We got the white glove delivery service, and they did a really good job of getting it into our apartment and setting everything up. Friendly and professional. The only complaint is that they left a bit of a mess, packing debris that kind of thing.

We had a fantastic experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Ottawa, all thanks to Olena (Manager). From the moment that we walked in, she was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive to what we were looking for. She has a great eye for design and helped us find the perfect pieces to fit our nee home. She did this without ever making us feeling pushy. Olena made the entire process; from browsing to the final paperwork very smooth and stress-free. If you’re heading to this location on Hunt Club, I highly recommend asking for Olena. Her product knowledge and customer service are top-notch!
Bed frame delivered without all the pieces, and told it’ll take a month to get the missing piece delivered. In the meantime I’m sleeping on the floor.
