Sandeep was very helpful. He showed us and explained to us on how to handpick the furniture for our new home. His customer service and communication was excellent.
This place is a scam. We were looking to buy a sofa, and happened across one that we liked. Then the salesperson, Saif Ali, suggested a good price for us, and we pointed at the sofa MANY times to ask if it was included in our purchase. He said yes. We then proceeded to buy it alongside other furniture, and paid for both the delivery and assembly fee. When the delivery came, however, at ~8:00 AM today, there was no sofa, only coffee tables. There was also no assembling being done, and the explanation we received for this was: “It already assembled beforehand” which we think is absolute bullshit. If we knew this we wouldn’t have paid for the assembly fee, but the salesperson told us it was hard for us to assemble on our own. What a bunch of bullshit. When we came back to the store inquiring about the missing sofa, the salesperson was completely unapologetic about it and even told us that we were the wrong ones for expecting such prices for the sofa. Honestly, we were fine with the coffee tables and the prices, but they weren’t what we were looking for and we would have never gotten them if we knew the sofa wasn’t included. HOWEVER the salesperson made us think there was, which is the reason why we are frustrated about this whole ordeal. Alongside this, the staff had also been extremely unhelpful and passive-aggressive throughout the exchange, which we think is disrespectful. We hope to never come across these types of people and places again, as this is our worst experience with a furniture store to date.
I'm not a new customer , I bought a lot of furniture from Ashley, but this is the first time I have been treated negatively. I bought a bedroom set for my daughter ,the furniture was brouth by my husband and it was broken ,repaired and broken . Now , after teporting the problem the company wants to repair it slowly????? I bought new furniture and I have to psy for the repairs furniture ? I will never buy furniture from this company agains!!!!!!
We had a great experience working with Arshdeep when we were buying our Furniture. From the moment we walked into the store, he was friendly, helpful, and really listened to what we wanted. He took the time to understand our needs and gave us good suggestions without pressuring us
