I bought bed, mattress, chest drawer and a couch. Everything was ok, except for my bed. It was delivered with a damage and I'm still waiting for a replacement for 4 weeks now. I havent received any updates and I'm getting frustrated. For sure it decreased my trust on Ashley Services.

Sales rep lied about the description of the leather sofa that I was going to purchase. She told us it was all leather but online the description states that it was part faux leather.
Very disappointing experience and highly unprofessional staff. I purchased a king-size bed and several other items from Ashley about two weeks ago. During the sales process, the staff was very attentive, constantly following up and ensuring everything went smoothly. However, once the sale was completed, the level of customer service completely changed. Unfortunately, the king-size bed would not fit into my condo unit, so I contacted the store and requested that it be changed to a queen-size bed. The invoice was updated accordingly. A few days later, when I reviewed the updated invoice, I noticed that the dining table set I had originally purchased for $804 had been changed to $864. I immediately tried contacting the salesperson, Sandeep, to understand why the price had increased. Despite leaving multiple messages over four days, he never returned my calls. The other staff members I spoke with were also unwilling to help or provide any explanation. Today, I called again and spoke with a sales representative named Mackenzie. I explained that I had been trying to reach Sandeep for several days without any response. Her reply was that he was with a customer and that she had already passed along my message. I informed her that I had been hearing the same response every day and still had not received a callback. During the conversation, she abruptly hung up on me. Shortly afterward, another staff member called me back. When I explained what had happened and asked for the name of the representative who had disconnected the call, he confirmed it was Mackenzie. He then connected me with the floor manager, Harsh, so I could explain the situation directly. Harsh listened to my concerns but appeared very casual about the matter. He told me he would speak with Mackenzie and get back to me, but I never received any follow-up. I am shocked that a company would employ staff who show so little concern for their customers, especially considering their commissions come from the purchases customers make. Respectful communication and basic customer service should not be too much to expect. As a result of this experience, I have decided to return everything I purchased. Self-respect is important, and this type of treatment is simply unacceptable. I will also be reaching out to Ashley’s corporate office to share my experience and explain how this kind of customer service is damaging the company’s reputation.
Five star service . Rowan was very helpful. Also everyone had a smile on their face . Mr khattab was so humble.
The customer service was amazing I love how they care about customers and give them the best deals spical thanks to shamona When you go ask for shamona she is the best ☺️
I'm giving this score not because of the staff but because of the pay process. I purchased a carpet with my credit card and it took more than 10 minutes and multiple signatures before I walked out of the store. Ridiculious for a cash payment, tap and go is what should have occured.
