Awesome service ! There was a bit of confusion over delivery dates but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The delivery company staff were very friendly, courteous and made sure to check everything to ensure they didn't damage the new furniture or anything in the home. Am happy with my experience.

I recently bought a painting in store from London-On store. The staff were nice, but I still didn’t get my receipt. It took 1/2 hr wait for me to pay the bill electronically at the store and another 1/2 hr wait. They couldn’t print out my receipt. They said it was a mechanical issue. I gave my email address to them to email it. It was never sent after 3 days, but I keep getting invitations to review. You should fix this issue and respect customer’s time.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Furniture took an extra 6 weeks to arrive, despite having the product in stock and no one cared. Multiple calls requesting management to call us back, which were never returned. Excuse after excuse. We will never return nor will we ever recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone! We will share our terrible experience so others don't fall victim to the company that once they have their money, doesn't care about their customers!!!!!!

⭐ 1 Star Review I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and warranty process for my mattress. A coil is protruding from inside the mattress, which is a serious safety hazard—especially with kids at home. I have submitted photos and evidence multiple times and spoken with several representatives, yet the claim keeps getting denied with the explanation that they “cannot see any warrantable issue,” even though the coil is clearly visible in the pictures. I’ve followed every instruction, uploaded all requested photos repeatedly, and still received the same copy-paste response. This is not normal wear and tear; it’s a structural defect that should be covered under warranty. The lack of responsibility and refusal to acknowledge a clear safety issue is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this case properly and improves their customer care process, because no customer should have to fight so hard to get a genuine defect recognized.
