Purchased Recliner Sofa, loveseat and table from Ashley Store Wonderland Rd for the Christmas party at my home…. Customer harassment is what you can expect…. I am still accusing myself of my worst decision to purchase furniture from this store instead of other brands…….. Below are the details:::: At the time of billing, delivery date was fixed….. On the day of delivery,,,,, drivers delivered partial order and informed that table will arrive on a later date….. but store Associates had no responsibility to inform me of the same…… even after partial delivery, I waited for 2 days but when no one contacted me from store, I called customer service and received all info…. Again it’s my responsibility to contact them…… NOT THEIRS….. Finally after long discussions, received the delivery after 2 more weeks of waiting and to my surprise the table was DAMAGED…..Delivery team informed me that someone from store will call me but again after waiting for 10 days I HAD TO CONTACT THEM……… AGAIN NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY…… n customer service took 15 min of pause during the chat n telling me that I have to wait as he is on chat with few more customers…….. I am still waiting for the table even after Christmas is gone…… Hopefully m going to miss the table on New Year Eve Party as well……..I am very much concerned that I took extended warranty for furniture…… how will they behave after 4 years when this is the response I am getting just after billing…… Hoping that someone will at least call me back to sort out the concerns

Well so far so good, I will up date after delivery etc. The staff was friendly and accommodating Offering to price match etc Ahmed was warming and helpful!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Ashley Furniture over the past few weeks. I purchased a sectional, a dining table, a bench, and chairs. Unfortunately, aside from the chairs, every item arrived with issues. The bench that was initially delivered had a large crack in the middle. After multiple back-and-forth conversations, they agreed to replace it. However, the replacement bench also arrived damaged, with a chip on the side. Now they are refusing to replace it, stating that their policy considers it “repairable.” I do not understand why a technician should be sent to repair a product that was delivered faulty in the first place—it should be replaced. Additionally, both the dining table and the couch have paint marks on the sides. These concerns were dismissed because they were not reported within 48 hours. Despite purchasing a warranty and white glove delivery, they are not acknowledging coverage for paint stains that appear to have been caused during delivery. I have been trying to schedule a technician since two days and no luck so far. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating. The service was friendly and accommodating before the sale, but once the purchase was completed, support was lacking. If you are considering buying from Ashley Furniture, be cautious. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Sales person was extremely helpful and kind. Woman at the counter was rude towards our sales person and cold toward us. We were to pick up our area rug next day. We were told upon arrival they were out of stock. Asked for our money back and was told they do not do in store returns and it would take 5-7 business days for a refund. Same woman at the counter was rude yet again. We will never go back. Kindness pays off.
