Terrible customer service!!! I spent over thousand with Ashely. Still cannot put a bed frame together after 3 times try lol. They are a joke
The only moment they pretend like they care is when they try to close a sale. Once that's done, the charade is over, any follow up or needs will be met by a lifeless corporate wall. There are much much better furniture stores out there. Don't even bother going in.

POSTING THIS ON GOOGLE AS MY REVIEW COULD NOT BE PUBLISHED ON ASHLEY. PUT THE SAME REVIEW ON ASHLEY'S WEBSITE AND IT APPARENTLY SAID THAT MY REVIEW DID NOT MEET THEIR WEBSITE GUIDELINES. AT THIS POINT LOOSING TRUST ON THEIR REVIEW SYSTEM, SO RIDICULOUS!! I recently got this sofa with the Bluetooth console and the ottoman from Ashley, and while the sofa itself is amazing—comfortable, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for—there have been some major disappointments with the product quality and customer service. When the sofa arrived, I noticed a 1 inch rip on the console and that the tracks weren’t functioning as they should. Naturally, I reached out to Ashley's customer service to address these issues. Unfortunately, this is where things took a frustrating turn. Despite multiple calls and explanations, their only solution was to send a technician to my home to "fix" the problem, rather than offer a replacement for a clearly defective item. The tech who came clearly said its a replacement while the service team who is virtual thinks it can be repaired. The back-and-forth with their service team has been exhausting. Each time I hoped for a resolution, I was met with the same response: no replacement, only a repair option. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of accountability for delivering a damaged product. The sofa’s design and comfort deserve five stars, but the poor quality control and unhelpful customer service experience knock it down to a 2.5 or 3. After my honest review being moderated, knocked down straight to 1 star. If you’re lucky to get a flawless piece, it’s a great buy.
