Had a disappointing shopping experience at this store. Came in to look at couches and after letting the sales associate know we just wanted to browse they followed us around and were quite pushy. We didn’t feel comfortable browsing and were repeatedly approached by multiple sales associates. Ended up going across the road to the Brick and having a better sales experience, finding what we wanted, and making a purchase.

I stopped by the store just a few minutes before closing and was warmly welcomed by Zeeland. She immediately made us feel comfortable and valued, never once making us feel rushed or pressured because the store was about to close. We honestly had no intention of buying anything that day, but the exceptional level of customer service completely changed our experience. What started as a simple visit quickly turned into furnishing our basement, and we ended up purchasing a beautiful sofa. The service was beyond exceptional. Sam, the manager, was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Mohammed, the other manager, was equally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Merivale location. The combination of outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and genuine care for customers is hard to find. We will definitely be back!

My first ever experience at Ashley's and I'm so glad I went in and grateful that Ziba offered her services to me. After listening to my likes she picked out the table to show me and it was the same as the picture I put into my phone before walking it. Amazing talent and professionalism over the top with a nice personal touch. Thank you also to Sam great manager understanding his staff and his clientele. I shall be back to complete the remainder of my new home. Thank you !

Most efficient service and delivery ever! Very accommodating and nice delivery guys. Wish all deliveries were this great, love my new furniture it is so beautiful! From the time we stepped into The Ashley store we were impressed with the knowledge of everything we asked about the furniture and the delivery was impeccable!.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Ashley Modmax sectional. My delivery notifications were helpful and accurate. I chose to use the white glove service as the modular pieces needed to be moved through a tight hallway to the basement. I’m glad I did as Victor and his crew were so careful and meticulous with the setup and cleanup.

Mohammed was very knowledgeable and we went for all of the bells and whistles. Hope we don’t have to use the extended product protection but it does give you peace of mind.

Delivery was on time. They provided a link for tracking progress.

I was told from the the store that I have to go downstairs to get the item myself. I did have a Dolly. Instead I asked the 2 guys if they could come upstairs & they did! They were professional & friendly. I gave them a $20.00 tip & told them there are 3 Tim Horton’s in town & to treat themselves. They were professional. The reason I gave a 4.5 instead of a 5 is because I felt sick to my stomach because one of the guys reeked of smoke. Maybe suggest he chews some gum before he enters peoples houses. I grew up with a Dad that smoked as well, including his friends. I have never tolerated it well so no offence to the guy.
