Have had two delivery dates, Aug 21st & Sept 3rd and my headboard has still not been delivered.
They were very helpful with what I was looking for.
We believe the product to be just what we were looking for, a lighted Steenlage made display cabinet. In store service was excellent. Price seemed very reasonable.
Our Salesperson, Patrick, was fantastic. He spent the time helping us to find what works for our space and taste!. Patrick encouraged us to take time in making a decision, rather than enforcing his own sales objectives. We returned the next day to make our purchase... he had even set this up to go smoothly, and without any surprises! In Patrick's absence, the other Sales staff, including the manager, were just as helpful and we never once felt pressured. We knew from previous experience that Ashley furniture has great quality and design. The whole endeavor was not only easy, it was enjoyable... just how it should be when making a house a home!
Everyone at the store in Newmarket, were very helpful! But, what was more impressive to us, was how friendly they were!! They were SINCERE!!!!
Great customer service
This was a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley. We love Ashley and purchased from them in the past. Their sofas survived our boys growing up! We got a great deal today on a loveseat. Wonderful clean and well designed store with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Thank you to Megan who went above and beyond to help us. If you need a certified sleep expert she can help you with that too. I highly recommend Ashley if you are looking for well built furniture at a reasonable price.
