Bad selection, and the sales person didn’t understand what I meant by “shelving unit”
All the staff are absolutely amazing! Grace was very patient and gave great recommendations. If you want great deals this is the store to shop.
Nice furniture. I’ve bought here, but paying is a different challenge all together. All retail stores serving the public should be equip to serve cash paying customers. My total Was $201.50 including tax. I handed $205 cash and they told me they had no change whatsoever and that I needed to pay the exact amount. Who carry’s the exact amount of cash & change prior to entering a store to browse then purchase? They said, this is how we have operated for decades. Needless to say, this is unacceptable. If you serve the public in a retail setting figure out how to accept payment in all legal ways or close the business until you figure out how. Please send this to your corporate office as feedback because this is unbelievably poor business practice. In the end, they waived the $1.5 and I paid $200 flat. In conclusion , figure it out Ashley !
Went to this location today, spent one hour on layout and spec for sectional then was referred to the store manager I guess name was Ryan, and the manager had no time and was showing attitude only and wasting customer time to put them in wait and then left to back room. Left the location.

Everything looks great upon inspection which I was really nervous about. They have professional delivery drivers and assemblers for this locations, less anxiety and stress free
