Ahmed made our purchases very seamless. He was well informed, polite and pleasant. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot!), and was patient as we took some time to finally decided on our furniture choices. We will definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to our family and friends.
I bought a beautiful bedroom set 8 to 10 years ago. About 2 years after purchase the handles started to break in two when you pulled the drawers open on the dressers. I would never have bought the set if I had noticed the cheap handles. I reached out to the store I bought the set from and they kindly replaced the handles. Unfortunately I now have two dressers with 5 broken handles. I need to get them replaced. The set is no longer made. However I noticed there was another set with the same handles. When I can get to a store I will try to have them replaced by getting the model and name of the dressers with the same handles. Check the handles before purchasing for quality of the handles.
Such a bad experience buying furniture from them. We went to buy a mattress and bed frame. We were dealt by lady named Swastha. She was buttering us all up. So when we got to the mattress the frame and mattress we saw was of decent size for an adult to get into the bed. But then she insisted that I got the extra box spring and was said otherwise the bed won’t have proper base. So got everything delivered one day and with the box spring on it, I needed a ladder to get on top of it. When customer care was called they said that the box spring sale is final which the salesperson didn’t tell us. Mind you it’s $250 for box spring which this person insisted me to buying it. Even the box spring delivered was damaged.The installation team even said that is not needed for the bed as there were so many slats. I went behind this even called the store for this person, she said to blame it on the damages delivery, not even the part that she forgot to mention that box spring is on final sale. I called her again after customer care told me that I won’t get a refund,someone else took the call and said she will get back to me. She didn’t. Once after customer care agreed that this money would be given as a store credit she called me back. Very cunning I must say. And the finale, I ordered something just because I didn’t want my $250 just to go to their pockets like that, guess what ???it came with a missing piece. And the story still goes on. Going behind them for that piece. September 9th it all started it’s still continues. Go google Ashley home store before buying stuff, you can see a lot of situations like these. We had furniture bought from Leon’s and tepperman, top notch service. Learn something from them, rather than snatching money from customers. Please don’t play the sorry card. Than you soo much for all the headaches!!

Found our new living room couch for under $1,000! Staff was somewhat helpful but could have left us to explore the store on our own a bit more
