We had a great sales/purchase experience. Our agent was knowledgeable and very personable.
We walked in to the store early in the day to look at sofas and love seats And were approached by a sales guy. He asked us a few questions then let us browse uninterrupted We returned later before they closed and encountered him again, and he helped us with our purchase. He was very knowledgable and actually was still training as he was fairly new but he did very well. We were told our delivery date was the 26 th of November and that they would contact us before they arrived. We had ordered the white glove delivery service which is over 100 dollars. We waited heard nothing contacted the store and they told us it hadn’t arrived in the warehouse and and now we’re looking at maybe the third or fourth of December. This was deceptive on their part reading the other reviews. Other people have had the same issues the store needs to step up and stop playing games.
My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our experience shopping at Ashley Furniture. Our search fot a living room set was fraught with issues with delays at other stores. At Ashley, the sales person (Mandeep) was relaxed and persinable From the sales through to the delivery.. it was handled prifessionally. We will do business with Ashley Furniture again.
If you care about the amount of money you are going to spend , stay away from this store , they have a company for after sale service and it's the most bad service you'll ever receive. NOT RECOMMENDED
