Our experience at Ashley's was amazing. Carolyn made us feel right at home. She took the time with us and we felt our needs were met. We purchased a Danum navy sofa, loveseat (both recliners) and a Nectar Brand memory foam mattress. With the White Glove Delivery the delivery personnel set all up and took our old items to the curb. Yes, at a cost but as we all age lifting is no longer feasible. We will return! Tony & Shelley Newmarket

Had a great experience at Ashley HomeStore in Newmarket. My fiancé and I were looking for a new mattress and Carolyn helped us find the perfect one! We were impressed with the quality of products and kind staff. We will definitely be back when we need more furniture!

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service provided by Ashley Furniture in Newmarket. Less than a few months after delivery, several items began showing defects, including peeling finishes and exposed underlying material. Photos and documentation were provided immediately. I purchased a Protection Plan, yet no meaningful explanation of coverage was provided when I requested assistance. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication. I sent a formal written complaint, attached photos and supporting documents, and requested a response. I received no written reply whatsoever. Instead, I received automated text messages asking me to schedule a service appointment. When I finally attempted to move forward, the earliest appointment offered was approximately two months away for furniture that was reported defective shortly after delivery. Customers spend thousands of dollars expecting reasonable quality and professional support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. Three days ago, Rose from Ashley Guest Care Service reached out to us to provide a proper resolution, and she is now following up. We truly appreciate it, dear Rose

We purchased this sofa less than a year ago and have been extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the warranty experience. After only about a month of normal use, the couch began to lose its shape. The back cushions became loose and saggy, the seat cushions developed deep indentations, and the foam quickly compressed to the point where the sofa looked years older than it actually was. The warranty was another major disappointment. Before purchasing, we specifically told the sales team that we have a cat and asked detailed questions about coverage. We were assured that pet scratches, stains, and other accidental damage would be covered. We were also told that if the foam compressed or lost its support, it would be replaced. However, when we later contacted customer service and spoke with store representatives, we were given a completely different explanation. We were told that cat scratches are not covered, and that the foam would only qualify for replacement if it met very specific measurement requirements. One by one, the protections we were originally told about seemed to disappear. We paid a significant amount for this warranty because we believed it would provide peace of mind. Instead, we were left wondering what exactly it covers and what value it offers customers. Based on our experience, the sofa quality did not meet expectations, and the warranty has been frustrating and misleading. We would not recommend this purchase.
