The purchase process was great. Service at that time was good and the sales associate was excellent. Purchase in the Fall for Spring delivery. Fast forward to Spring, I called to schedule the delivery and got a date. Everything looked good and then the problems started. I was informed that they could no longer deliver to my location. They agreed to reimburse the $250 shipping fee and a bit more after some arguing. I had to scramble to locate equipment to pick up the furniture. The date I was told it would be ready, it wasn’t. I had to reschedule twice. Communication was terrible. I’m writing this review after getting a text telling me that I’ll get my furniture soon (I picked it up 2 days ago). Once it was all done, between my time, my friend’s time, gas, vacation day… it doubt I broke even. Will not deal with them again.

Excellent experience. We walked in for a some ideas then walked out with a great deal on a sectional and a clearance reclining love seat. Riddhi was knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. If I return, I would definitely seek Riddhi for help.
Rahul was very easy to deal with.He was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all of our questions.In our opinion Rahul provided tremendous service and is a great asset to Ashley.
