Our location runs on a unique business model as a clearance store, which means everything is sold as is and ready for immediate delivery. Inside the store, our incredible staff take the time to understand what guests need and guide them toward the best solutions. We’re always happy to explain how the clearance model works, with a focus on great prices and instant pickup. Our sectionals, sofas, beds, and dressers tend to be the fastest to go. While we don’t always receive brand-new items, pieces like the Rawcliffe, Abinger, and Ballinasloe sectionals are especially popular and often sell out quickly. Our team speaks English, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, Spanish, and Urdu, which helps us connect with a wonderfully diverse range of customers. We’ve been serving the community for five years, and weekends are typically our busiest time. As part of The Dufresne Group, we’re proudly Canadian-owned and operated. I ordered a bed and dresser and paid in full, but the dresser was missing on delivery. The experience was made worse by the store manager, Syeda, who was dismissive, rude, and refused to take accountability—at one point even saying, “This is not my company, I just work here” which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating to hear as a customer seeking help. I had to chase for two days just to get an update, and it’s now been five days with no delivery or proactive communication. Very frustrating experience, would not recommend.
I went to the store after my sister recommendations,,it is such a nice place filled with hidden gems and with the professional assistance of Rahat ,I got a very nice sofa and ottoman. I am so happy with both of them.I really recommend to seek for the help of Rahat as she is so professional and very nice and welcoming character

I can't say enough great things about the customer service I received today. I arrived at 5:40pm and even though the store closed at 6pm, Rahat and Grace took the time to fully understand my furniture needs, showed us excellent options and gave us a great price that we were happy with. Thank you so much for all the time and attention. We'll be coming back again soon to continue to fill our new home.
