We haven't received the furniture we ordered yet so can't comment in that; however, I can say that the sales associate, Mohammed, was great. He answered all my questions and when he didn't know he did some digging. His service was great.
Olena was super professional and helpful. I was having trouble finding my emailed receipt of my purchase but she sorted that out efficiently. Also Olena’s customer service was very excellent she listened very well sis not try to oversell me and focussed on my current needs purchase. I like that alot.
Great service
Our new couch was delivered today by Lee, Justin, and Santiago and they did a really great job. They were very efficient and professional, and removed our old couch from our basement impressively fast. Definitely satisfied with the overall experience.
