If you care about the amount of money you are going to spend , stay away from this store , they have a company for after sale service and it's the most bad service you'll ever receive. NOT RECOMMENDED
This store is just a waste of money and time, I thought they would improve after my last purchase and all the dilemma, but no, they do not have that will or desire to improve. Calling them at 9:25 am and their Guest care said ( you've reached us after business hours( the funny thing is that it says business hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Just stay away from this store

SCAMMED!!! I’ve never been so displeased with a company. We ordered a table from this site, when it arrived the box had been ripped at the bottom so the entire table fell out in pieces onto our sidewalk. Then after picking it all up.. we try to assemble the dining table and find out that it’s missing the LEAF. We contact the company.. someone named Jenny has just been giving us the run around for days saying we did receive it and that we are lying.. which makes absolutely zero sense because why in the world would we want a second leaf ? Or lie about not receiving one ? Finally we cave and assemble the table.. halfway through we find out that the table is missing a bolt AND the threaded incert that goes in the table. Will they send us the spare parts? Of course they won’t. We had to go out and buy the bolt and threaded incert. Ive never seen such bad customer service in my life. What a scam. This is absolutely a scam website. They are basically just selling scraps of parts to people and calling it a set.
UPDATE: Shortly after my review was posted I was contacted by Rose from the London store and she offered to replace my chair. She apologized and promised to pursue the shortcomings I experienced with customer service. She was professional, friendly and courteous. Thank you, Rose, for your your prompt and satisfying response.
Other stores are better Worst place to buy furniture. I second Mr. Samih's review , that this should be 0 starts
I have to add to this that this business has a contract with a company called Guest care that acted as a warranty company for Ashley , this compnay is just a scam, they do not do anything, they will just take your money for the warranty and when you ask for it, they will never give you anything, neither fixing nor changing, Please use other furniture stores they are way better than this crab. I will say even ( 0 ) rating is fair for this company and their services, very unprofessional, they actually don't even listen if you have a complaint about their services and the warranty is the worst part of their service, you will just pay for warranty and will never get something fixed even if it's their fault from the first installation, they have a contractor company for services it's called Guest Care , they don't care about Guest at all. Other furniture companies are way better in terms of Quality and after sale services Stay away from this company and Guest care and don't waste your money Since you replied to the rating and reviews, it's good to mention that it wasn't a communication failure, it was a complete negligence and unprofessional service, because I did call soooo Many times and even a supervisor from store did request the right parts, but nothing happened I will still say this is the worst place to buy a furniture from. Will definitely return all bedroom sets and get away from this........ The worst service ever
