I purchased a sofa from Ashley. While I am happy with the product and the delivery process, I'm not happy with the after-sales service. I was strongly pushed into their 3rd party lender (Fairstone) by the Ashley sales rep to pay for the sofa. I wasn't interested in signing up for that credit card -- but when the Ashley sales rep told me there was no interest and no fees whatsoever, I thought: why not? I asked at least 3 times of the sale rep to confirm no fees. He assured me none. A month later, the bill comes in and there's an admin fee added to the price of my sofa! I tried calling Ashley to get them to call me back about the admin fee. Messages left, but no return call. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I don't want to shop with Ashley Furniture again.
Salesperson Ziba was friendly, helpful, and thorough. She was a pleasure to deal with and was very attentive without being pushy.
