When I was buying a bed from Ashley, I told them it was very important for me that they assemble it. They said if I paid this amount, they would assemble it. When they brought 2 beds and 2 nightstands, they said I had to assemble them myself. When I contacted the store, they said they don't assemble beds. I wanted to speak with management, but no one answered the phone. I had to assemble it myself, and one of the beds had shorter parts and no holes, making assembly time-consuming. Do not trust Ashley under any circumstances.

We bought a breakfast table set with the help of Bahar yesterday fro Ashly store in Newmarket .She was able to do her job very professionally for the entire time of deal with us. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for us as customer is appreciated. She demonstrated excellent product knowledge, which helped us feel confident in our purchase. She was patient and always smile on her face and trying to make the deal happen for us with all her intention. I would think she is a valuable asset for Ashly store and is adding a lot of value to their team and their sale . Thank you Bahar for all your help.
