A prompt hello when we entered their store, with a follow up if we needed any assistance. When we had a question the staff was very knowledgeable and helped us out. We ended up buying a price of furniture and was provided measurements for another price of furniture. Thanks staff.

After visiting 3 other furniture stores, my husband and I thought to visit Ashley’s, and so glad we did. Canadian owned, very competitive prices and great staff.
Delivery personnel were on time (in fact they were earlier than expected).courteous and very professional.
I recently purchased a sofa, bed, and adjustable bed base from this store for approximately $5,000. Upon delivery, the adjustable base arrived with a ripped fabric. The damage was identified immediately by the delivery team, and I reported the issue to customer service at the same time. A service ticket was opened that same day. It has now been over three weeks, and I have not received any update, resolution, or refund. The lack of communication and follow‑through from customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not consider purchasing from this store again.
