I bought a brand new sofa and bed, after one month we got the recliner sofa immediately after half an hour delivery we found one seat of recliner was broken we sent some photos, and videos while we called and sent text to sales woman that we have problem no answer !!The they after delivery she wants to teach us how to fix the broken part and week after she didn't know us!! She got the sales percentage!! I had about different employees call me to keep asking for photos. Was offered a hundred dollar credit. A year before she Called many times for purchasing ,now she ignoring customer She did same attitude to other customer Please ignore Newmarket Ashley they think about sales not after sales and no customer service.

The driver was promp on his timing. He kept me in the loop. But they left the mattress in the living room and not the bedroom.
