Was greeted immediately by Ahmed. I was quick to inform him about what I wanted. Unfortunately it was not available in the store but was given date and prices for arrival. Was offered in-store options and he guided me to one option which I declined and he offered another. Which matched the requirements I needed. He wanted to make sure that I would have enough room as I went from a loveseat to a sofa. Ahmed was very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10.

Seriously, if you shop here you will get the best treatment from Aleg. Our visit was absolutely enlightening & informative. Totally without pressure with all questions answered truthfully. Aleg was great to deal with while he endeavored to meet our needs.
Good deal on some furniture. However, within 20 minutes of leaving the store, after giving them my email, I received over 600 spam emails to sign up for different accounts and other random emails. Someone even used my email to hack an account and use my credit card. Ashley home store does not protect their clients information. Do not shop there.
I had a great experience shopping at Ashley Wonderland Rd London Store and would like to appreciate Sales Manager Miss Swastha Ambiraj who helped me purchase the Best furniture on the best available prices..... Furthermore I had a bit roller coaster ride (mainly due to unavoidable circumstances) during the furniture delivery process which was very well resolved out by the Guest Care Manager Miss Rose who made sure that there are no further hiccups and the delivery process goes smoothly and finally helped deliver all items as per my date even time of choice .... Finally resolving all the concerns I had in my mind .... Great experience.... Thank you so much
