Staff very knowledgeable and patient with us as we searched for the perfect mattress. They answered all of our questions, gave us many options and gave us time on our own to try as many as we wanted without any pressure to make the sale Store was very clean and neat. A great experience!

Absolutely appalling customer service — no better than The Brick, and that’s saying something. This store is a masterclass in how not to treat customers. The sales team will say anything to close a sale, but the moment you have an issue, they vanish into thin air. I spent over $1,000 on a kitchen storage unit that arrived damaged, and from that point on, it was a nightmare. Delivery refused to take it back, claiming “that’s not their process.” Fine. I called customer service — they promised a technician would come fix it. The technician arrived, couldn’t fix it, and then… silence. No call, no follow-up, nothing. I had to chase them down again, only to be told there would be three failed repair attempts before they’d consider doing anything else. Ridiculous. I went back to the store because the sales rep, Nav Kaur, had reassured us to “come to her with any problems.” Surprise — she wasn’t there. The store manager, Zahid Malik, couldn’t have cared less. He brushed us off instantly with a smug “Call customer service, we can’t help after delivery,” then turned and walked away. The store was empty, yet both he and another salesperson hurried off like we were a nuisance — which, clearly, we were to them. Save yourself the frustration — shop anywhere else.

I just wanted to say thank you for your help. Without that never this change will happen. I hope you could improve better the customer service even some driver too.
