I will never visit this store. Sales people at this store need to learn how to talk towards customers and being not pushy instead of understanding what one needs. What a joke, I was looking for a bedroom set and spent about 20-30 minutes in the store and not a single person came over to me to greet me or ask if I needed help. When I needed help; I was ignored. I left and won’t be back.
I will never buy from Ashley furniture again. I ordered a bedroom set and one of the pieces was delivered broken. I called to have it replaced and they insisted on assessing it for repair (it can't be repaired) and charge a 10% fee and pick up fee to return it. The sales process was great, but the product and experience with support was below expectations.
