I was directed to this store by another store who made a mistake. The store manager working here today (I didn’t get his name) did care about my issue and tried his best to resolve It.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Place I purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. When the bed was first delivered, it came with missing parts, and the installation was left incomplete. Once the missing parts arrived, I scheduled the installation, specifically requesting that they bring the necessary hardware. Yet, the technician showed up without it, claiming he had "no clue" about the hardware and didn’t care about it either. After this, I contacted guest services, hoping they would expedite the installation considering I've been waiting over two weeks now. However, they offered zero assistance beyond ordering parts. The lack of responsibility and communication from both the technicians and customer service is shocking. If you're looking for quality furniture and reliable service, I would strongly advise going elsewhere.
Lalith was excellent to deal.with i was satisfied. Buyers be aware of Ashley's policy on warranty, agents try to convince you to take the warranty with the notion if you don't use it, you have then option to use the amount on future purchase. However, they don't disclose that you only have a 180 days window after warranty ends to use the warranty amounts Ashley claims this in their piece of mind policy, which is no where to be found online or on your sales document.
Store has lot of excellent product with a great customer service unlike big Ashley stores. I highly recommend. Thanks for great service Lalit Minocha
