I had a wonderful experience with Ayfar. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. The gentleman who served us was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to explain and provide us with the information we needed. As for the product, ask me in a few weeks how we like it, since we don’t have it at the moment.
The sofa is exactly as I wanted it even though it wasn’t in the store when I bought it. The delivery men were great. The whole experience was super easy. I wanted to add that Kristen was very helpful in helping me choose the sofa.
