BUYER BEWARE Order #75525 Ashley Furniture is an absolute joke. My couch started falling apart within a year, and after seven months of dealing with their “warranty,” I still don’t have a usable couch. They’ve sent incomplete parts, defective replacements, and wasted hours of my time with empty promises and zero follow-through. No callbacks. No accountability. Just constant runaround. This is cheap, poorly made furniture backed by even worse customer service. Do not buy from this company. I want this couch picked up and a full refund issued — not another useless “replacement.” I will continue posting about this until it’s resolved.
