I and my friend had a very bad experience at ASHLEY. They scammed my friend. I would never step inside, never buy the extended warranty is a joke. The sales person will tell you they will repair it, just for you to buy the extended warranty and so they can get their commission. It’s been 3 months, the customer service is the worst, and you see the 2nd side of the sales person when you talk about claiming the extended warranty.
Just called to get some help about a product over the phone, as I can’t find detailed information online, and the lady I spoke to told me to reach out to the virtual assistant online. I asked if she would be able to help and repeated that I was having a hard time finding the information online and was told she did not have detailed information on products in the store. I find it really frustrating when I take the time to find a store number and call in about a product and then I’m quickly dismissed, told to go back online where I was already struggling. What is the point in answering the phone if you’re not able to provide assistance to a customer. Just remove the store phone number if you’re going to push all your customer service questions to the virtual assistants online. Super disappointing.
Had a lovely experience, the service was great and efficient. I was in and out quickly which I love. I am a return customer and will return again for the next purchase when needed
I had a very disappointing experience coming into the store today. My husband and I came in and no one said hi to us or greeted us. The people working there looked at us and completely ignored us. We legitimately wanted to ask a question and search for some things we needed. We ended up walking out without buying anything.
They are not giving my money back, I purchased a sectional from them, I wanted the colour black and the sales rep told me they have the same one in black and can be shipped to me within 10 days, I paid $4000 in cash and waited for them to send me a completely differently model, size. They told me they don't have the colour I want in the model I originally wanted so I requested a refund, they told me they can but they hold 10% as store credit as per policies but since this was the store error I would receive it all back. The manager Sami informed me he will have this sorted and I should receive my money through etransfer, I've waited almost 1 week with no update and I come to find out the manager has gone on paternity leave without resolving my issue. When I told the store I would leave a bad review as this has been a horrible experience the sales rep hung up on me and again I have no resolution and my money is still with them with no product. They take your money happily but refuse to give it back when it's their own error. HORRIBLE STAFF AND STORE, will never shop here again or recommend. UPDATE: I have contacted the guest services 3 to 4 times now and lodged 2 complaints and have received no help, I keep getting told to wait 48 more hours to get my money back, ON their system it shows refund is completed but I have not received the etransfer or accepted it.
