A good selection of furniture at reasonable prices. The sales staff were courteous, allowing us time to browse on our own but available when we had questions. Patrick was very helpful when we asked for a quote on the sofa, chair and ottoman and details about the warranty and delivery. He followed through immediately when I contacted him a few days later with a decision to buy, making the process very easy online.
I bought night stands from Ashley Newmarket. All I would say is the quality is amazing, very sturdy hard wood and truly value for money. Swevice was exceptional and deliveey was quick.
We had a really great experience at Ashley! From the start, the store felt cozy and not overwhelming, which we appreciated. Michel was the one who helped us, and he was honestly fantastic. He clearly knew his stuff, but what made a big difference was how he explained things in a real, relatable way. He even shared his own experience trying out some of the mattresses, talking about what he liked and didn’t like about them. That actually helped us a lot in narrowing down our options and figuring out what would work best for us. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. Michel checked in when needed, answered all our questions, and then gave us space to think things through. It made the whole process feel comfortable instead of stressful. In the end, we found the perfect bed frame and mattress for us, and we’re really happy with our decision. Big thanks to Michel for making it such a smooth and positive experience, we’d definitely come back again.
