The staff were lovely. Carolyn was very helpful. We ordered two items which took a week to arrive. I picked the items up and brought them home for assembly. I was almost finished assembling the second one when I realized that two homes were drilled in the wrong space. Customer service tried to help, however, I did not want to wait to use this as we have been waiting for them. Being a carpenter, I rectified the problem.
Ashley has a great selection of products and we found what we were looking for thanks to our sales rep Meagan who was friendly and knowledgeable and professional when interacting with us on our purchase. This is an updated version of the original post as we received our product on the scheduled day one of the pieces was damaged and another piece wasn’t functioning correctly so we contacted the service department to advise if this and we sent what we thought was all the necessary photos and information they wanted more pictures of tags which I could not reach due to the fact that it was in the centre of the very heavy bed which we paid for White glove service so that I would not have to move this again due to the weight.It was only after that I explained that we were seniors and couldn’t crawl under the bed that they finally agreed to come fix it. I would really hesitate buying from them again because of this circumstance The sales rep was good while purchasing but when I called them about the issue I have not heard back from anyone The repair was recently completed to our satisfaction After receiving a call from Jessica regarding my issue with customer service she genuinely was sympathetic and honestly concerned about the service that I received and has promised to look into this matter further and as I said in the first post the product is good and because of her goodwill I will definitely reconsider purchasing from Ashley again.
