DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE – TERRIBLE QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I strongly recommend that nobody buys furniture from this store. My experience has been absolutely terrible, and I regret making this purchase. I bought a table that was already defective, with the bottom sections of its legs cracked. Every time I try to move the table, the legs come loose because the structure is broken. This is not normal wear and tear; it is a clear quality issue with the furniture. I reported this problem a long time ago, and guess what? To this day, Ashley has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. No proper solution, no satisfactory customer service, and no accountability. I’m still stuck with the same broken table while continuing to pay for furniture that should have been in good condition from the beginning. The furniture quality is extremely disappointing, especially considering how much you pay for it. Even worse, when something goes wrong, don’t expect the company to stand behind its products or take responsibility. A company should care about its customers after taking their money, not just before making a sale. Ashley has completely failed in that regard. Save your money and take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of furniture stores out there, and you deserve better quality and customer service. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.
