We purchased a dining table, sofa and Tempurpedic adjustable bed from Kristen. She made the process so easy and went out of her way to get us a great deal and excellent financing. Definitely would buy again!
We visited the store during one of their year sales. We were welcomed by one of their salesperson offering us her assistance once we decided for the piece of furniture we were looking for on site. Once we choose the sofa set that meet our needs , Ziba the salesperson was fantastic going above and beyond answering all our questions and providing great advise and options to suit our needs. The whole process was smooth and relaxed and our experience dealing with Ziba was great and pleasant. During the final steps we were also assisted by the assistant mgr and the store manager who also were very helpful and professional. Definitely we will go back for future purchases.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Ashley thanks to Ayfar and Assistant Manager Mohamed. Ayfar was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Assistant Manager Mohamed was also fantastic he was professional, understanding, and worked with me to make sure I got the best possible deal. Their excellent customer service, honesty, and willingness to help made the entire shopping experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of their efforts and highly recommend asking for Ayfar and Mohamed if you visit Ashley!

First time visiting Ashley Furniture - what a great experience! Such an inventory of gorgeous furniture! Very nice and one of the best selections of sofas I have ever seen! Our salesperson Mohammed was so very helpful and very knowledgeable of all the products - we did not feel pressured at all - like other stores. Highly recommend - cant wait to receive our new sectional sofa and rug!
