We loved their service and delivery! They are very nice people, that’s why I want to continue to do business with them!

Several years ago we bought a power recliner and two power end tables. We paid for them but didn't take delivery for about 4 months due to renovations. In hindsight we should have just waited to pay for it because they used this as an excuse not to stand behind their products. So what happened is that the stitching came loose at the seat and the foam inside folded under itself inside the cushion. One of the end tables had the power supply box screws stripped so it was loose. Within a few weeks the leg screws started coming loose and stripped so they could not be retightened. When I contacted them about the problems that presented almost immediately they tried to argue that we bought it months ago so wear and tear is not their fault. I argued my point until they agreed to come out. They attempted to fix it. In my view they just pushed the thread back in the holes and shoved the foam back without doing anything to make sure it stayed secure. Within a few days the thread was back out and the cushion folded inside. I tried phoning again to no avail. I just now remembered I could at least leave a poor review and explain their poor customer service to poor product quality. Until now I had just decided to tell people I knew not to shop there and why. But I think this message will find more audience.

Staff is very helpful and a great selection of furniture

Purchased a sectional sofa and dining table. Dealt with employee Jake who was extremely knowledgeable about all of the furniture and what would best suit my needs based on what I was looking for. Jake was very attentive and paid close attention to all details. He helped me choose the furniture that is stylish, functional and comfortable. Had an amazing experience shopping at Ashley in Kingston.

David, Cindy and their sons were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They made choosing the perfect couch easy and stress free and it’s clear they genuinely care about making sure we were happy with our purchase. The delivery team was just as impressive. They were professional, courteous and handled everything with great care. They made moving the couch into our home effortless (and it was a big couch!) and there wasn’t a single mark in the floor or furniture. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. I can’t express the most amazing, hassle free, people friendly experience I had @ Ashley homestore. From the time I walked in the door greated by Dave, introduced to Nathan, furniture arranged by Cindy and then delivered and set up by “Apple Jacks” aka Allan and Jack. All while I walked the store floor un pressured and free to roam at my leisure . Within 24 hours (No waiting 6+ or more weeks for my furniture to arrive) the living room has been transformed and set up into a cosy, warm environment and I couldn’t be more pleased. From couch’s, oversized chaise lounge right down to a throw rug carpet . Thank you Wilkinson family; you are all outstanding. 5stars all the way.
