So when I wanted to buy a bedroom set all my friends suggested Ashley they said they have the best quality. Milanka was so welcoming , very professional and her smile made us feel that she cares. Riddhi was answering all of our questions ( they kept coming) and was so kind to deal with. I felt both were like a great team and to be honest you don’t see that a lot in other places. I will keep coming to this branch for future purchases for sure.

We had a fantastic experience at Ashley's thanks to a truly professional staff member named Milanka. Unlike our experiences at other furniture stores, they were incredibly personable and transparent with pricing—there were no 'hidden' numbers or games. They took the time to speak to both of us equally and thoroughly explained the differences between standard and white-glove delivery. They mentioned the warranty without being pushy and respected our need to take some time before making a final decision. It was refreshing to browse without being steered toward the most expensive items in the showroom. Highly recommend!

While we were there the service was great however, I would not recommend. We purchased a couch under the premise that it was leather. First, as soon as we got it, the cushions kept sliding. We learned that Ashley’s staged it with non slip cushions. We were mislead. If you are going to the store, and contemplating on purchasing a product, I would highly recommend lifting up cushions, etc… We were told that it was leather and that it would last. Now, it’s starting to peel. We paid for the warranty and it leads to a dead end with no contact information. Guest Care hasn’t been helpful either. No one is taking any responsibility, or providing any solutions. I feel like I’m in a dead end after spending 5K.

UPDATE: I would like to provide an update regarding my previous review. As noted earlier, my experience with Ashley continues to be disappointing. Despite being advised that I would receive a follow-up call from Rose (as noted below in her comment to my review), it has now been two weeks without any contact by telephone call, text or email. I have also attempted to reach out using the provided “direct” number; however, it connects to an answering service rather than the intended contact. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-through aligns with my prior experiences. Based on these ongoing issues, I remain concerned about the level of customer service and the quality of craftsmanship. At this time, I cannot recommend Ashley, as my experience suggests a lack of responsiveness to customer concerns and feedback. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My issue isn't with the store but with Ashley and their lack of quality assurance. Bought a Table, Chairs and Bench. Received a Customer Service Marathon. I am surprised to see this product receiving five-star reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I purchased the table, four chairs, and a bench in October 2025, and as of March 2026 I am still dealing with unresolved issues. In total, service representatives have come to my home nine times. The table initially arrived damaged. It was taken away and returned “repaired,” however the repair consisted of simply covering the chip with what appeared to be a marker. I refused that repair, and the table was eventually replaced. The replacement table is acceptable. Unfortunately, the problems continued with the chairs. They first arrived with mismatched legs. Replacement legs were sent by courier twice, and both times they were the incorrect set. The company then decided to replace the entire chairs, but the wrong replacement chairs were delivered twice. When the correct chairs were finally delivered, they had bubbling in the stain and were refused. On the following delivery, one of the chairs had splintering wood. We only discovered this because a splinter lodged in my husband’s hand while he was trying to figure out what was catching on his sweater. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Nine service visits have required approximately four hours each time away from work without pay. The lost time alone now exceeds what I originally paid for the table. This process has been very disappointing and has raised serious concerns about quality control and customer service. Attempts to speak with a supervisor have been very difficult and you need to be assertive with the representative to put you through. Unfortunately, the only resolution offered was a discount on a future purchase. Given the ongoing issues, this is not a solution I am interested in. Sadly, this experience has completely changed my perception of the brand. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley.
