The purchase and delivery of our couch from Ashley’s was great. The only complaint I have and the reason for the four stars instead of five, is the communication from our salesperson was not clear. We requested delivery and were told of the ‘White Glove Delivery’ service. We opted for this but we were not told of the other two options for delivery. Had we known, we would have chosen one of the less expensive options as we did not require all the services included in the ‘White Glove’. All options should be explained to customers and the decision left to them rather than the choice being made by the salesperson.

The sales associate Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful when we entered the store. He gave us time to walk around and see what we were looking for and provided us with other options as well as took the time to do measurements of The furniture we Interested in purchasing so we had a better idea of it would fit our family room.

Although we are yet to finalize our purchase, too many options. ;) Bahar was absolutely lovely to work with. She wasn’t pushy or overbearing and was able to educate us on each item, making suggestions or recommendations. We will definitely be back to continue chatting with Bahar in the future as her patience with our decision making process has been memorable.

In my opinion, if you value your time and peace of mind, don't buy from this company. You'll end up paying a lot of money and receiving poor service. I made my purchase before Christmas, and even after several visits, taking photos, and submitting reports, I am still waiting for them to come and fix it.
