine. But not down with the bed or springs. Il update review for mattress once delivered. Dealing with them isnt fun tho. And forget this credit card sign up bullshit. Makes it harder to change ur mind. Use a normal cc. Kk
