Very disappointing experience I purchased a full living room set, a dining table with chairs, and bar stools. When the furniture arrived, the condition was extremely poor. The sofas were broken, with nails sticking out of the fabric, which caused damage and even injured my daughter. The coffee table had broken marble. The dining table is damaged and cannot be extended as shown in the showroom, and the bar stools also have defects. When I contacted customer service, they said a technician would come to repair the items instead of offering a replacement, despite the very poor condition. This quality and service are unacceptable. I would not recommend this store.
Shittiest quality ever. Disgusting customer service, i ordered a set and it all came ruined and they refused to give me a refund and made me pay extra $600 for a set i didn’t even want. Never buy from this disgusting business.
A prestigious and distinguished company
Great experience in the store - very accommodating and friendly. The carpet we purchased will not arrive for another week so we are using our old one, which is not a problem. We have been told the delivery people will move things and set up the new carpet. The people who delivered today were pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. They moved my old furniture to where it needed to be and set up this new set quickly, making sure it was exactly where I wanted it. I would recommend Ashley’s to anyone!!
I wasn't impressed with the woman whom I dealt with. I felt rushed. I also felt pressured as she offered every upsale item that was available. I'm aware how upselling is apart of the job however it wasn't done with any finesse. Also, I believe she fabricated the truth. The couch I bought, after 10 min of chatting, she then stated she herself owned that particular couch. One would think she would have lead with that fact and not after the fact. It was very transactual, definitely not a personal experience. I bought the couch because I loved it and I couldn't pass on the price. It had nothing to do with the sales person sadly.
