Was amazing buying experience.
The staff in store were helpful and friendly. However, the delivery of our bed frame has been a disaster. The first frame arrived broken at the store and wasn’t sent to us. Then the second frame showed up damaged to our house, and the delivery drivers left it for my wife to deal with. We are now over 4 weeks from our purchase date and still have no bed frame. We paid nearly $12000 dollars on our total purchase (other furniture purchased as well) and $300 for “white glove delivery service” and this really doesn’t feel like it. Now they want us to submit pictures for warranty repair or replacement which we refused for obvious reasons. Then they offered a 90% refund with the other 10% on store credit. That's useless to us since we now don’t ever plan on shopping here again. We will be returning the frame to the store for a full refund, or I’ll be submitting to our credit card company for fraud and informing the Better Business Bureau concerning the lack of customer service and common sense going on here. Absolutely brutal experience.
The store manager (woman) is rudest as hell! She has no professional etiquette or whatsoever! She did not honour price matching as we bought the stuff in a different location and she said the “upper management” strictly said no price matching and told she will show the company emails to us 🤣🤣. Staff are just interrupting the conversation as they like! Urgh! Worst experience ever! Ashley’s higher management needs to take care of this so called “store manager” woman and hire someone with professionalism!!

Today I would like to say thank to Besart and Kirk for doing an outstanding job of delivering our dining room furniture. I was extremely impressed by not only their professionalism, but by how quickly they worked in setting up our new dining room! These guys were top notch!! First time going into an Ashley’s store!! Manpreet’s amazing service made all the difference!
5 yrs later... Sayeda was excellent and the manager was also lovely. They looked up my history and got me a piece of furniture to compliment what I had already purchased. Everything was simple and seamless. Thanks for the discount. Let the bosses know that free delivery to close surrounding areas over a certain price point could be a nice touch. ........ Anita was very delightful and a great help securing the best discount available. She even went the extra mile and measured the pieces of interest. All will fit well! Can't wait to see it all in my space. Thank you 😊
