Today I received the finest customer service I’ve ever experienced—from Ziba at Ashley. I came in looking for a sofa and dining table, and from the first moment she was warm, welcoming, and truly attentive. She walked me through every option and feature, answered all my questions, and never rushed me. When I hesitated about the sofas, she did something rare: she advised me not to buy until I was 100% sure. That honesty and integrity spoke volumes. I later returned to purchase the dining table and chairs, and Ziba went above and beyond—making all the necessary calls, securing approvals, and ensuring everything was perfect.
