Experience was great!! Sales rep (Kristen) was knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly. Delivery was on point with friendly delivery men. Definitely recommend this store, Nepean location for all your furniture needs!!!!

Walked in and out without even being acknowledged
agressive sales persons and can not deliver on time. Wife spent 3k on new couch for her birthday after fighting off sales folk aug 26 We were told 1st week of sept for delivery we are now october and have NO ETA Thanks alot Asshley.
Love the store show room and the purchase process. White Glove delivery is worth every penny. Delivery personnel arrived in time, assembled everything and removed all packaging. My basement was transformed to have a beautiful sectional in minutes. Thank you to everyone working at Ashley!!
