What a great buying experience. From start to finish, my salesperson (Mae) was incredible. Friendly, open and helpful as I found a sectional I hadn’t intended on buying (that day). But after she explained the benefits of the zero percent financing and 5% discount on the already amazing sale price, I was sold. I also had the benefit of 48 hours to cancel my order, with no repercussions. I wish they had fabric samples to take home to check if the colour actually worked in my home, but, that’s not how Ashley works. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I read all the reviews of the sectional I had purchased. Not good news- it had very poor reviews. I also had a suspicion that the colour would not be right, so, unfortunately, I will be utilizing their 48 hour return policy

Never buy anything from here.. Poor service, they dont care about their customer.. I purchased most expensive bed from here, which is of very poor quality and unstable, noone care now. It seems like my whole hard earned money go in vain..
Sucha poor service given to the customer, i purchased 2 beds from ashley, both of them are very unstable beds, they are not taking them back, I am struggling with them since last 2 years, no body listen, their store manager says there is nothing in their hands to do, when you call their customer care, they ask to raise new claim and which is again new headche.. when technician will come he will tell some new story or order new part and then they will close the ticket. I have never seen such a poor service by any company in canada. Never buy anything from this place.
