this place is pretty good
Very helpful in finding us the right couch from the get go. Customer service was amazing, problem with the configuration of our couch on arrival, called within the allowed time and had it all exchanged with no problems. Even got to deal with it after Christmas and use what we had till then! So far we love the couch! Can't speak on durability or how it holds up over time just yet.
The lady who called Bahar she was so helpful and polite. She was so patient with us and help us to choose all stuff that we need.
Absolutely unacceptable service. The only thing this company does well is the initial sales pitch. Once the purchase is done, everything falls apart. The delivery team was incompetent, careless, and clearly uninterested in doing their job properly. They falsely claimed a part was missing and left the bed unfinished—only for me to later assemble it myself and confirm that nothing was missing at all. This was an obvious lie to cover their mistake after delivering the wrong bed size (they brought a king instead of a queen and didn’t want to take it back). On top of that, they damaged my building’s elevator, resulting in a $500 deposit loss that I now have to deal with because of their negligence. Zero accountability, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Great talk before you sign, complete disaster after. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I wish there was a 0star option .

I haven't received my purchase yet but its a lovely store with lots of great choices at affordable prices. Staff was extremely helpful with finding me exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend and return in the future.
The sales lady was very pleasant, but became more worried about I'm guessing the 2 commissions while there seemed to be other sales accociates on there phones. It was becoming alittle frustrating to fight for her attention... while the store manager and what may have been another manager discussed how 2 neighbors shopped together to benefit from store savings that weekend... they were coming up with a plan to what seemed like screw the 2 customers, from shopping at thier store as the customer saving money and getting the product thru the door didn't seem to concern them too much. I'm sure they will write a review about their positive experience. If I were Joe from head office I would say to the 2 managers a sales is a sale, and we just moved product... YOU DONKEY . But I'm not in sales so I must have missed something. Hope I win the $500 gift card to definitely go back to the store... lol I could have purchased this from the comfort of my couch and had all the weekend back to spend with the kids. Thanks Ashley
