⭐ 1/5 – HORRIBLE QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID ASHLEY NEWMARKET! I regret ever buying from Ashley Furniture in Newmarket. They will say anything to get you to buy, but once you've paid, you're left dealing with terrible quality, endless delays, and customer service that doesn’t care. Misleading Sales & False Promises The salesperson, Bahar, promised our furniture would be delivered on time, but that was a complete lie. We ordered a dining table and chairs that were supposed to arrive before Christmas, but after three months, we received nothing—just delay after delay. When we complained, every person we spoke to—customer service, the supervisor, the Ontario manager, and even the store manager—refused to help. The store manager even told us, "We just sell furniture. We don’t handle customer service. You can sue Ashley, we don’t care." Terrible Quality & Useless Protection Plan Sofa fabric started linting within a month – Bahar told us it was outdoor fabric with nano protection, but that was completely false. The coffee table arrived scratched, and Ashley refused to take responsibility. The $600 protection plan is a scam – It doesn’t cover basic issues like linting, even though Bahar guaranteed it covered everything. The materials feel cheap, and the overall build quality is terrible—definitely not worth the money. Final Advice: If you want to deal with false promises, low-quality furniture, constant delays, and a company that doesn’t care, shop at Ashley Newmarket. Otherwise, go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration!
