Albert was great at providing us with very good customer service. He is intelligent, patient and good at communicating and providing us with information that we needed.
I love the service and furniture off course but extra 10% charge on promotion is not good, we bougt other things from different store with same promotion but they did not charged anything extra. Over all good experience, and recommended.

Visited Ashley Mavis store and feeling overwhelmed when I stepped in as this is my first time experience to find the best stuffs for my home. And Sabrina is an absolute gem! She is knowledgeable but beyond that, she is supportive and listened to my needs, allowed me unrushed time to feel the product/s, understood what will work best for me, and supported my financing. Purchased a couch from Ashley’a heartland and it was a wonderful experience! Rezwan was the sweetest soul! Had the most perfect experience! He took so much time to show us every couch and explained the breakdown so well with us! I definitely suggest buying a couch from here! 10/10 ❤️
