Rahul from sales assisted us today with finding the furniture we needed for our home. He welcomed us with a big smile, was very professional, and made sure all of our questions were answered. He made sure to give us the space we needed to browse around but also made sure to check on us every now and then. Fantastic service, and his attitude really demonstrates his experience, willingness to assist, and his joy for the work he does. His manager, Abdul, was also very helpful and attentive.

Ordered 2 twin beds and dresser for my boys june 25 and at the time was told it would be delivered early to mid july so I placed order after paying was told it won’t be ready until end of August so now my kids don’t have beds or anywhere to put clothes for much longer with no updates tracking nothing and even discussing refund you get a run around paying almost 2000 seems like I should’ve stuck with the brick like always but wanted to try Ashley seemed legit business don’t know that I would shop there again after this they did offer white glove delivery but to me that’s just not good enough I only purchased it on expectation that it would be there within a week or 2 something is very shady there
