Mae in the store was nice and sold me on many things. I purposely came back to her so she would get commission off me. First, the TV stand was a customer assembly required object, and I don’t have a recollection of us discussing that, so I had to get someone in to build it for me. Customer service kindly compensated for that, so ok. Next, the delivery man made unsolicited advances on me to the point where the other delivery men had to apologize, and then they told that man to wait outside while the other two assembled my furniture. Prior to that, instead of working, he insisted on getting my number, showed me his Instagram without provocation, repeatedly asked if I was single, and made awkward comments about/to me until he was sent downstairs by the other delivery men where he leaned against the truck for half an hour as the other two men did all the work. It made me incredibly uncomfortable in my own home, and as a single woman, I am now on edge because I complained about this behaviour and the person knows where I live. Then, one of the screws of the bed was busted, so I have to wait 2 -4 weeks for a tech to fix it. The delivery man who messed this up was very nice so this is forgivable, but it illustrates everything that compiled. Then, one of the drawers of my dresser is lopsided so severely that the bottom drawer hits it when you try to open/close it. Considering I was living out of a suitcase and was excited to move my clothes to the dresser, that’s now two drawers that probably shouldn’t be stocked because they are messed up. Finally, my tv stand has a noticeably lopsided drawer as well. I was advised by customer service to wait until all the repairs are addressed before calling back for guest appreciation, which I will do, but right now, I am disappointed after spending thousands of dollars on furniture, most of which has some sort of malfunction, and the incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate experience with the delivery man in my own home. I heard Ashley is boujee and had high expectations for furniture and customer service quality. I won’t be recommending Ashley to any of our clients as a result, especially to single women because of the delivery man. Edit: I appreciated the response Jessica posted on this review offering an apology and validating my discomfort for the situation, but they have since removed that reply. How strange and invalidating.

I had a great experience in the show room in kitchener. Our sales agent was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a ticket recliner that I saw online. I wanted to try it and confirm that I loved the chair before ordering. The price was matched from a competitor without any issues after showing proof. I’m very pleased with my purchase and it was delivered fast. I would for sure shop at this store for my next purchase in the future.

Zahid was phenomenal. He was attentive and was able to help us find everything we wanted. He went out of his way to help us stay in our budget and still get everything we wanted. Will definitely be shopping there again.

Very disappointed sale item not available. Patio furniture delivery delayed to September. Who wants patio furniture in September? Ended up canceling order and going elsewhere. Although I was contacted by customer service to review this incident.
