We had an amazing experience at Ashley’s thanks to Saif! He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of buying our sofa. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Saif if you’re shopping at Ashley’s!

I used to shop for furniture at Leon's, Ikia, Sleep Country. This time I went to Sleepy Country couldn't get any items (Because Of The Sales Lady). I then went to Ashley Funiture in Heartland and got the Best experience, especially the young gentleman I think he is a Manager his name Sami khattab (if I didn't misspelled). He provided the Best service with his diligent to delivered my need. The sales Rep was Helpful (accept he talks too Fast with heavy indian accents). Also The delivery Team were Amazing as they moved heavy items in very Careful, they took off their shoes and put Blankets on the floor started from the steps door. I really enjoy the service and much Appreciate all those people at Ashley. Strongly recommended.

Do NOT buy from Ashley! My experience with Ashley since Mid November has been nothing short of exhausting, expensive, and infuriating. I purchased an Isanti dining table, four chairs with a bench, a dresser, and two nightstands — a decent-sized order. What followed was a never‑ending cycle of damage, repairs, replacements, rude customer service, and complete disregard for basic quality. 1. The dining table arrived damaged. 2. I raised a request. 3. They picked it up, “repaired” it, and returned it with a visible horizontal filing patch across the top. 4. I complained again. They wanted to pick it up again for another repair. Why repair twice? Why not replace it? 5. After posting my experience online, a representative finally stepped in and arranged a replacement — another pickup and drop. 6. The replacement table was wrongly assembled and broke from underneath. Two chairs also sagged within the first month. Trying to be reasonable, I asked for just one chair to be replaced, which she arranged. Another round of pickup and drop 7. When the bench price dropped, I called for a price match. The salesman told me to “take out your calculator” and add all six items together — even though they had earlier confirmed price match is done per item, not on the total bill. 8. The dresser drawers don’t open properly, but after everything I had already dealt with, I didn’t even bother complaining. 9. The other chair continued sagging despite barely being used. Another one started showing the same issue. I raised a complaint. 10. No response for days. After following up, Ashley offered me three options: 10% refund, 15% store credit, or a replacement. 11. I chose replacement. They created a request and then forgot about it. I followed up— they declined the replacement . 11. Customer service was extremely rude and dismissive. I was told the first replacement was a “courtesy” and that this was “normal wear and tear.” How is a chair sagging in a few months normal? Why offer a replacement if you planned to deny it? I was forced to accept a 10% refund on the pre‑tax price and keep a sagging chair purchased barely a few months ago, already showing issues since the first month. The least they could have done was honor their own offer and replace an item they clearly cannot repair under warranty. After countless calls, complaints, pickups, drop‑offs, rude salespeople, and thousands of dollars spent, my only advice is simple: Do NOT buy from Ashley. Ashley is charging premium prices for furniture that doesn’t last and customer service that treats you like an inconvenience. Save your money, your time, and your peace. ————————- Extremely Bad Experience with Ashley Canada !! I bought the Isanti 6‑piece dining set (plus other items) from Ashley, and it’s been a nightmare. • The table arrived damaged — dented top and scraped corners. • Ashley took it back, only to return it patched up, scar still visible. • Promised “showroom condition,” but delivered a second‑hand looking repair job. • Forced through endless calls, virtual techs, pickups, and wasted days waiting at home. • Instead of replacing the defective product, their process seems designed to wear customers down. • Even a simple bench price match turned into a circus — the salesman asked me to “take out a calculator” and add up each piece, despite confirming twice before that the match was per piece. On a $5,000 bill, they fought over returning a few dollars. Ashley has turned what should have been a joyful purchase into weeks of stress and frustration. Their customer service feels more like harassment than help. Bottom line: Damaged products, poor repairs, refusal to replace, and nickel‑and‑diming customers. Stay far away from Ashley.
