Horrible customer service. All by chat and no one will help when they deliver a damaged item. You can't even reach the salesperson at the store. Worst customer service experience

Awesome store at Merrivale/ Ottawa location! Checked in with me and then let me wander around checking out furniture. Helpful when I asked questions and very friendly! Delivery was organized and went very smooth! Delivery men were very professional and courteous!!! Highly recomnend!!!
