Our location runs on a unique business model as a clearance store, which means everything is sold as is and ready for immediate delivery. Inside the store, our incredible staff take the time to understand what guests need and guide them toward the best solutions. We’re always happy to explain how the clearance model works, with a focus on great prices and instant pickup. Our sectionals, sofas, beds, and dressers tend to be the fastest to go. While we don’t always receive brand-new items, pieces like the Rawcliffe, Abinger, and Ballinasloe sectionals are especially popular and often sell out quickly. Our team speaks English, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, Spanish, and Urdu, which helps us connect with a wonderfully diverse range of customers. First time purchasing through ashley furniture and having the worst experience with them. Ordered the furniture last month and always getting the furniture cracked, discoloured. Finally receiving the last piece of the bedroom set and it came cracked . This is the fifth time now im waiting for the warranty department to get back to me. This is unacceptable this has been going on since July 11th 2026
My daughter has had a terrible experience with delivery and customer service after they delivered a damaged coach.. what I’ve heard is not what I have experienced at the big competition
