We just purchased a chaise couch at Ashley in Kitchener. Roxanne was our sales person. She did a fantastic job. She close the deal with good numbers. She was not pressuring us at all. She was very informative. She made us aware of the extended warranty. She made us aware of the white glove delivery. She was supported well at the front end by the manager and or the owner of the store. Excellent representation Roxanne was friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was well presented. We recently purchased furniture from the Ashley Kitchener store. Our salesperson was Nav and found her to be very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive and extremely patient while we made our final decision . The store manager too was helpful and backed Nav fully in making sure we were satisfied with our experience.
