I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Ashley Furniture. I have purchased several items from this store, and unfortunately, two of them arrived damaged. My coffee table arrived damaged on every single corner, and my mattress also arrived damaged. Since June, I have been promised by the manager week after week that the replacement would be delivered “next week.” Months have passed, and I continued to wait. Today, the replacement finally arrived — and unfortunately, it is in even worse condition than the first delivery. What is even more frustrating is how the situation has been handled by The manager who told me that the damaged item could simply be repaired. I do not believe this is a reasonable solution for a brand-new purchase. I paid for new products, not damaged products that need to be repaired. Communication and follow-up have also been extremely disappointing. The manager repeatedly failed to follow up or keep the promises that were made. A representative named Rose also contacted me and promised to call me back, but I never received the promised follow-up call. I understand that mistakes and delivery issues can happen with any company. What matters is how the company takes responsibility and resolves the problem. Unfortunately, in my experience, Ashley Furniture has failed to do that. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected much better service, communication, and accountability. Instead, I have spent months chasing replacements and following up on promises that were never kept. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.

Rezwan is the best salesman I’ve ever come across. So genuine, honest and respectful. I wouldn’t have made the purchase if it wasn’t for his customer service. Jazak🙏

I want to specially thank Afshan for helping me throughout the process of looking for the right mattress for me. I have been battling severe body, back, neck and spinal pain for the past 4 years and I have been in and out of the chiropractor. Afshan helped me find the right mattress and base. I now sleep well and look forward to laying on my mattress after work everyday! I’m really happy.

I have visited few furniture stores already before I went to Ashley heartland center. I was impressed by Saif’s knowledge on the products and decide to buy from Ashley. It was a great purchasing experience. The sofa fitted very well in my house.

I am giving a one-star review only because Maha from Ashley Heartland was so pleasant and helpful. Also, the couch itself is very nice and looks great in my space. I arranged for delivery on August 1st. The drivers brought it during the time frame indicated. It goes downhill from there. I was told that the couch, which is very heavy, would not be brought into the townhouse. There are about 8 stairs to the front door and approximately 8 once you get in the front door. Through inadvertence, I had neglected to request it be brought inside when ordering online. *Note I paid a $50 delivery fee already but apparently that doesn't matter* I asked if the deliverymen could at least bring it up the first flight of stairs to the front door. They refused and said it would be lighter if the couch cushions were removed. I am a 60 year old woman and between my son and 60 year old best friend/roommate we could not maneuver the couch up the stairs. It was too heavy. I called customer service and the person told me I had not requested it be brought in the house and there was nothing he could do to assist. I was extremely upset and said this was ridiculous. He then put me on hold while he consulted his supervisor. He came back on the line and told me that they would contact the crew who had delivered the couch and ask them to come back (they were in Milton). He told me he would call me back and let me know and that it would cost $120 to bring it in my house. Needless to say, it has been two hours and the customer service did not call back. Atrocious customer service. This is simply unacceptable, and I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again.
