Our couch is great but our experience with the sales staff was poor. Swastha lied to our face about when the couch was going to be in and lied to our face about issues with delivery to our property. The couch arrived a month after her “guaranteed” date. She wanted the commission so badly she had no problem telling us what we wanted to hear. And she’s the Sales Manager. Scary. No issues with the couch though.

I dealt with Jordan, he was informative without being pushy. Tried his best to get us the best deal. Every one else was helpful and fun. When spending alot of money it should be fun
The female manager (with black hair) had an incredibly rude demeanour the second we approached her to cancel an order. I greeted her and politely asked to cancel an order and she appeared very upset about it (sorry but this is part of your job), maybe she was in a bad mood because she just finished talking back to another customer on the phone before she came to help us (not a good look). She gave us a new invoice which no longer included the item we cancelled but the 10% down payment and amount financed was incorrect (basic math would tell you the down payment should be LESS now). Had to go back for a new printed invoice. We do not look forward to being serviced by her unpleasant attitude so will avoid this store when possible, however the other male representative we worked with was friendly and helpful.
