After purchasing quite a few items from the Homestore, we visited the clearance store. The store was very well organized. We purchased a side table that we were looking for. There are really great deals. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely suggest you check it out.
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received at Ashley Furniture on my second visit. My first experience was wonderful, so I returned with high expectations, but this visit was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff barely acknowledged us, and when we did try to engage, their attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. Despite this, I still found a bed I liked and requested to speak with the general manager to discuss the price and shipping options. What followed was even worse. The general manager was incredibly rude and condescending. When my husband asked about negotiating the price, the manager immediately shut us down with an attitude that was completely unprofessional. He flat out told us he wasn’t interested in making a sale and insinuated that we were trying to "pull tricks." He mocked us, belittled us, and made us feel completely unwelcome in what should have been a straightforward transaction. His behavior was completely unacceptable and shocking coming from someone in a managerial position. This experience was so infuriating that I will never return to Ashley Furniture again, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. The lack of basic customer service and the appalling behavior of the general manager shows a complete disregard for customers. This man and the entire staff needs serious training on how to treat people with basic respect. I will be taking my business to a company that values their customers.
My experience with Ashley was a good one. The only thing that I would say could be improved upon is the two sales people that were I was talking to, their banter in front of me could have been improved
