I went to buy living room furniture at Ashley. I was greeted by Oleg who helped me out in purchasing an amazing living room furniture. He was professional knew what he was doing. If you want to buy a furniture I would highly recommend to Ashley and see Oleg you will be please that you did!!!

Purchase , delivery & setup went smooth. Guys very professional & efficient. From purchase to delivery AF were very informative. I will shop there again!

Awesome experience, I highly recommend Ashley Home Store London for great and quality furniture products. They have very good range of all furniture that is required in Home. The customer service in the store is excellent and very helpful.

I had truly loved Ashley Furniture until our last purchase for my special needs daughter. She fell in love with a bed set and dresser. They were floor models and the mattress was “as is”. There was no talking her out of her choices, so we went ahead. The Store Manager graciously offered us reduced prices because they were floor models as most furniture stores do. We were so very grateful! Hindsight??? Sadly, the dresser was delivered (damaged) and the Head Office basically implied we consented to the damages when we signed the payment form. My daughter was adamant they couldn’t be returned. And neither the store nor the HO felt duping us wasn’t a bad thing! The damage was not visible in the store as the dresser was smashed in the back, behind the mirror! WARNING: NEVER leave the London Ashley Furniture store without photos of every inch of the piece you’re buying and always ask about how any type of damages will be handled BEFORE you sign!
