Don't buy from Ashley, just go to Sofa Land or Urban Barn or any other store. Ordered dinning chairs and confirmed with the sales person of the delivery date as we are moving to a new place and have no furniture. And we were happy to order something else that's available and the sales said oh it's on the way so expect it in another week or so. - Ordered Jul 15, expected delivery 24th. - Nothing on 24th. Got a text on 29th saying to schedule a pickup for Jul 30. Fine if it's a week late whatever. - Nothing on 30th. Called again and was told oh it's at the warehouse but was not assigned to my order and to expect a call to schedule. - Nothing and called again on 31 and was told should be here mid Aug. Asked customer service that I got a text to schedule for yesterday and what happens if Aug 13 comes around and it's not here again. Nothing If you wanna get the run around, then buy from Ashley. I'm glad I bought from other stores for our other furnitures. They didn't just say whatever to get your money and were actually truthful of the dates and expectation.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your punctuality and adherence to the scheduled plan. The relocation, installation, and assembly of all items were carried out with great precision. The three-person team was very courteous and professional in completing their work. The sales representatives Jenny and manager at Newmarket location are really nice and helpful, actually there have some problems on delivery, but they responded to me quickly and always update the schedule, I appreciate it.
Bahar was wonderful to deal with. Very pleasant. Occur time to explain everything. Didn't feel rushed and didn't feel pressured. Happy customer. I recommend to go see Bahar at this location and you will be satisfied for sure.
We purchased a sectional. Knowledgeable, helpful and honest staff. Michel went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. Highly recommend. Quality product.
They're good at taking your money, but when you cancel your order, they change their tune. I've been waiting for 4 days (phone calls, emails and even an in store visit) and they still haven't processed my refund - I cancelled within the 48 hour window. Be careful if you buy something. Their 48 hour cancellation policy is not very respectful of the customer's money. I would not recommend this store based on this experience.
