**Do not deal with this company!** I ordered an ottoman for which the delivery date to the store was delayed 3 times. Having had enough, I called to cancel my order. I never took possession of the product, nor was it delivered. The person I dealt with on the phone informed me that they would only be refunding me 90% of what I paid as it is their store policy to keep 10% of the customers money on cancelled orders. She refused to put me in touch with a manager and sounded like she was calling me from her home. On top of the delays, this company employs deceptive and dishonest business practices by keeping a portion of the customers money for cancelling an order on a product they never received and was repeatedly delayed. This is equivalent to theft, in my opinion. I will never deal with this company ever again.
I recently purchased a couch and loveseat from Ashley in Newmarket. I’m thrilled with the quality and overall appearance of the products. My living room finally looks inviting and ready for entertaining. Marjan was the salesperson who worked with me and she was exceptional. She listened to what I was looking for, qualified sizing and space and then worked with me to get the best pricing. The delivery people were very professional and were careful with my purchases. I had a great experience with Ashley in Newmarket.

A good selection of furniture at reasonable prices. The sales staff were courteous, allowing us time to browse on our own but available when we had questions. Patrick was very helpful when we asked for a quote on the sofa, chair and ottoman and details about the warranty and delivery. He followed through immediately when I contacted him a few days later with a decision to buy, making the process very easy online.
