⭐ 1 Star Review I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and warranty process for my mattress. A coil is protruding from inside the mattress, which is a serious safety hazard—especially with kids at home. I have submitted photos and evidence multiple times and spoken with several representatives, yet the claim keeps getting denied with the explanation that they “cannot see any warrantable issue,” even though the coil is clearly visible in the pictures. I’ve followed every instruction, uploaded all requested photos repeatedly, and still received the same copy-paste response. This is not normal wear and tear; it’s a structural defect that should be covered under warranty. The lack of responsibility and refusal to acknowledge a clear safety issue is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this case properly and improves their customer care process, because no customer should have to fight so hard to get a genuine defect recognized.

I had a really frustrating experience with the Ashley Furniture delivery team at my grandfather’s retirement community. They completely blocked the entire elevator lobby with furniture, so there was no way for anyone to get through. Two elderly residents with walkers came down the elevator and could not even step out because everything was blocked. No one from the delivery team moved, and they did not acknowledge me, my mom, or the residents who were stuck. It felt unsafe and honestly quite shocking to see. When you move furniture into a building, you need to reserve an elevator and do so in a way that does not block exits for safety purposes. When I said excuse me so I could get to my grandfather’s apartment, they still did not move or say anything. I ended up having to climb over the furniture just to pass. Their delivery van was also parked in front of the garage door, which trapped vehicles inside. There was no apology, no concern for anyone’s safety, and no basic courtesy. It was a very disappointing experience, especially in a building full of seniors.

I was helped by Ahmed who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The manager, Stephanie, was also welcoming and took the time to give some company history. Both my sister and I will definitely be doing more shopping. The prices and quality are excellent and I Can’t wait to get my new couch!

We walked in to the store early in the day to look at sofas and love seats And were approached by a sales guy. He asked us a few questions then let us browse uninterrupted We returned later before they closed and encountered him again, and he helped us with our purchase. He was very knowledgable and actually was still training as he was fairly new but he did very well. We were told our delivery date was the 26 th of November and that they would contact us before they arrived. We had ordered the white glove delivery service which is over 100 dollars. We waited heard nothing contacted Rose at the store and they told us it hadn’t arrived in the warehouse and and now we’re looking at maybe the third or fourth of December. Turns out there was a glitch on their side, which removed our order so as restitution, they gave us free delivery! The delivery went very well lots of communication and they showed up on time. Thanks for great customer service

UPDATE!! Crickets from this company since November 1st regarding warranty for damage to my dining set and side table!! Would have had better satisfaction opening a window and throwing my $5000 out! RIDICULOUS!! Love my new sofa but the customer service is atrocious, from in store miscommunication regarding delivery to a "cancelled" delivery (not by me) to a complimentary delivery where they dropped on my front sidewalk and left... to several phones calls to their "customer service" though out 2 weeks of trying to get the delivery completed, to talking with customer service rep Mike and another couple or reps that I did not get names of and then to supervisor Cheryl, in store manager and sales....was a tiresome run around of frustration and NOTHING!! No resolution...just whatever!! Then they send a text asking for me to rate them, I rate low as I am not happy and they say someone will reach out. What a joke!! Still waiting for a call ...I'm sure hell will freeze over first. Although I love the furniture I will never buy from them again!!
