Welcome to the Mississauga Ashley Clearance Centre, where unbeatable deals meet incredible style! You’ll find us in the Heartland Shopping Center, near the intersection of Mavis and Matheson. Our location runs on a unique business model as a clearance store, which means everything is sold as is and ready for immediate delivery. Inside the store, our incredible staff take the time to understand what guests need and guide them toward the best solutions. We’re always happy to explain how the clearance model works, with a focus on great prices and instant pickup. Our sectionals, sofas, beds, and dressers tend to be the fastest to go. While we don’t always receive brand-new items, pieces like the Rawcliffe, Abinger, and Ballinasloe sectionals are especially popular and often sell out quickly. Our team speaks English, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, Spanish, and Urdu, which helps us connect with a wonderfully diverse range of customers. Ashley furniture pulled a bait and switch on me and now I’m stuck with a Fairstone credit card I was charged a fee for and a monthly payment We went to the Matheson location to buy a chest of drawers but then saw a great recliner. The salesperson said there was a no fee financing option that required no monthly payment or interest till the end of the term. We read the paperwork and then she said she forgot something and had to reprint. She said it was the same and so we signed it at her request. It turns out she signed us up for a monthly payment plan with a card fee and interest. We ve called Fairstone who say Ashley has to correct on their end and we went to Ashley where the manager never came over to help. Instead the same salesperson said it was Fairstone that needed to fix it and of course when we called they said no one had contacted them. Be very aware of this scam. I will be reporting to the BBB
Love the quality of the furniture we got, and delivery was very smooth! However the sales agent in store didn’t explain the difference between regular delivery and white glove delivery. We were told our sofa would be taken inside and we could install it ourselves. But instead, the movers tried to just leave it outside our house. It’s in the middle of winter, and I can’t help my husband with such a large object. Thankfully the movers were kind enough to oblige and leave the items inside. But if we had known that they were told to leave it outside on our porch, then we would’ve used the correct service.
