I was happy with the purchase of my sofa and loveseat. Only place that had exactly what I wanted. I had an issue with a change in the price and they resolved it seamlessly. Cost to deliver in house and assembly was a bit high but you can chose just delivery to door and that price is ok. Would shop at Ashley again.
We had a fantastic experience starting with Mackenzie our sales girl to the system that let's you know down to the minute the delivery of our couches. The delivery team was friendly, professional and cleaned up all packaging. I write this while relaxing on our new comfortable, modern looking couch. I would highly recommend Ashley Homestore on Mavis rd. Mississauga.
Service was friendly, attentive and not pushy. Great prices and good variety of product. Delivery was available sooner than anticipated. We love our new recliner. Very comfortable and a perfect fit and colour for the space.
Horrible experience and horrible products. Bought a bed frame and mattress from them back in June 2022 and the bed frame with the mattress was so high that we had to get the bed frame replaced in September. I was told I would get a new invoice with lifetime store credit of $120 which was the price difference but never got an invoice and now when I wanted to use the store credit to buy something I reached out to customer service who sent the invoice with only $23 store credit. My wife curses the mattress which is already sagged and is difficult to sit on. She had so much back pain because of the mattress during her pregnancy this year and now also finds it very uncomfortable to sit and nurse the baby on it. I couldn't do much because it's a $1200 mattress that I can't just throw away or replace. Now it has become extremely uncomfortable for her to get in and out of bed and she hates the mattress. Not sure if anything can be done after a year but be careful because the mattress will sag away despite using their recommended box spring. The bed and the mattress have been a nightmare, so has the experience with Ashley.
Wonderful furniture. Great customer service by MacKenzie at the heartland location. Delivery was on time. Received the white glove service which was nice and clean and efficient. Furniture as expected and seen at the store and even better in our home.
