I had a great experience coming in to the store all the employee were helpful very kind and the sales man Kamel was very great sales person and he is very kind and very helpful and understanding.

They waste your time with silly requests to send them a picture from this angle, from that angle, then from this angle again, right until the extended warranty expires. This company are scamming customers. Well what do you expect, it’s a US company. I should have known better.

Worst store ever! Mass up delivery and keep looking for excuses to blame customer. Stayed at an empty house for nothing since 8:30am. Customer service not helping. Don’t buy from them
I called their customer care number to ensure we could return a chair to the Richmond Hill location after buying a chair from Newmarket. We received confirmation over the phone and when we arrived, the lady working at Richmond Hill's Ashley location said they could not return the item since their warehouse staff was not there. Confused why this place is still in business when none of their staff is working and also cannot help us. We now need to drive all the way to Newmarket, 40 minutes away. Do not come to this store even if you receive any confirmations.
Good products and kind staffs
Today December 26 me and my husband came to the store to browse and check for coffee and side tables. One of your associates Kathy Shirany welcomed us and offered us her help with a big smile on her face. She was so helpful. We had already chosen other coffee and side tables at the brick but Kathy’s positive attitude and her way that she helped us we ended up buying from your store. I wish we can find people as Kathy in each store we go.I was a retail store manager and I know how difficult is these days to find good customer service representatives. We are very happy from our purchase and glad that we met Kathy. May God bless her. For sure from now on when ever I need any furniture Ashley home is going to be my first choice to go. Again thank you Kathy for all your efforts and help you did today to help us get what ever we needed.
