Would not recommend, bought our couch a year ago it does not hold up well. We also purchased the extra warranty and beware the only way to contact their warranty department is by email as they warranty department is in the united states, you cant call and talk whatsoever. They damaged our wall during delivery and forged my wifes signature on a damage liability waiver ti try and absolve themselves of wrong doing, it took about 3 months of emailing to get back 400$ and i cant stress how horrible it is to be limited to strictly email as they can just ignore you aslong as they want

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. After purchasing a bed and mattress, I specifically asked before leaving if everything was included, especially the assembly, and I was told yes. The next day, I received a call informing me that the specific items I purchased did not include assembly. I was very disappointed, especially considering the amount of money I had paid. I went back to the store and canceled my order. I then shopped elsewhere and found a similar purchase for more than half the price, with free delivery. Unfortunately, because of this experience and the misinformation I received, I will not be returning to this store. A MONTH LATER... Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. It has been a month, and my order still has not been properly canceled, and I have not received my deposit back. I went back to the store the very next day after placing the order specifically to cancel it. I was told that the order had been canceled. Then, days later, I received a text saying that I still had an open order. I checked my account and saw that my deposit had not been refunded. I called customer service, and I was told again that the order had been canceled. Still, no refund. Today, I received yet another message asking me to call regarding my “open order.” After calling them, I was shocked to be told that they wanted to charge me a 10% cancellation fee because I supposedly didn’t cancel within 48 hours. Seriously? I went back to the store the very next day to cancel! How can I be charged a cancellation fee when I canceled within the required timeframe and was told by the store that the order was canceled? This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, with conflicting information and no resolution after a month. Customer service should not be this complicated. After this experience, I will never set foot in this store again, and I certainly cannot recommend it to others.

I purchased a bed and mattress for my son today. Ashley-Line Somers was the Sales Representative. She was amazing. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable about the right mattress for my son's needs.
