Milanka at the Kitchener store was very helpful and even followed up with me following our visit to the store. She was able to offer us an even better price on the recliner we were looking at. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. I’ve had nothing but good experiences.

Let me start from the beginning. I went to buy a mattress and frame for my elderly father who is in a care home. The young lady who served me did not try to "over-sell" me something that would not be appropriate for an elderly person. Everything was very reasonably priced and a delivery date was arranged. The delivery men were punctual and courteous (Raptors). Unfortunately, the base of the bed had been miss-labelled and I had to go back to the store to show them how the size wasn't correct for the mattress. All 3 gentlemen behind that desk were helpful and considerate of my situation. The issue was remedied in 10 minutes. I was to receive a text with a choice of delivery dates for the exchange...but with technology some challenges present themselves. I went to the store and one of the gentlemen (Owen) I spoke to the week before handled this expediently and he confirmed the date that I had tried to arrange on the text. I would like to thank Owen for being so helpful and polite. I will certainly return to this particular location when I need to purchase new furniture. It's nice to have a store in town whose personnel treat customers well.

Our sales representative Daniel showed a good balance of being attentive while giving us time to ourselves. He presented options for us to consider. His approach was professional and he didn't hesitate to get the details we needed to answer our questions. All other aspects influencing delivery and payment were easily handled. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

Big Thank You to Owen! Walked into Ashley furniture today to look at a few sectionals for our apartment as we were in need of an upgrade. We were greeted upon walking into the store by Owen. Very friendly, good conversation and very professional. He was able to provide exactly we what we're looking for and provided all the information we needed to make a purchase more comfortable and affordable for us. Needles to say we purchased a sectional today and are very excited for our new addition to our home thanks to Owen. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture for all your in home decor needs.
