We had a great experience at Ashley, thanks to Sandeep and Aman. They were both extremely friendly, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping us throughout the entire process. From understanding our requirements to guiding us through different options, they made everything smooth and stress-free. We ended up ordering the Jorlaina bed set and the Barkhaus dining set, and we’re really happy with the choices. Sandeep and Aman were very supportive at every step, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident in our decisions. We were greeted and welcomed by JD as soon as we walked in. We were looking for something specific and he introduced us to Mackenzie. She provided us with exceptional customer service. She addressed our overall need by doing her best to find a solution for our specific situation. We left greatfull that she did her best for us even though one item was uncertain. Nevertheless with her persistance we recevied a call confirming she was successful in our difficult request. Even if Mackenzie would not have been successful it was Great to see we have genuine and sincere people going beyond expectations to atleast tey their best to satisfy clients. Thank you Mackenzie.
