My experience with this store was very disappointing. The sales representative was clearly frustrated and openly showed that frustration toward us, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Also, Ashley’s protection plan feels very misleading. At the time of purchase, they do not clearly explain that the protection plan amount is only provided as store credit, and even then, it can only be used on minimum purchase amounts and often does not apply to discounted items. They are extremely nice when selling you furniture, but when you return to claim benefits from the plan you already paid for, they treat you as though you are asking for something for free. We were purchasing additional items worth over $1,000 just to use our protection plan amount which we had never claimed before. All we asked was for the sales rep to check the total with and without delivery charges, and he immediately started showing frustration and impatience. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, and because of it, I will never shop at Ashley again.

Unbelievable customer service as soon as I walked in I was greeted I did not feel uncomfortable or pressured in any way they knew exactly what I wanted it was absolutely fabulous experience. Knowledge was spot on customer service representative was super kind and knowledgeable the management greeted me and the service Associates to help me outside with my products showed great care. What a wonderful place to shop thank you so much Bravo A+++

Great deals and amazing quality, the staff was very kind and attentive and made sure that we picked the item that suited our needs and comfort. I will definitely be making future purchases here again. This is the two couches we went with for our smaller space in the living room they both are recliners. A large and wide compact couch with recliner on both sides and has a middle part that pulls down with a cup holder and has 2 usb charging ports. Ashley's staff thank you so much I love my new couches !! 💯☺️

The furniture was lovely, however, it took an excessive amount of time to do the ppwk. I was ready to walk.

They do not provide individual replacement items for couches. Furniture is pricey, but cheap customer support.
