While we don’t always receive brand-new items, pieces like the Rawcliffe, Abinger, and Ballinasloe sectionals are especially popular and often sell out quickly. I had a amazing experience at Ashley today. We were greeted by Lalit and he was exceptional with all the details as well as guided us to see all the items we were looking for. He was great when we finally made our decision and walked us through the entire process with all the paperwork. terrible customer service. bought a sofa set in July 2025. had them hold it in the warehouse and when we were ready to pick it up, we rented a truck on our nickel and they couldnt find the sofa set. they have been making excuses ever since and even when they said we can get another set they keep putting us off. its now january 2026 and the stalling continues. the set has been fully paid for and the stalling continues when we said just give us our money back. never have had such terrible service in all the years weve been buying furniture. never again. do better ashley

We bought a new living room set from this location; great price for furniture that both looks good and feels high quality. The customer service provided to us by Rahat was exceptional. She made the entire purchasing process seamless. I would definitely recommend going here for great deals and great customer service!

Bought Lyncott table and bench from this store. Very good staff and special shout out for Rahat on helping us out with the purchase. We also got a small discount on top of the boxing day deal price. Delivery was on time and was smooth. Happy with the purchase.

The customer service department is great and exceptional. They follow up with people, they were really attentive to my concerns. The quality of furniture is excellent.
