I had the most positive experience at Ashley Hunt Club location. I dealt with Mohammed, the store manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, showed me exactly what I asked for and an entire living room was chosen and bought in 15 minutes!
The worst furniture store ever! Paid for white glove services and to find out after a month when the cleaner came in they didn’t put half of the screws. Left so many messages with the sales reps but the manager never got back to us. And the sales rep Bruno only cares about what he sells. After sales service is a headache for him. Paid over $2,500 for this bed and our guest room IKEA bed is way better and cost a fraction of that.
5 STARS!!!! Chris, Shaq & Kevin were fantastic!!! They were timely, efficient & friendly! Chris was fantastic in ensuring he explained each of the pieces we purchased! Employees like Olena, Chris, Shaq & Kevin are the reason we keep coming back to Ashley’s Furniture for our home purchases!!!

Purchased a sectional, upon delivery couch was badly damaged. Delivery guys wanted to leave it on the lawn and said someone will come and repair it. Told them to put it back into their truck and take it away. Brutal quality and definitely didn’t inspect anything before it left warehouse. I won’t be returning.
