Thanks to a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate Milanka we were able to replace a leather chair with a recliner rocker chair which matched our leather real closely. I highly recommend Milanka when visiting this store. We will definitely buy again from Ashley Furniture using the expertise of Milanka.

The sales rep was nice! Helped us purchase the sofa we had been looking at online! We purchased the warranty with our last sofa (5 years ago) and was told that if we didn’t use it that the amount we paid could be used towards another purchase - we were told that the store we purchased from is closed and was “independently owned” so they couldn’t pull up our purchase. We looked for our receipt at home and unfortunately couldn’t find it but super disappointed that we lost out on an almost $400 credit! Didn’t purchase a warranty this time and would never do it again! Honestly turned us off from Ashley furniture…we’ve spent over 15,000 on new furniture with them and because of this issue we’ll probably shop elsewhere, next time!
My wife and I had been shopping around for a new mattress and were greeted by Dennis Jukosky. Dennis helped us understand the differences between each mattress. Ashely Furniture had a wide selection of mattresses and Dennis assisted in helping us narrow down our selection. After returning coming home and laying on all of our beds, I contacted Dennis to ask if we could meet him the next day at noon to double check that we’ve made the right choice. Dennis did not hesitate in his reply, saying “No problem. We will see you then”. Coincidentally, we arrived at Ashley Furniture at the same time. My wife and I proceeded to go back and forth between a couple of mattresses. The store was fairly busy, but Dennis never once made us feel rushed. He told us to take all of the time we needed. In the back of my mind I was thinking (Of course we can take our time, he’ll be here all day anyways. Where else would he go?) We spent close to 2 hours before we were finally satisfied that we had zeroed in on the right mattress for us. It wasn’t until after we made our purchase that we realized … Dennis came to meet us on his day off and we were none the wiser. The level of customer service Dennis provided us at Ashley Furniture was over and above anything we could have expected from a representative.
Mae was very helpful. They did not have everything we needed for one-stop shopping, but neither did the 'other' store. I am adjusting my 5 star to a 1 star as follow-up service is not with the store but via online with a BOT. After changing my review from 5 stars for my local store to a one-star, I was contacted by Ashley stores to see what went wrong. They will look into how their BOT customer service failed me and have with a real person fixed my complaint to my satisfaction. Still Mae, my salesperson in Kitchener, deserves her 5 stars!
