Very insightful, knowledgeable, and friendly, seen our vision and had many beautiful recommendations, great prices… very happy with my decisions, can’t wait until installation/set up…
Product and delivery were good, HOWEVER my bed frame was missing the bolts. Sent replacement parts again missing the bolts. Sent my csr a message about the missing parts got a sad emoji. Manager is useless. You call customer service you are on a minimum 15-25 minutes all I get parts will be sent in 2-3 weeks. They will smooze you when you’re shopping after that service sucks. Never will be shopping there again.
I always loved this place. It has nice variety and quality. At the store, Nav was exceptionally amazing and helpful.
Poor customer service , installers jammed couches up my stairs ruined my walls and made my railings loose and they said they aren’t covering nothing worst customer service it is ashamed especially when I paid over 10K for couches and a bed

PATHETIC SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE STORE MANAGER IS RUDE AND A LIAR. THEY SAID ITA CANADIAN OWNED AND OPERATED AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE NON USA. WHEN I GOT THE DELIVERY THE PRODUCT BOX SAID MADE IN USA. BIG LIARS. IT IS A USA BRAND PLEASE BICOT THIS BRAND AND BUY ONLY CANADIAN THEY LIE THAT THEY ARE CANADIAN OWNED
