I had a fantastic experience at this furniture store! The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of their products. The staff, Milanka was incredibly helpful and professional, guiding me through the options and answering all my questions. Michael was very personable and helpful. My son and I had a good experience while at the store when shopping for a new bed. This was the third store we went to that day to look for a queen size bed and this do much felt like the right choice for us. When I first bought my couch from Ashley 1 year ago, I left a 5 star review at the request of the business. I now have to downgrade this review to 2 stars. While the couch was very comfortable and seemed like great quality at first, after about 1 year of gentle use (healthy weight, no kids or animals), the foam cushions have caved in completely where my wife and I regularly sit. I paid over $4000 for this sectional and have massive regret only a year after purchase. I do not recommend shopping here if you want quality products, and it’s not even cheap.
