This was the first time we went to Ashley HomeStore and we weren't disappointed at all. The staff were very professional and easy to work with. They also understood what we needed. I would highly recommend anyone looking for quality products and service to check here before buying.
First off, I want to say this store is beautiful! They have it set up wonderfully. I came in looking for a new sofa and manager Shivani did a great job finding me one. Not only that - she took me to the mattress gallery and did a fantastic job explaining to me the benefits of what they have. I not only walked away with a new sofa, but a mattress as well! I recommed her to everyone and can't wait to go back!
LOVE this furniture store! Shivani was a pleasure to work with. My first time shopping in Ashley and I found exactly what I was looking for! Color, style, shape and price!! They have phenomenal financing options. I was tight on my budget and Shivani beautifully explained me all the financing options available that fits my needs and she made it experiential for me. She answered all of my questions and helped me build the perfect size sectional that I needed. Shivani had patience with me and went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. I definitely will be shopping here again. I will recommend to all my family and friends Ashley and don't forget to ask for Shivani !!!
