Walked in, had an amazing woman show me around and talk about various concerns and found the perfect couch and helped me for an hour I’d say and ended up financing a beautiful couch and ottoman
So expensive
Customer service is very good but prices are quite high compared with other furniture stores, plus delivery cost this is another story. Parking lot accessible and free.

Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare to deal with while trying to buy and then return a bed for my son. I bought the bed and when it showed up it was already pre-assembled, incorrectly I might add, and was also missing parts. The shipping boxes it came in were clearly just from other products (one labelled 'king headboard' and another labelled 'sofa table' and it was half taped together). When we mentioned something to the delivery drivers they told us to submit a claim within 48 hrs, which we did. I then decided I would rather just return the product and shop elsewhere as I found the whole product cheaply made and the experience of receiving it in the condition it was in was not a good one. This was met with being told that because I didn't specifically say that I wanted to return (only a claim was submitted) the product within 48 hrs of it being delivered, this wasn't an option. I made multiple calls just asking/begging for the product to be picked up, returned and refunded however the company is dead set on their rigid policy, even when a customer is unhappy and simply wants to return and move on. This experience has made me never want to deal with Ashley Furniture again and will be sharing this experience with friends and family, warning them of the poor customer service and cheaply made products that Ashley Furniture sells.
