Second review: (Post Purchase) Full 360 degree turn after your purchase is complete. They don’t care. The sales representative (manager) takes days on end to even respond to my emails. Usually I follow up after 2-5 days. Ashley advertises about price match but when we send them a request to price match they will send it to their “admin” team who will take their own sweet time meanwhile your getting charged from the financing company. We made a purchase on May 24th, it’s July 9th today and I am still going back and forth with the manager about an adjustment in the bill. The white glove service is also terrible. First review: (Before purchase) Nice selection, great customer service. The manager was super friendly and compassionate. Told us about all the deals, price match policies and extended warranty.
Great customer service. Besart Abazi was the salesman and he was amazing. Answers all of my questions. Showed me options and let me take my time in selecting. Purchase was smooth and I am very happy with the quality and look of my purchase. Highly recommend

I bought a bed that got bad three weeks after I got it. I reached out to Ashley understandably angry and asking for a replacement of the product. Their response was that they favour repair over replacement and it's been 3 weeks since then. I can't sleep on my own bed. Do not buy from Ashley as they dont care about customers. The store fronts in Canada dont even handle customer complaints. Edit 2: Rose is indeed a real human. She called me back after I sent a text to the number. Listened to me with empathy and offered me a full refund. As soon as the full refund is processed, I will update my entire review. Edit 3: The bed was picked up at agreed on. Thank you so much Rose for solving my problem and offering a full refund on the bed
We purchased a Sealy mattress from Ashley Furniture, along with the additional extended warranty. After just 4 years, the mattress developed a visible sag/hole that’s now causing back pain. When we contacted Ashley, they told us the warranty was with Sealy, and when we contacted Sealy, they said the sag “wasn’t deep enough” to qualify for replacement. My wife and I are average size (5’5”, 140–150 lbs) and rotated the mattress regularly. This is clearly a defective product, and no one is taking responsibility. The extra warranty we paid for is a complete scam — both the retailer and manufacturer are just passing the buck. I had no choice but to purchase a new mattress after only four years. Total waste of money and a huge disappointment. Avoid Sealy. Avoid Ashley. And definitely don’t waste your money on their so-called warranty it is a SCAM.
