I'm loving my Altari sofa. Asmita, my sales rep, was quite helpful the few times that I visited. It was very appreciated. The delivery was scheduled with ease.The company demonstrated excellent efficiency during delivery day, providing helpful arrival notifications via both email and text message. The men brought up my Altari sofa and installed it professionally. An overall very positive experience! Would definitely recommend Ashley's!

From the in store purchase to the delivery, the entire process was excellent, very professional. The delivery was top notch, great communication and friendly helpful drivers.
I went into the store about 2 weeks ago and was met by a lovely lady who was helpful, informative and went out of her way to show me what I was looking for. I went back in today to order and was sad that she wasn’t there. The salesperson lady I had was standoffish and when I said what I was looking for just said it was online only and did not offer anything similar to experience. Since it was on sale and I knew what I wanted, I ordered it anyway begrudgingly as she tried to upsell the ‘white glove delivery’ which is $120 more for them to bring it upstairs for me. Forget it- I took standard and will phone a friend. And then offered the fabric coating and then asked if I wanted to scan the QR code and give a review- and all I thought was … uh, you don’t want me to give a review of this customer experience. But now I am at home and have an email asking for a review so here it is… good thing I had the shiny and helpful lady the first time or I would have gone elsewhere:/ customer service is a fine art that is lost these days, coming from someone with over 30 years in customer experience and client relations.
