Shopping here was a breeze. I had done my online research, so the visit was more of a texture, ‘touch & feel’ visit with the actual furniture. Ezra was helping me and gave me space when I needed it (call my spouse, have a minute to think), and was available when I needed him (back). Very patient and didn’t feel pressured. We purchased a modmax 6 (soon to be delivered), but didn’t hate the experience & would definitely consider Ashley for future furniture purchases.
UPDATE: After my review, Rose reached out, was very kind and understanding and offered a satisfactory resolution by honouring what was originally offered. It is very much appreciated. Although we are pleased with the pieces we purchased, we are very disappointed with the service. We were told that, by getting an Ashley Furniture credit card, we would be saving 150$ on our order. Once we took the time to apply and be approved, we were told that one of the items didn’t qualify so we would only be getting 50$ back on our purchase. And, in reality, only 15$ back since the card costs us 35$. But, the selling point of 150$ for getting the credit card was repeated many times during the shopping experience, only to have it yanked once it was time to pay. The only thing they offered were apologies and for us to spend more money. The experience left us with a sour taste in our mouths and we will not be returning as no attempts were made to correct the mistake.

We had a positive shopping experience. The staff were informative and courteous. They gave us opportunity to discuss our purchase between us without hovering, as we so often find with furniture shopping. We will definitely return to this location the next time we are in need.
