Amazing customer service and had a good experience
Save your money and go elsewhere. I bought a couch from here thinking they were high quality (since they’re so much more money). I bought an extended warranty and was told if I didn’t use it within 5 years they would refund the price of the warranty, which was $500. Fast forward to now, the couch is discoloured from the sun and the cushions are so thin and uncomfortable. It’s a running joke with friends how awful our couch is to sit on. I called about getting a warranty refund since I never used it (it’s been kept very clean) and am now being told it’s only a store credit, AND it’s expired (?) so I couldn’t use it even if I wanted too (I will never buy from here again, so I do not want too). Furniture wears extremely fast and the sales people lie to get you to spend extra money. Go literally anywhere else.

Our sales person Ayush was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We had the piece we ordered within 6 business days. We were able to track the delivery. Kirk and his partner were careful, efficient and completed the delivery in a timely manner. It all worked out well.
