It is the worst furniture store I have ever seen. I bought a bedroom on June 22nd, 1st delivery planned for July 13th. Because of missing parts of the bed, I refused the delivery, and it was delayed to July 26. Today they delivered the bedroom with missing screws, so I have to wait another 5 days. Unbelievable!

Had a lovely experience with my sales rep and ordered two bed frames. My wife and I were under the impression they would be delivered within a few weeks. Well, 3 weeks later they finally arrived. They installers installed the bookshelf backing on one bed backwards and nailed it on! Of course the white side should be on the inside! They didn’t even do a good job of putting it on wrong. Then they told me they didn’t have time to fix it and left and told me to call customer service. WOW! Then I called service and it took 25min on the phone to be told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours. At this point I would say if you are thinking about buying anything from this place, THINK AGAIN! AND RUN AWAY!!!!
Overall; my wife and I were pleased with the shopping experience at Ashley. The only disappointment was that the in store price for our sofa was higher than the online price we saw earlier in the day.
No pressure sales - good furniture!
Olena is a great salesperson. She was friendly and always around to answer my questions without ever making me feel pressured or uncomfortable.
