My name is Iffat Aziz. I bought furniture from Ashley Store located on 530 Hunt Club Road. Sales representative was Asmi. On delivery I noticed dresser was broken. I called store Manager Sam and discussed the issue with him. Sam was very helpful. He ordered the exchange right away. My experience was great.

I purchased a couch and recliner chair here in November My sales person Kristen was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend her for anyone looking to purchase. She setup deliver for us , we are out of the city. Day of delivery they sent us a link we could watch see where truck was.. with texts telling us when they would arrive. Was well done. The two fellows that brought furniture in and installed..again were wonderful. Got everything working took all the boxes with them. I am a very happy customer. Pleased with sales and delivery all round the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Bad services, I put the order online on December 11th,2025. No delivery information for a long time. They dont know the delivery time either after I contacted the live chat . It is so hard to cancel order and they will keep 10% in "your account"after the cancelation. I canceled the order due to the unknown delivery. Never go back again.
