Owen our sales rep was great. That being said that is were it stopped. When it comes to the back end delivery side of things. It goes down hill from there. Using there text system I jad to wait for days to get a response and I'm still waiting. I said No to a delivery time and wanted it rescheduled for my mom's new couch and chair and the only thing I heard back was over a day later that the delivery was canceled. It took forever to call because everytime I called the it rang picked up then went to dead air that was 15 times When I finally got someone on the phone they told me that's how there system works you say no and you lose your spot and you get put in line for a text response back. This is not good coustomer service I only hope that the furniture dose get delivered tomorrow since I had to ask to have my mom put back on the delivery for tomorrow. If if dosen't come tomorrow I think the order will be getting canceled and we'll ask for a full refund and go somewhere else.

Once again, I’m very disappointed with my experience with this purchase and choosing to trust Ashley once again. I received the chair today, and it is clearly defective. As shown in the photos, the chair is not sitting properly on the floor, and one of the legs/feet is visibly uneven and does not appear to be properly fitted. This is not something I should have to fix or accept on a brand-new chair. When I made the purchase from Malaika, I was specifically told that I could exchange the chair within 48 hours without any issues. However, after contacting the store about the defect, I was told that they would only provide an exchange for the individual part rather than replacing the entire chair. That is not an acceptable resolution for a brand-new, defective product. I did not purchase a damaged or defective chair with the expectation of having parts replaced immediately after receiving it. I am requesting a complete replacement of the chair. If that cannot be provided, then I am requesting a full refund. What makes this even more frustrating is that I went through a very similar situation with this company last year when I purchased a sofa. I experienced significant difficulties trying to get an exchange resolved, and I am now dealing with the same type of issue again. The product quality is disappointing, but the bigger concern is the lack of customer service and the difference between what I was told at the time of purchase and how the issue is now being handled. I hope the company will do the right thing and either exchange the entire defective chair or provide a full refund. Customers should not have to repeatedly fight to get a defective product replaced, especially when they were explicitly told there would be no issue with an exchange within 48 hours. Milanka was my rep once again and assured me that this was going to be fine. That there were not going to be any issues what so ever. Again, I am left disappointed and feel in a way robbed of my money. They're quick to grab your money but also quick to turn a blind eye when a product is not in optimal conditions.

With all the shopping around we did at multiple stores and even multiple cities, Ashly’s Kitchener not only had the best quality and prices, but the staff was genuinely amazing and super helpful. Special shout out to Kelly-Ann who was very kind, patient, and thorough. She’s very helpful and responsive to any question or concerns, and goes above and beyond to respond to you even on her off hours. When technical or logistical issues come up, she’s very persistent to solve your problem and always comes back with a solution. Thank you everyone at the store for making our experience very smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location, and the staff, especially Kelly-Ann since the was the main person we dealt with.

I had great experience shopping at Ashley! Loved how they guided us with different products, buying options and other details. They were very patient and at no point I felt like I was pushed to make any decision. A special mention about Sindhu, who helped us through our buying journey! She explained the best possible options, kept us informed and made it really easy for us. Ashley at Fairway road will definitely be my go to place for future furniture purchase!
