We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Store in London Ontario. Alex was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and provided sufficient information for us to make an informed decision. Store manager Stephanie was also excellent to deal with. Stephanie was very encouraging of Alex who is new- We will definitely return for further purchases. I highly recommend shopping at the Ashley store in London, Ontario. Customer service is 5 star plus. Excellent merchandise and prices as well.

Our sales associate was phenomenal and we truly appreciated her assistance, we are however not so happy with the quality of the furniture. The material has all pulled apart along the seam where the arm joins the back. : ( I appreciate the review response but would now appreciate a response to the email you requested I send regarding the issue with the quality of the furniture.

About a year ago my partner and I were searching for a couch. After searching around multiple stores we stopped at Ashley where we thought we found the perfect couch. The sales experience was great. There was no pressure while we shopped at the store. The salesman we had was great and worked with us to put a deposit down and order the couch. After the purchase is where the problem started. We were told by the sales man that once the couch arrived to inspect it and get back to him within 48 hours if there were any issues. The couch arrived and there seemed to be some pulling from threads due to delivery or packaging. I sent texts, emails and even called the salesman but no response. In the end it was minor so we let it go. We've had the couch for over a year now and within the first 6 months the cushions had lost all their structure so you could feel the frame of the couch when you sit. There are two of us who use the couch unless we have freinds over. These cushions are not in a family home being jumped on by kids or dogs. When the cushions were so bad I brought it up with support and they said unfortunately the warranty was 11 days past due and we'd have to buy new cushions if we had any issues. Now if we had the couch for 5 or 10 years and experienced these issues I'd be okay with it. But to have to buy new cushions that will probably be extremely marked up on a $3000+ couch after only a year is very disappointing. I would recommend you shop anywhere else. Yes their furniture looks great. But they're very poorly built. I had a cheap Ashley couch 10 years ago and was upset that it broke after a year. Nice to see they haven't changed and their pricier pieces are just as cheaply built. UPDATE: I followed up with the customer service team that responded to this message. It's been over 10 days now and they have yet to respond. So it seem like if you do have a concern, they do not care they just respond to save face.
